The area didn’t seem the safest then when we pulled up the police and rescue were at the motel. The outside of the property was really dirty. Fortunately we were in the newer building in back. The room was clean except the stains on the comforter which were hidden by the sheet.
The front desk person on Saturday morning was completely disinterested in helping or even acknowledging guests. Sunday morning we heard employees talking about cleaning the blood off the parking lot the night before.

My stay was during the time of Hurricane Helene and there were wide spread power outages. After arriving at hotel, was notified that they did not give refunds due to power outages. I suffered through the first night and and had to endure a loud generator all night. I checked out the following morning and there was still no power. They gave no consideration for the disaster that was widespread and changed me for the 2nd night I did not stay. Shame on them.

There were hairs on the sheets, dirty, cigarette burns on the tub, cracked toilet that was glued back, rust on the towel bar, ceiling was peeling, countertop was cracked, tub was painted and peeling. Front desk couldn’t print a receipt because they didn’t have enough ink. Didn’t get the receipt until the next day. Would not refund our money. We immediately left the room and did not stay. Was not told there was a $20 per pet fee until we checked in. Immediately called my bank to dispute the charge

Check in was good and quick. Bed sheets was nice and clean, restrooms had roaches and the corners of the floor was nasty. People hollering early in the am, just didn't feel safe. I feel like Expedia did a very poor job representing this place correctly on there web page. I was on business and was just passing thru. Will not stay here again.

Don’t go
We were supposed to have two double beds when I arrived the only had a king. So my son who we went to visit at college could not stay with us as planned. There was no breakfast as stated on the last day and all they offered was a bunch of junk the other two days. The room smelled and it was ancient had an old green jacuzzi tub with electrical tape over the start button. The refrigerator in the room was broken and literally was making noise that sounded like someone was trying to get into the room. Just don’t go here. Waste of money. I would have left and went to another hotel however Al ost all were booked because of the parents college weekend and the football game so I was trapped.

The room smelled and the bathroom light is a fire hazard. It comes on when it wants and flickers and you can't just push the button to turn it on because it is broken.

You get what you pay for.
You get what you pay for. Linens and towels were worn and threadbare. Rooms were clean, but there was an odor to our room. Staff were pleasant and helpfull and the hotel is in a good location for meals and easy navigating around the Anderson/Clemson area.
We wouldn’t stay here again.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The lock on the door would not work with the key card except once. I got it changed three times. The maintenance guy was at Walmart and apparently never came back. I could not go to my car to get stuff I needed without leaving the room open. When I left in the morning the door handle came off in my hand as I closed it. Though the facility is pretty new, it was not working well. I did not feel safe.

Well we got a room with wheelchair access witha rolling in shower And my boyfriend has had a stroke and is paralyzed on his left side and he rolled into the shower ok but rolling out he got stuck and the threshold at the floor ripped and came unglued So we didn't get our $50 deposit back. It wasn't his fault they glued it to the floor instead of doing it the right way!

You Get What You Pay For - My Mistake
Pictures are deceiving. This property needs a major overhaul - or be torn down and start over. It in no ways is what I expect of a Wyndham property. We requested an "accessible" room. We ended up on the second floor and NO elevator, just exterior stairs. Inside, there was a "step in shower" - about as accessible as it got, but with a regular shower head and no hand rails, seat, or handheld shower wand. The refrigerator had rust inside, there was no luggage rack, a hole in the bathroom wall, and the air conditioner did not adequately cool the room. Let's just say I was hopeful that the great price was not indicative of the quality. Wrong - you get what you pay for. The place is an embarrassment to the Wyndham company and I am pretty sure I will not be staying in ANY Wyndham property.

The floors and shower in my room was dirty brown. This was exceptionally odd that it was so dirty because my room was in the “new” building. No handicapped parking or enforced handicap parking spots. Parking was terrible with the closest entrance to the handicap room being one with a flight of five stairs. How does this make any sense??

Everything I wanted with zero complaints
Was looking for a dark quiet room with an ac unit that would keep the room like a freezer while I slept and watched tv and that’s exactly what I got!! The lady who was working the front desk and getting me set up for my room was extremely professional and explained everything I needed to know and did so in a great timely manner. My room was clean and had plenty of towels and shower essentials needed and I loved the little coffee pot that provided a perfect size cup of coffee for myself and also had enough sugar and cream in the package which is a plus because some say I like a little coffee with my sugar and cream lol

Friendly staff! Our key card several times did not work and the staff was on top of it to ensure that we had a working key card for our room. Bed was very comfortable. Overall good stay.

