The night clerk did not respond timely. It was almost midnight when we arrived and he left 3 females standing outside for almost 15 minutes. It sounded like we woke him up when we used the courtesy phone.

Have stayed several times for surgery at ucsf, easy to get between the two. Always been quiet and clean, smoking rooms are nice. Staff always helpful. Disability parking next to elevator next to office.

Airport shuttle unreliable
Main reason was to have a place with transfer to airport before leaving. Shuttle did not show up and had to take Uber. Management available only by phone and unhelpful.

Ad didn’t truly depict the condition of the hotel. Breakfast included was a joke! I stayed because it was late when I arrive and I had no other option in a strange place. Would never stay there or recommend it.

Shuttle to airport details should be mentioned clearly before booking rather than knowing till 9:30 pm they operate . Elevator is not working and had to carry all my stuff to 2nd floor on my own. It’s so loud due to traffic and someone kept banging doors around midnight for an hour . Generally don’t write reviews but staff can’t do much when elevator is not working etc.

I booked here because they said to me on the phone prior to booking they have shuttle service to SFO at 4:00 am for my early flight. At check-in I was told they do not.
I am on my own to get to the airport.

Unforgettable stay
Our flight had laid over in San Francisco
We were hoping to find a nice hotel with breakfast served, when we arrived at the place it looked nothing like the photos and it was very old and decrepit, the bed was very uncomfortable and to our surprise breakfast was coffee and a bar of grain. Definitely not what we paid for.

Way too much noise from the freeway. They need more sound proof rooms. There were no power outlets near the beds. The only available outlet in the entire room was over the bathroom sink. The rooms are old and smelly. The couch cushions was stained and deformed. I wouldn’t dare sit on it. The desk was very scratched up. The desk chair was on casters that didn’t work.

Property decided to keep my money due to my flight been cancel because of terrible weather. Expedia did not care about this and supported this hotel on stealing my money. I would not recommend a hotel who is not honest. Spoke to a person called Isaben and he lied saying that he was management, called multiple times and continued to lie about the whole thing.

They called me and said they understood I couldn’t make it and would give me credit. You said they wouldn’t. I called them back and said it’s up to you. I paid for something I told them I wouldn’t be able to use because I was detained. I’m not happy and considering other options

The staff rude and not helpful. I booked the hotel for two things wifi and shuttle. No wifi and shuttle only until 9 pm so i had to spend money on a lyft as well. When I complained about these things the staff didnt do anything and the lady in the am juts just basically told me she wasnt going to listen to my complaints and hang up on me several times when I was inquiring about the delay or my shuttle for the am. I needed internet to book my flight for next day but I couldn't so i had to leave early to deal with booking at the airport. It is very run down, bathroom dirty as well. Never again

Great place for just a stop-over. Microwave and mini-fridge (bigger than most places) were great to have in the room. Room was a nice size and clean. I liked that all I had to do was just leave my key in the room when I left. No hassles while checking in and was able to leave the next day with no problems.

We were coming off a long international flight and just needed a place to stay overnight to rest before our last leg of our journey. The area is a sketchy neighborhood. It's right next to the freeway and the noise is clearly heard in the rooms. The lights outside the rooms were really bright and the shutters on the window didn't block it well enough. When we booked, we read that this hotel offered airport shuttle service. It is not a shuttle that you wait for at the airport. You have to call the hotel, then call their taxi company yourself. They do pay for it however. Very inconvenient and we didn't know this was the procedure beforehand so we waited at the airport for too long. There aren't any restaurants close by. We ended up going to the small liquor store for food. The guy there was very nice but not a lot to choose from. Also very sketchy looking place. The free breakfast is coffee, danishes, granola bars, and fruit. Nothing substantial or hot. The only positives were that the front desk guy was very nice, and the rooms were clean and newish with mini fridge and microwave. Would not recommend.

The room was clean enough but it’s quite noisy from the highway and the doors don’t seal well. The published information and the email they sent me about the airport shuttle were both wrong in different ways and the owners made no apology or effort to help fox things. I had to end up booking my own Lyft to get to the airport in the morning.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room wasn’t fancy but it was clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast wasn’t fancy but at least they had something. The free shuttle was a nice plus as well. If your flight lands later then the shuttle runs a cheap option is to take the bus from the airport. Google Maps had suggested this as an option and the bus will leave you off right in front of the hotel and the cost is only $2.25.

