I do not recommend this property to anyone. Needs a major retrofit, or a tear-down. Sorry to be so negative, but those are my honest observations. Rarely, if ever, have I given such a poor review.

I was looking for cheap lodging and I sure did find it. The price was low but you usually get what you pay for. My room smelled like cat pee. I could tell they had tried to cover it up with whatever cleaner they have but it was horrible to be in the room. I am certain it was made worse by the rain and moisture in the air.

I should have read the reviews better. Sketchy area, no elevator, breakfast was super limited and the girl working that area in the morning was rude and argumentative with other staff when things needed to be replenished. The guys working the desk were very nice. Not sure why a $50 hold was put on my card. For $120 I expected much more.

The place was dated and the room had a weird layout looks to have had 2 beds and there was only bed and a big open space the fridge didn’t work but I guess you get what you pay for

It is a mixed bag with just as many pluses as minuses. Clean bathroom and no weird smell in the rooms, linens appears clean and the room itself was acceptable enough. It’s a $60 a night room in an overpriced area. Upstairs room had clowns un it one of the two nights running around and playing loud music which I give a 1 ghetto rating. Parking lot is well lite but not big enough for all the rooms. Staff is nice and general appearance is clean enough. I took away a star because there were no homeless sleeping or defecating in the bushes around the parking lot, they were on an adjacent property. Overall is was close enough for what I expected, just slightly more expensive for what you get. I might stay again when I come back to the area.

Horrible experience!
The pictures are deceiving and likely taken when the hotel first opened. It’s not in a great area and it’s very old and musty. Smelled like floral smoke in the room. I had a bad feeling walking in but I still checked in, lasted about 30 minutes and immediately checked out and went to a Holiday Inn. Traveling as a single mother with my child I did not feel safe and my child started crying and having a panic attack about staying there. I was in such a hurry to get checked out that I didn’t even take pictures. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere nicer!

Easy access to highway, close distance to hospital, walkable distance to restaurants and easy to get to shopping centers. Very clean. Breakfast could use some improvement like maybe bagels,cream cheese, donuts especially on Saturday and Sunday. Outherwise excellent!

Front desk guy was super nice. The room was super clean. The room was old and out dated the bathroom seemed to have new renovations though. But just because the room was out dated and old doesn’t mean it was bad. It definitely has everything you need and everything worked. I will say the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that someone is saying or doing in the room next to you especially the room next to where your bed sits against the wall. So just know what you’re signing up for when getting a room here. It’s a affordable price and over all grood stay for a the night I was here.

Very run down, very outdated.
The staff was nice but not worth the stay. The Jacuzzi doesn’t get hot, it’s like sitting and bathwater. The beds has stains as well!

We stay at several choice hotels during our 14 day vacation. This was the least impressive. Rooms were not very clean. Breakfast was not appealing but we were late checking in and they held our room for us.

The whole place is dingy, room smelled of smoke despite being non-smoking, AC unit vent was completely rusted, there were people living out of their cars in the parking lot. We ended up leaving because the room was unacceptable. Hotel refused to refund us, but it was still not worth it for me to stay there.
I don’t know the area, this was just the first hotel we got to after a long day. Big mistake, never trusting Days Inn again.

Went to breakfast at 8:45 everything was gone… whole area when I arrived had the strong smell of pot.. even in the room.. no security.. bad people roaming around outside.. I did not feel safe for my family…

The place was clean and comfortable, although my room was listed with 2 beds it only had one bed. No complaints, restaurants are right next door. Check in was easy, ask about deposit.

Overall, this hotel is a good place to stay. I stayed during 110 deg summer weather and indoor areas were very comfortable. Room looked like it had been refurbished or upgraded recently and was nicely appointed. Room was clean and housekeeping kept it that way everyday. Wi-fi was fairly fast (speedtest.net says 20 - 80 Mbps download, 10 - 30 Mbps upload, depending on how many people are using it).
Of course there is room for improvement. Biggest issue I saw was that there are two Wi-fi signals available, "Days inn" and "DaysInn". Only "Days inn" is legitimate. Staff didn't know what the other signal was. "DaysInn" looked like a signal someone had set up to enable them to capture passwords, credit card numbers, etc. Be careful.

