Needs to be updated. Breakfast very limited. Should not be advertised as continental breakfast. Outside the door ver noisy. Charged us extra $50 gor hold ( never was charged by western inn before).
Breakfast was the biggest issue, very dissatisfying

Do Not Stay Here !!
I'll start with the only good thing and say the front desk guy was friendly. The "hotel" is definitely more like a 1 star motel. The smoke detector in room 225 stared beeping at 1 am constantly until I climed up a chair and unplugged it. The guests in room 224 were smoking pot which made our room stink. The traffic right out front makes it difficult to sleep. The top blanket on the bed looks like its 20 years old. I will never be back and definitely don't recommend this place. Days inn/ Wyndham should be embarrassed that this is part of there chain.

What I liked.
The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
What I didn't like
1. Breakfast options were not good! There were three types of oatmeal (all with suga, milk, cold individually wrapped pancakes, mandarins, and coffee. Pretty lame. And we came for breakfast at around 8:40 ( the breakfast starts at 8:00 am)
2. The air conditioning unit in the room was super loud and, and it worked non stop all night long. In the morning, there was a puddle of water on the floor by the unit.
3. I asked for a late checkout ( at noon), and me being a Wyndham rewards member, I believe the hotel should have accommodated my request buy they didn't. At first, the clerk agreed to a 11:45 am checkout but he later changed it to 11:30 and disabled the entry card.

The class of people were staying there was low. They were up very late walking around. Little noisy a little unsafe feeling. Breakfast shouldn't even be mentioned. Everything else was ok.

went for a weekend get away from Charleston, South Carolina and this was a perfect place for me. Room where spacious and comfortable, Will definitely recommend this location and would return to stay here.

There is no advertised breakfast. Had to get my room key redone every night when i got back to the hotel. Took 5 minutes to get hot water in the bathroom and sink andvit never got really hot.

2 nights, 2 1/2 days...The office door was never open; everything operated out of a night window. As an older woman, I found that unnerving. It was also quite noisy, early morning. Cars came by picking up school children?& workers? & honked, conversations, etc. No fruit or breakfast snacks. *The young fellow working there was friendly & efficient, however.

Heat didn't work in one of the two rooms used (Room 208). The property looked nice. No breakfast and lobby was locked. Not a good value for the price paid

The condition was an issue. The room smelled funny and one of the comforters had a stain on it. It was noisy at night, we could hear everything going in in the next room. The location was good for seeing different parts of Orlando we wanted to travel to and the price fit our budget.

Staff very uninviting. Checked in thru plexiglass window , where you had to talk loudly due to yappy aggressive dog in office.
Lobby closed .
No breakfast or contact with employees .
Although they still advertise breakfast on there website. This needs to be removed.

Only one extra outlet available in room which was located in the bathroom
Unable to charge more than 1 device at a time due to lack of outlets. 1 USB on clock.
Wyndham needs to remove there name from this motel.
Did not expect a lot when booked but it was horrible.
Felt very unsafe. Worried about car being broken into all night. Did not bring luggage into room only necessary articles due to afraid of bring bedbugs home. Bagged belongings brought into room in plastic bag before putting back in car.
Only reason we stayed was due to all other motels/ hotels in 10 mile radius we’re booked.

Bottom line: Overall, this is an OK property. I thought the "by Wyndham" tag indicated a better grade of hotel. I was mistaken. We left without staying the second night.
The Good: they fixed the battery-operated door lock on our room pretty quickly. They have painted recently - that looked good! The price was low. The AC unit worked well.
The Not-so-Good: at check-in, the clerk didn't mention the breakfast or where it was. Even though we arrived at 2pm, the lobby was locked, requiring us to use the night window. It was nearly impossible to hear her from inside. The first set of room keycards didn't work (see Good comment above). There was a 1 inch gap under the door. The people in the next room yelled a lot or their dog barked or their TV seemed super loud. It seemed obvious that they were living there. The pitbull was allowed to run off leash. The vehicle had cobwebs around the tires.

Walked in and the room was hot. Took a couple hours to cool down. The faucet in sink was floors made my feet black so had to keep shoes on. And found a giant spider web in the corner.

Hotels .com booked us the wrong room the manager fixed it however the only two towels per room when u have a pool is no good we had to go buy towels the knife fight in the parking lot was odd but again the manager took care of it professionally the pool was low so the filter system couldn't work so it was filled with bugs but other wise clean and if u pay for breakfast etc it should be there

The services were complete, expedient, andferently.. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable the bed was comfortable. It is a little aggravating when you are told that there will be breakfast but Kobe has canceled it again. I guess that's not their fault. Overall my experience was excellent.

