To check in he was rude yelling it’s not his problem. Check in took 1 1/2 hours. The place is filthy. And the deposit they don’t hold but charge is almost twice the amount I paid for the hotel in the first place. It was $150!

The outside of the hotel and the main lobby is clean. There is coin operated laundry on every floor which is nice but the ice machine / vending machines are located on the first floor only. I booked a single queen room at a very budget friendly price but the deposit was almost 4 times the price of the room. In my opinion the deposit was high compared to the quality and cleanliness of my room. The tv in my room would not turn on. I notified the front desk and was given a new remote which did not fix the issue. There was no onsite maintenance to look at the tv and when I requested a different room with a working tv they would not accommodate the request. My room had a musty dirty feet smell and the towels didn’t look fresh or clean. I wouldn’t recommend this motel for family’s or anyone with kids due to some questionable guests coming in and out. Overall, I found it nicer than similarly priced motels I’ve stayed at. However, I did end up leaving and finding other accommodations due to the room feeling dirty and the smell.

Would not recomend. They should have let us know its under renovations. Rooms are sub par. Toilet leak. Tub stopper laying in tub. Door security bar broken Old hotel they are trying to pass off as in a great condition. Wifi did not work. Hot water luke warm at best. Will never stay again

Didn’t expect to see hookers working out of this hotel. One of their “customers” was asked to leave and pulled the fire alarm as he left. Woke up at 6 am to for alarms and had to evacuate. Next night heard people coming and going at all hours of the night. Disappointing stay. Thought it was family friendly…

We were excited about our stay at the Days Inn but were extremely disappointed after arrival. The hotel is undergoing renovations which was not stated in the description. There were transient people in the parking lot and in the makeshift lobby. When we arrived to our room it had a very strong odour of cleaner to the point it gave us a headache. The room was also very dirty and when we wiped the floor with a Kleenex it was black. We decided to book elsewhere and left within half hour of our stay.

I liked the staff they were friendly and polite - what I didn’t like was the rude awakening at around 4:30 in the morning with the ear piercing alarm that was going off for about two hours and it felt as if I was deff from the loud continuous noise

Bathtub had a hole in it. So, when I took a bath, water leaked all over the floor. Also, there was no shower curtain. So, I asked the man at the front desk for a shower curtain. He told me that they no longer use shower curtains. There was no decaf coffee. So, I asked the same young man at the front desk for some decaf coffee. He said that they don’t have decaf coffee. My room had no towels. So, I asked the same man at the front desk for enough towels for two people. He went to the laundry room and got me some towels out of the dryer. The next day, I asked a woman as the front desk to change rooms. When I changed rooms, there was a shower curtain and decaf coffee. The man, that I asked previously, simply lied to me because he was too lazy to help… how sad!

The photos are not accurate--at least in the two rooms I saw. Had to change rooms when the first one had remains from a prior guest. The place is quite rundown. Breakfast was not good; waffle maker never clean, no knives, horrible coffee, limited selection of food and homeless came in while guests were eating.

There was nothing to like. A bug crawled onto the bed from who knows where, filthy bathtub, floors, counters, mirror, spew on walls, phone not connected and cord was next to spew, tv remote not working, couldn’t turn tv off, it was the most disgusting stay we’ve experienced. Couldn’t leave as we had already made these arrangements.

It's a Days Inn. It's pretty obvious that the owner is "cheap". No real problems, just seemed that everything was either on the verge of worn out or had been repaired/replaced using the cheapest materials and labor. The smell in the hallway was usually bad due to some cooking going on towards the lobby.

Check in was fast, but front desk clerk gave no information on how to connect to the wifi or when breakfast or check out was.
Halls in property could use a vacuum. The room was clean except for one of the towels had a black makeup stain on it and the AC unit was dirty.

Not a clean place
Just old and not very clean. The tub was cracked. We had sheets that looked like they weren’t changed. Your breakfast clean up person needs to wait till you finish serving yourself before he starts gathering all the breakfast items.

Overall this hotel is fine and it does the job. We had to wait a fair while at the front desk from someone to come to check us in which was a bit inconvenient but not terrible. The breakfast was nothing special but it did what it needed to. The floors in our room however, were filthy. I am kind of glad I didn't realize until we were packing up the second day. There was something spilled all over the floor on one side and the bottom of my socks/feet were black from walking around in the room. We dropped a towel on the carpet and when I went to pick it up, it was black on the side touching the ground. I'd stay again in a pinch but I won't be running back.