The hotel was nice overall. Room looked like it had been refurbished recently - everything looked fairly new. Bed was comfortable. Many dining options within walking distance.
Two significant complaints for which I gave property a 3-star rating. (1) The deadbolt on my room did not work. It would not extend into the wall because it was not aligned correctly. To me, that was a security issue. (2) The carpet was too high by the door so that the door rubbed on the carpet when it was opened and closed. As a result, the door would not close all the way on its own. I had to push the door closed to close it all the way.

Had the classic front desk staff that couldn't care less, almost like you are bothering them just trying to check in. Mattress was awful and pillows were terrible, like small uncomfortable couch pillows. Pool was somewhat dirty but the patio chairs and tables were in abysmal condition. Was definitely looking for a budget stay while in town and this ended up costing a little more than it probably should have. I should of looked into staying somewhere else.

Great disabled parking spots. The hotel is clean and mostly bright, but my room (102) had broken its and light fixtures - as if a battle occurred in the room. I believe it’s the managements responsibility to get those things replaced that are broken. Additionally, the light fixture in the ceiling is falling out, and they should fix that as well. The curtains were quite dirty as if somebody open and close them with some kind of yuck on their hands.

Won't stay here again
Air conditioner ran all night but the room didn't cool down. The hot tub wasn't working. I had a $50 hold on my card and after checkout it was changed to my account after i already paid the full amount for the room.

I will not stay there again. The place was falling apart. The electrical outlets were not safe, they were falling out of the walls. I was afraid to walk on the carpet it was sticky.

Couldn't check in at 2, like we were told. The room wasn't ready yet. The walls are thin! Heard the guy in the room next door until 3am. 😡 The phone in the room didn't have a cord. It was just a phone sitting there. 🙄 At least the phone had the number so that I could call the front desk.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was disappointing and there was just a dirty/musty smell to the entire hotel. The blankets were thin. They had forgotten to turn on the hot tub, but the guy at the front desk gladly did it when we told him it was cold.

Ok for the price
It wasn’t anything fancy and we I my stayed one night after a later flight. It was alright for the price. The bed only had 3 pillows that were accent pillows sized, the TV didn’t work and the room slightly smelled like cigarettes. But you get what you pay for.

Bed bug found on pillow at 2am! Yuck...Bad electrical outlets damaged my property , flat iron and charger wont work now as it did before!!! The aweful soapy smell was disgisting opened the window to help but had no screen on it so could not sleep with it open. Bathroom fan was so load to woke others in room up. Only 5 chanels to watch. Not at all what ws expected it seems ike Arizona hotel in area are disgusting and dont take pride in the bussiness at all per the people weve spoke to who have stayed here for baseball. Nasty! Wont ever be back. ☹☹☹

Do not stay here. They switched my room. Gave me a king when I needed and paid for a double Queen. They were booked so they gave my room to someone who would pay a higher price. They also put me on the second floor, I requested first floor 2 months ago. At checkin I told them I had to cut the 6 day stay to 5. At checkout they tried to charge me for the 6th day. Cheaters and thieves DO NOT stay there.

we were not aware that the property did not have an elevator until we arrived and my husband has great difficulty with stairs and our assigned room was on the 2nd floor but the desk clerk was very helpful and was able to switch us to a ground floor room and saved our trip.