Room was pretty clean. White sheets were relatively clean with the exception of a small stain. Top comforter sheet had large visible stains on both beds. We got a room with two Queen beds, but the beds were obviously smaller than queens.

The rooms were very clean and the front desk staff check in was the most efficient I have ever had. Breakfast was meh, so we skipped and found a great breakfast location about a mile away. My one concern was that I went to the wrong room and was still able to open it with my card key, much to the surprise of the guests already in the room. Needless to say I kept the security latch closed during my entire stay.

Not the best place we've stayed.
Disappointing for a Wyndam hotel. First, lobby door locked at 6 pm!!! What kind of a neighbourhood is this? 2 clerks , looked very young, not even 25, male , and another slouched in a chair. Just wanted us in and out quick. Bed looked great and probably new but it was a metal frame and made a noise when I sat on it or moved and so did the one above us. Not great for sleeping!
Internet connection very poor, had travel papers to fill out and wouldn't send! Furniture in bad shape, torn and ripped and broken drawers.
Bathroom clean, towels few and thin. very disappointing for a Wyndam.

There were no plugs to charge anything except the bathroom. I had to unplug the clock to use my Cpap machine. Aldo the chairs were old and uncomfortable and the remote did not always respond. Otherwise it was very clean

Disgusting memories!
We Did not stay there. I had called at 8:30 am to ask when the earliest we could check in and drop off our bags. I was expecting to be told not until 3:00 pm like most of the places I stay. I travel every week and stay 3,4,5 nights in a week in hotels. I was told I would be called if the room was cleaned if it was cleaned before 3:00. I checked in at 3:19 pm. I had a funny feeling and just walked straight to the room to inspect it. OMG!!! It was as I thought. A damn disgusting mess. Both beds unmade, hair and nasty stains. Both trash cans overflowing, trash on the floor. The room stunk and had not been touched since previous people left. I had taken 22 photos for recording. I asked for my card to be reimbursed and left. I will never return to this hotel.

Pass this one up
This was by far one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke, the office was closed, there was -0- breakfast as advertised, my blanket had cigarette burn holes in it, there was a live roach crawling across the floor the next morning. I mean, what more do I need to say :(

Terrible! The air was out! The place was sold put so had to have maintenance change the whole unit! It took several hours. The front desk was rather put-out by the whole thing! The room wasn’t very clean either. We won’t stay again.

An average good enough place
This was just your average run of the mill hotel that was nothing special, but clean and safe. The only complaint was no coffee in the lounge in the morning and the in room brewer was absolutely the cheapest small thing that I ever saw.

Overall the room was clean, but you can tell it hasn’t been updated in some time. Toilet was stained, one of the screws on the toilet was rusted, paint chipping on the ceiling, bath tub was stained.

DON'T STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
The rooms were filthy. The doors were open when we got to them. There were no towels
The beds were hard and bedding was filthy and unchanged from previous occupants with visible cigarette burns in blankets. Rooms smelled of smoke despite being "smoke free". While there within 30 min we witnessed homless people fighting on the upstairs walk way resulting in cops being called along with paramedics. There was blood smeared along the railing that was never cleaned up. That was still there when we left the next day. The walls are paper thin. Overall disgusting. On top of all that the price was almost 3 times normal because of spring break. We wished we had just slept in our car in a walmart parking lot instead.

The last day there I watched them soak their dirty shower curtains in the pool. When confronted they said then why did you stay here? Hmm well I kinda figured you used washing machines. 🤔 I have pictures to prove.. kids swim in that pool that's gross and if I knew they did that I wouldn't have stayed there which only did for the pool..

Not a good stay.
When we arrived they double charged our credit card. We had two rooms they charged us for four. Took them a bit to realize they double billed us when we tried to explain, as we have an alert on our credit card when items are charged.
When we got into the room there were items still in the refrigerator. They never cleaned our room all three days we were there for both rooms. Never refilled toilet paper or towels had to get ourselves.
We will not stay there again. Never felt comfortable at all.

It was a great stay. We had a king room and everything was comfortable. No issues with staff on this stay, everyone was nice and accommodating.
The room could use a little updating and a few more outlets but overall we were completely happy here.
The room was huge with tables, chair's and all other hotel accommodations.

the coffee pot wouldn't work, but they did give us a new one. there were not any convenient plug in's? Like there was an alarm clock but we had to plug it in on the desk. it looks like it needs a little updating. but all in all it was a friendly comfortable place.