Very disappointing!
Place was horrible as well as some of the staff! We had to switch rooms and toilets in both rooms were falling apart, paint drippings were everywhere, televisions didn’t work, and they couldn’t fix them. They offered 15% off but then never honored it and said they couldn’t adjust the prices because it was booked through Hotels.com. The front desk person was very dishonest.
They let homeless linger and come in and consume the coffee. The property was non smoking but the odor of marijuana was constantly there.
We had another family member with us in a different room that also had issues with the TV. They also couldn’t fix it and again offered 15% off but never honored it.

Very rude employee who refused to check their system for a reservation from hotels.com. He was then rude to the customer service rep from hotels.com also and asked her what good was she going to do. We requested cancellation and went to another establishment.

I was moved into two different rooms in both rooms had blood on the sheets. They had mold or bedbug poop on the lining of the sheets. There was pee all over the seats, and other bodily feces.

Absolutely filthy, unsafe feeling and overpriced. The headboard had gross stains, there was dust and debris on the floor, black mold on the windows, dirty towels and sheets. Staff seemed unsurprised when I said we were leaving but then sent an email that cleanliness was their priority. Ha!

Skip staying at this property.

3. Front Desk Manager takes and keeps a photocopy of your drivers license.
- This is a violation of the Fourth Amendment (Patel, 576 U.S. 409 (2015).

4. During check out process, the Front Desk Manager put on gloves and mask to search room. When asked why, Front Desk Manager said “They have to search for “bullets, guns, and drug paraphernalia left by previous guests.”

Very old hotel that needs updating. Room was clean but so worn out it looked dirty. My check in lady at the front desk was efficient and polite. The front desk staff in the morning ignored everyone and was on his phone talking ignoring customers. “Breakfast” is continental and nothing more, so calling it breakfast is a far stretch.

We booked the jacuzzi room. And it looks like the tub wasn't cleaned thoroughly as there was still an oily residue from bath bombs/ oils/etc. from the previous user. We had a late check-in, and they are short staffed on housekeeping so for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed we couldn't use the 1 thing we booked this room for over another hotel.
I will say I saw nothing of the 1 star reviews: no "young ladies of the night" coming and going. No addicts, no bedbugs, no shady van at night or dilapidated cars in the parking lot. Whether we returned at 9pm, or after midnight, nothing shady. Just your average array of rental cars. It's not as nice as most Days Inns I've been to, and it's not using the furnishings as pictured on the site or Expedia. It's your run of the mill budget hotel stay.

Reception staff were very nice. Easy check in process. It is a very basic motel with limited options at breakfast (banana is the only fruit, and 2 sugary cereal or granola options). There was a waffle iron but no waffle batter the 2 mornings I was there. Overwhelming smell of disinfectant permeating my room. But, the price was right for the offering.

It was unkept and they had just renovated and paint was on the vinyl plank. The window lock was broken, they only used styrofoam plates, bowls and cups. You would think in this day and age that the big chain would be using paper.
The room wreaked of paint and I had to keep the window open in the cold.

No clerk to check in for 15 min. No tv for a day and a half after asking repeatedly. 200$ deposit that I’ve still not gotten back after being PROMISED I’d have it immediately upon check out. Room smelled like chemicals, dead roach. Never go back here and I’m really easy to please I don’t expect much but a tv yes, and working wifi this place did not have. The kfc wifi was stronger than the property.

Hotel is clean and is in a convenient location. Lots of shops around and places to eat. Outdated hotel and has a small sitting area for the continental breakfast. We thought it was a full breakfast and was disappointed in the options. Liked the price for one night stay though.

The first room we were given (316) was horrible. Floor was dirty (grease feeling), towel bar missing, damage to the sheetrock, scratches over most of the table tops, missing plug cover on the outlet, it smelled bad, and there were several stains on the comforter. Unbelievable that they would offer a room like this. When I went to the front desk, she was very kind and switched our room immediately. This next room (315) was much better. The staff was great...both the night and day shift.

Don't stay here!
The room looked clean when first got there but after closer inspection it was filthy. The refrigerator was disgusting, sheets were stained, electrical outlets missing covers light switch wouldn't stay in up position., visable water damage, paint peeling off the walls, food splatter all over the walls and ceiling, practically had to stand on toilet to close the door. The smell coming from the room next door made us wonder if someone had thrown 1000 dirty diapers in the room and left them for a month. No microwave in the room. The coffee maker leaks everywhere. Had to fix the toilet seat ourself. The handicap parking didn't have proper spacing. No fire or check out information on the door. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

The property really needs complete renovation. The washroom looks like it’s build before 2010 and need repairs. The sofa cushion was also quite ripped from edges.
The staff were quite friendly and the breakfast was descent. The location is great.