This is a very basic property, and although the rooms are dated, they are very clean. The staff is excellent. Rachel and Dee were the two that we saw the most on our one week stay, and they were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast room was smallish but there was yogurt and cereal, oatmeal packets, fresh fruit, toast, cinnamon rolls and waffles. Coffee and tea were always available even when the breakfast room was closed.
The pool and hot tub were very well maintained although the pool was not heated.
It would have been nice to have a place outside to sit with my morning coffee or tea but the only place with chairs and little tables was in the pool enclosure which didn’t open until 10 am.
The location was great for us as we were there for MLB spring training, and proximity to the major routes was great. North end of the city meant that we could go to less crowded areas for hiking or visiting small towns without fighting city traffic.
It’s very close to major highways but we didn’t hear any traffic noise from our room.

Great place to stay
We had a great time! We were under the impression that the hotel didnt searve breakfast but they do. They have waffles,cereal, juice fruits and yogurt. We dont eat carbs so we went to denny's which is right next to the hotel.there's also a waffle house next to the hotel. Also they did have a nice hot tub and pool. There was a bath shower combo which is handy if you are traveling with children who wand a bath plenty of hot water 💧. The staff was great and very helpful. Ththing that may have been better they don't have a gym but that was the only bad thing

We arrived for our Anniversary mini stay. Checked in and got to the room where the fridge was not on and inside was completely frozen and leaking water. There was hair all inside fridge. The light above sink went out the same night and the bathroom light flickered every time you turned it on. Staff leaves front desk early so on more to assist. Paper thin comforter that looked like a sheet. Carper was filthy, I took a shower and walked to bed to get me socks and my feet were dirty in that short amount of time. This facility states it is smoke free, however all you smell is marijuana in halls and inside room and outside building. We asked for fresh towels and was given 1 towel...There is a card reader to get into building but is not needed because people put things in door to keep it from locking. There is an extreme amount of homeless people by parking lot which is already super small to service this size building. Was unable to watch TV....per the cable kept spinning on every channel we put it on. I did not feel safe here nor did I feel comfortable parking my vehicle in lot. Days Inn advertises Breakfast but does not have anything but a waffle maker and mix on counter, no juice no milk, not even continental breakfast items. We will not be returning ever!! This was a very memorial trip for all the wrong reasons. Very unacceptable!

Motel Quality for Hotel Pricing
Prior to checking in I received a voicemail the morning of my reservation advising that they were full and tried to charge my card and that the reservation was going to be cancelled. I returned the call and spoke with a young man who kept saying my card was getting declined, I then provided the man with my card information and it was updated on file and my card was charged, the young man advised on the phone my card was getting declined despite the charge showing on my account. I confirmed that the reservation was set and we would be okay to proceed coming. I received a call again from the man an hour later advising that someone called about my reservation stating their card was charged for my reservation, I advised the man that no one else has called about the room and he could not indicate who called him. The man advised I would need to provide proof of ID when I arrived. Upon my arrival the man at the counter attempted to charge my card for the full amount of the room after advising they were going to charge for half. My account was not showing that there was any amount paid. It took me over an hour to check in after driving 3 hours with my 2 young children in the car. Not only was the customer service subpar the rooms are disgusting. There is coffee stains on the lamps, all over the walls and the carpets are disgustingly sticky. The plugs dont hold anything in them and the freezer in the mini fridge was a block of ice. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Nice to have a pool and hottub but the pool was freezing and the hottub was boiling so we couldn’t enjoy either for long. Breakfast was very limited. Room was clean other than back of bathroom doors were missed and disgusting.

We liked the spacious room. They were remodeling rooms around us, but didn't disrupt our stay.
We didn't like the "free breakfast" It was very minimal! There were only two small tables, no one staffing the area. It was nothing like normal hotel "free breakfast"

Asked for a non smoking room, when walked into the room it stunk so bad of smoke and musty smell, glad it was only one night.
Morning counter person was sleeping at the desk , had to wake him to ask a question.

Very nice place and believe it or not they’re having renovation work being done, but considerately done not too noisy, choose proper times to do the work and very pleasant Employees here, The rooms are nice plus they have a washing & dryer you can use to wash your clothes, also there’s breakfast near the lobby, and there’s two restaurants next-door Denny’s and Waffle House