The hotel looks homie in the rooms. You had everything you need like a microwave and refrigerator, and a desk. The restrooms were super clean. Loved the room over all except the shutters didnt help keep the light out all the way so the room was pretty lit all night. But than was the only con i had

The property was clean and the attendant was great and professional.
There was no coffee in the room or coffee maker. Probably my worst aspect. There is a microwave and fridge but no coffee maker, ugh.
Access to anything is at keast a 15 minute walk. But it was a super place to stay for layovers.

The WiFi is erratic. Most times it does not work! They misrepresented themselves that there is 'daily breakfast' but it was a 'grab and go' kind of 'breakfast' which is quite a laugh!!!! I paid in cash and the staff had short-changed me without batting an eye! When I asked for the exact amount, she just nonchalantly said that there were 'lots of things on her mind!' Oh well, that is a poor excuse for not using a calculator. I would never have stayed at this hotel if I had read all the negative comments and reviews about this hotel. I had to move to another hotel which was cheaper and they PROVIDED actual daily breakfast. With all my hotel experiences around the world, I must say that I am very disappointed with this one!!! Never again, Thank you!!!

This hotel is not v close to the airport. Free shuttle is only available after 7am or so. We had to reach the airport at 330 and had to figure out all of that ourselves. Taxi took 20$ to drop us to the airport. Hotel facilities could be improved a bit as well. The ceiling looked in bad shape.

There is no lobby, to checkin late at night you will have to do it from a small window ??? Not safe at all, presenting ID and credit card from the outside of the building.
- side doors are always open, so anybody can access to your floor. Again not safe at all.
- breakfast included? We tried coffee, but that was pretty much warm water, not even coffee available. Nobody at the desk to talk, so it seems more like a self service hotel.

Stay away from this place. Sign is flickering, Lobby attendants are rude, huge red flag when they tell you the reason they need your license plate is for the police. Room was very dirty, stains on everything from the bathroom to the ironing board.

It was close to a pretty fun area as far as dining goes.
The non-smoking room I was in was permeated with the smell of stale weed smoke. The property was also right next to a freeway and the windows were old and didn't seal out the noise very well, so the room was very noisy.

The condition of the rooms was not great. It was clean but the electrics needed attention. The hairdryer was cracked and made such a high pitched squealing noise I couldn’t use it. The light switch (room208) beside the bathroom hissed and fizzled when I switched it in and off. We arrived late and left really early.

Terrible - double charged
We rented two rooms for a week on a business trip. The office wasn't open so we didn't get the advertised free breakfast. Not a big deal.
A/C was not working. When reported to the desk they said they would have a Tech come to fix it. That never happened. When we asked to be switched to a new room they complied however they double charged upon check out. They gave excuses but we ended up being overcharged anyway. Won't ever stay here again. We will stay at the Travel Lodge next week.

There was no real breakfast, just a granoloa bar. The airport transportation had to be called twice and was an older car with no air conditioning. The vending machine was out of water and the only liquid available was Sprite.

Rude and dirty
Terrible experience. Called the front desk to let them know I was going to have a late check in and they questioned me asking for an exact time . I let them know the situation and told them I had just landed so I was going to get an Uber and was on my way (8pm) . The front desk made it seem as if they were going to cancel my stay. I get to the room and it was dirty the shower had hairs on the walls and the tub had something that looked like burn marks on it . The sheets were stained . I definitely do not recommend this place . They are very rude and the place is dirty .

There was absolutely no real breakfast (atleast not as advertised) there were a few granola bars and some horrible coffee, and that was the whole breakfast. Just a place to crash if you have no choice but they really should just say no real bfast offered.

There was parking with security which was nice. The area was VERY sketchy. Key card didn't work multiple times, I had to go back to the front desk to get new ones. I got locked out late at night when I came back from my event and nobody was present. Had to call and no one ever showed up. Slept in my car.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT stay here. It was not very clean but worst of all was the advertised airport shuttle that starts at 4am … not any more in sprite of the website saying there is. When we checked we were told they don’t start until 6am which would not have worked for our flight.
So we had to scramble and change airport arrival plans, with no compassion or compensation from the hotel.

The location was convenient and theres a parking onsite. The room was ok. It feels dirty, the sheet has cigaret burned mark, has hair on the bed, the toilet/bathroom was dirty. When we we're checking out nobody was on the lobby i have to call to their number see if someone will answer. Left the keys on the front desk since nobody is there.