Worth it for the price
When we first drove through the area, it seems a little intimidating, but the staff was very friendly, nothing was wrong with our room. We did have a maintenance guy accidently come in thinking we weren’t there but mistakes can happen. For a cheap budget hotel it was good and I would stay here again.

There was no shower curtain in our bathroom. The shower took close to 20 minutes just for the water to get to a warm point. The receptacles in the room around the bed all seem to be controlled by motion sensors so they are not user friendly for someone that uses a cpap machine as they turn and in return the machine turns off.

Pleasantly suprised for the price of how clean, neat and comfortable the bed was. Had to make an unexpected trip and just needed room for 1 night so was not looking for nothing fancy. The hotel was above my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

Very disgruntled!
Pillows were lumpy with knots in them, comforter was horrible, blanket was scratchy. Possible drug activity at this place. Unsavory characters roaming around all hours of day and night. Possible prostitution activity also. Breakfast was horrific with absolutely nothing but cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and waffles. Everything appeared old and outdated. Rust on lamps in room. The last night we stayed it sounded like someone moving furniture all night long. I woke up once screaming for help because I thought someone was breaking into the room. Walls paper thin. Appeared as if ceiling might have been wet from leaky roof. I felt very unsafe! Towels provided were paper thin! The only thing that was pleasant was the cleaning lady and the coffee! Everything else sucked! Big time!

We had a mix up with the room but the assistant manager Jennifer was so nice and helpful. She got the problem resolved and made sure that we were happy. They had recently replaced the mattress in our room so it was very comfortable. For the money it was better than expected. Would stay there again.

This property has the best service and fast communication. I love staying here. Jennifer & Trinity are the best ever I love their hospitality and they always make sure every customer is took care of not just me. Thanks to them and all they do.

Not enough towels. Dirty towel (possible blood stain and hair). Rusty metal in bathroom. One staff member had an open wound and handed more towels with blood on arm. Metal under beds was loud and squeaky. Shady people hanging around. Loud pounding noise around midnight. Pictures did not reflect the accuracy of the hotel.

Wouldn't recommend right now.
Very noisy, people up all hours of night, constant construction and maintenance going on.staff was extremely nice and accommodating.it would be great to get a refund on at least a night or so for all the inconvenience.breakfest was good.i will try back another time to stay if quieter next time.also shady characters around.

I picked this hotel as it was one of the least expensive in the area. Therefore my expectations were rather low. However the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was new and clean. We were in the smaller back building rather than the older main building, not sure if that made a difference

After my first night stay I came back to my room expecting to take a shower after working 12 hours but come to find out they didn’t leave any towels in my room. I then went to the front desk to ask for some towels and to my surprise they didn’t have any towels there either. Had to go back out to buy my own towel.

The staff were all nice, but i got a non-smoking room and someone had definitely smoked in there recently, the whole room was dirty, the sheets were stained and/or dirty, there was cigarette burns in the comforter and around the room, even in the fridge.

The lighting and grounding issues when you turned on the lights. They sounded very loud scary like a spark. The bed squeaked very uncomfortable. Not very clean. The shower wasn't at all no warm water.We got there just to rest from a long drive from Tennessee, only stayed for sux hours left at 4am. Should of just slept in the truck.

Asked for early check in for granddaughter graduation. We had two rooms. Reception said no problem, 12:30 is fine. At 1:30 one room was ready, other was still not ready. Had to change in one room. Floors were very wet but clean. After graduation, went back 2 nd room was ready but floor dirty. Ice machine was broken. For $179, why can’t they put night light in bathroom

We had a nice clean room at a cheap price, but the parking was very limited. We couldn't park near our room, had to walk far, and keys stopped working at the door twice. Breakfast was limited but fair. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

The refrigerator didn't work, the toilet get getting clogged,the remote for the TV was sticky,and dirty, the floor was so sticky you could not walk on it, ac unit was unplugged and food and candy wrapper under AC unit, plus next to refrigerator. Had to have the key reset.

When we arrived to check in, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to clean the room. We went out and return for the night, as we was getting ready to shower the shower wasnt clean and still had cleaning supply in it roaches started to come from the toilet and on the walls. I went to speak with someone about the room and ask for a refund cause i was going to find another hotel to stay, the manager stated that i couldnt get a refund cause it has been over 2 hours since i checked in. He stated that he can place me in a upgraded room that cost more

Excellent staff, everyone was very courteous and friendly. Their new rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Only minor thing was the small breakfast selection. Overall an excellent experience and will stop here again when needed!