I did not like it because it was very different from all pictures. very uncleaned, every in the was full of long hairs, they don't clean the room daily. they just cleaned it once. no soap or shampoo in the bath. the bed and the blanks are very dirty....

Property was in poor condition and very dirty. No security on site, coming and going all night long from back door with people screaming to call the police and someone being assaulted. Filth in the windows. On the walls and the lamanite floors were sticky. The hotel had a funky smell. Made the mistake of buying a non refundable deal for three rooms for 4 nights each, BIG mistake. Will not do that again. Stuck there or out over a 1000.00. This property should not be listed on any site and Days Inn parent company should really consider revoking the use of their name at this site as bad publicity.

Great stay. Decent room. Enjoyed having access to a simple breakfast each morning. Room was cleaned the day before we were scheduled to leave. Bedding and towels all removed from the room. One of our towels was also taken and unable to locate before we left. Nice people. Probably in good shape, altho the walls were quite marked up and there was no fire detector in the room (was removed).

Tried to and thought I booked for three days, but somehow changed to two. They checked us out without our knowledge and removed a portion of our belongings from the room. We had to go to another hotel and they refused to give us a receipt. The front desk person said we can only get it from Travelocity. Then they charged us for another night's stay anyway after we left..

Very beat up interiors, lots of dust and stickiness on surfaces, dirty refrigerator. Phone had sticky stains and fuzzy dust on it. I'm glad I had alcohol wipes with me, used dozens. Staff was friendly, bed was very comfortable and it was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. I did not hear any noise at all.

Give customers warnings about utility work
It was ok the first day but there was a posting on the door stating the the power would be out the second night from 8pm for about ten hours. If I would have known this in advance I would have made other arrangements. When I returned the second evening I had to get the clerk to open my door because my card key didn't work. I had to eat in the dark. Luckily I had charged my tablet ahead of time so I had entertainment.

I won't be back.
This used to be my "go-to" hotel in north Seattle. I won't be back. Virtually every wall had a stain or mark on it, was not vacuumed before I got there and room wasn't serviced the second day. Furniture was damaged, the tv had to be connected by the grumpy guy at the desk and had to be operated with two different remotes for basic functions (the guy at the desk my second night was very pleasant/helpful), window wasn't secure, three short dark hairs in the shower that I didn't see until I used it, toilet seat was so loose it nearly slid off, no hair dryer, stained sheets (that weren't changed), black marks on wash cloth. They were advertising for housekeeping help. Sad.

The room did not look like it was cleaned. The floor was sticky, it looked like there was a pee stain next to the bed, there was a weird red stain on the baseboard, random dark red/brown stains on the walls, curtains, and bedding, cigarette burns on the bedding, and the smoke alarm was missing. This was a non-smoking room. We asked for a different room due to the condition and the employee did not seem surprised. We got a different room that was much better in comparison. There were still weird stains and cigarette burns on the bedding, but the sheets were okay. The entire place is outdated and the vending machine only takes cash. Did not partake in the free breakfast. Due to the lack of cleanliness in the rooms, we didn’t want to risk it. Would not stay here again or recommend to others until they address these issues.

The room I checked into was unmade with dirty paper plates and left over food by the bedside. When I went back to the front desk to complain I was switched to a lower standard room with a lower rate than the one I paid for. I was not offered any refund for the difference. For the 5 days I stayed at the hotel my room was not cleaned. When I complained on the 3rd day of my stay I was simply moved to another room which was also not cleaned for the remaining 2 days of my stay. I would never recommend Days Inn to anybody and certainly would never patronize them again.

Had no problem with the staff but the room was undesirable.very small only two inch clearance from bathroom door to toilet hard to get dressed. No carpet on the floor. Looked old. Things left in the room from previous tenants such as womens underwire on top of shower curtain. Have seen better motel sixes. No I wouldn’t stay there again. Price for that room is ridicules.

People smoking right outside the entrance, strong chlorine smell on the elevator, outdated TV with terrible picture quality, stains on both comforters, stains on chair, bathroom doorframe coming apart, domestic violence in a nearby room in the middle of the night, nobody to take our room key cards at check out despite a sign saying we’d be charged if they weren’t returned. Oh, and the floor in the room was sticky! Will never stay here again.

Dazed Inn disappoints
My stay was not so good Here's why-iNo hot water in bathroom sink Handle had been taken off TV not hooked up. Mattress was so bad it looked as if it had taken off the street Breakfast was literally non existent dry cereal green bananas. The worst thing was that there was only one young woman on the front desk at night. It was not safe for her given the location of your facility and the fact that some of the hotel guests were homeless persons. She was very good and helpful.
