This is a great stay in Seattle. It's a short ride away from everything downtown but out of the way enough for you to get some sleep at night.

Great hotel. Very quiet considering it's right off of mercer st. We went to a show @ mccaw hall & it was a quick 10 min walk. Beds were super comfortable & the tv was huge. Would definitely stay again

Overall, the hotel is totally sufficient for a business traveler, and I recommend it. The only problem is that it is surrounded by freeways; and it is hard to walk there from an Amazon office.

Worth the stay
First time staying at the Four Points Sheraton and I have really enjoyed it so far. The front desk staff are great and really accommodating.
The only parts I don’t like much is breakfast is not included it’s $20 per adult and also there is a $100 room deposit for incidentals, which to me is high and if you extend your room you have to repay the deposit. So it feels like a bunch of holds on your card.

Loved that we had a great view of the Space Needle, but overpriced. It doesnt have a pool, so good for business, not so much family. It doesnt include breakfast. Personnel was nice. Easy check-in and out

Great property, very close to the space needle which saves on parking and driving. Plenty of food options nearby both walkable and delivery. Safe gated parking, fantastic gym, front desk crew very professional. Stayed here for New Year and definitely happy...

Great place! Stayed 2 nights. Very clean hotel with many amenities including an onsite restaurant and bar. Very welcoming staff. Secure underground parking a plus. Hotel is at walkable distance to Space Needle and Monorail and QFC.

We liked we could easily walk to Seattle Center. The lobby was inviting and our room was clean. The bed was the right firmness and there were enough blankets already on the bed to stay warm. We drove a mini suv so parking was easy. If we had brought our larger suv it would have been a challenge, doable but a challenge.

My room is on the second floor. Outside the window, there's a large air conditioner compressor. It's a bit noisy at night, and I can feel the vibrations. The entire window is blocked by a large outdoor unit of the air conditioner.

Abraham is the best!
We were in Seattle because my husband had an appointment at Fred Hutch (cancer center) nearby. I called around 12 to ask if I could access the parking garage even though check in was not until 3. Abraham told us to come over and that he could check us in early. He even upgraded the room! It was a bright spot during a difficult time and we were all so grateful.

Happy One night Stay
It was perfect for the one night. Very clean and comfortable. Would consider staying again. Was not to fond of having to pay 20 after it was advertised as parking available. That was kind of misleading but other than that it was great. Check in was super easy

The hotel was average. Unfortunately they are adding onto the hotel and construction started before 8 am Saturday morning pounding on our walls and the worker were outside our window so there was zero privacy. The hotel did not mention any of this on check in.

Everything was nice. Liked the new shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Did not like having to pay $20 per night for parking. Did not like having to pay for breakfast $20. Liked the coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. Chairs in the room were the perfect height (jealous!). Pillows and bedding were excellent. Did Not hear a peep from other rooms through the walls. Overall an excellent stay.

We stayed here for one night in November. The hotel was great, tucked away in a part of town that felt very safe. Parking was secured and cheap for Seattle. I cant say enough about the staff, so wonderful to deal with. The breakfast was delicious and the staff at the restaurant were so nice and willing to accommodate allergies. It is about a half hour walk to all the hot spots downtown, perfect for me. Room was clean and the shower was huge. Thank you for such a welcoming environment.

The room had a very musty odour, almost as though someone had peed the bed or on the carpet before. The bedding was also itchy and uncomfortable. No room service or many options for snacks or dining.

Nice hotel with wonderful staff
Nice, clean hotel less than a mile from
Climate Pledge Arena and Space Needle, with restaurant and bar. The restaurant menu has a little bit of everything. Secure parking garage was a plus. Hotel and restaurant/bar staff were all wonderful! Special shout outs to Manny at the front desk and Reecy in the bar. You made our trip down from Alaska even more special!
Decent neighborhood, we walked back from a concert at Climate Pledge Arena after midnight with no concerns.

The lady at the breakfast that worked on Saturday and Sunday morning was super sweet and super helpful with the breakfast she made sure that were taken care of while having breakfast,
Also the cook and the bartender were amazing the margaritas were on point, we will return very soon
Front Desk Manager was also very helpful he was able to check us in early which was perfect with 5 children.

We stayed here for 1 night and it was perfect. They have parking available for $20 - this is reasonable given the location. There was plenty of parking available. We read that parking spots are tight… we have a large suv and we had no problem parking it. Check in process was super easy, and the room was a nice surprise. Everything seemed to be new, and the view was perfect. Definitely recommend!

This hotel is a smaller hotel and is a 12 minute walk from the Space Needle, it’s convenient with a small shopping center about 2 blocks away. It has great parking underground and only cost $20 a day. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was good. However, I find the room size a bit small since we had 5 people in a room and the room saids it sleeps 6 people, I would expect the room size to be a little bigger, it didn’t have a lot of walking space. We had 2 towels that were dirty and seemed like it was used, both towels had beige stains on it, it was an easy fix, we just asked for new ones. Overall, I enjoyed my stayed at this hotel.

Despite being surrounded by construction and busy streets, the hotel is actually well situated in terms of easy access off the I-5, and is within a short walking distance to Seattle Centre and the Opera house. As a hotel, it is medium sized, clean, comfortable and well run with friendly and helpful staff, plus underground parking.

This hotel is in an excellent location. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the Space Needle and all the sights and attractions around there. There are nice pubs/restaurants nearby. The hotel’s only weakness was their restaurant. Open for a breakfast buffet but charge $20 per person. Same room is open for dinner with a very limited menu. No complimentary coffee/tea at any time.

Great customer service! I always like a room with a bathtub and upon arrival did not have one and was quickly rearranged to a room with a bathtub. Service from food area was excellent when I had asked specifically for decaf coffee. Made it in 3-4 minutes and nice breakfast variety. Such good service I signed up for their rewards. Will definitely be staying there again.

Overall our stay was very nice. Parking was cheap and rooms were very comfortable. A couple maintainence things had a small impact in our 2 night stay but no big deal. Drinks at the cafe were pretty spendy, that was to be expected in Seattle. Facility was clean and quiet!

We were seeking a hotel where we could reach Climate Pledge easily and safely. This property checked ALL of our boxes. We were able to secure and affordably park our car, right on-site. We had a quiet and clean room, however, I want to warn that there is a substantial and long-running construction project that is taking over directly next door (October 2023). Because of this, the nice inner-courtyard is closed and the headache-inducing noise and banging will begin at 7:00am in the morning. The property is otherwise very quiet, despite being next to 99.
We loved being close to Queen Anne and the QFC had tons for grab-and-go and quick dinner options.
The construction is no fault of the hotel's and Manny, Allen, and the third front desk attendant who checked us out were all kind and very helpful. If anything, this property is a huge encouragement to commute up for more events and shows at Climate Pledge and use the hotel as my main place to stay as it was incredibly pleasant and convenient. Thank you, Four Points staff!

The staff were excellent in helping with all of our needs. Everybody was pleasant and accommodating. There was no mention about the $20 a day parking fee until we checked out. I would’ve appreciated knowing that in advance. But we did enjoy our stay in the place was nice.

I really enjoyed my stay. I did find the doors to be thin and let in quite a bit of sound from other guests passing by in the halls and housekeeping staff who started really early. But I was impressed by all other aspects and appreciated that the TV offered free streaming channels. Great location too - up close views of the Space Needle and less than a block from a grocery store. I also appreciated that there was an in-room fridge.

I thought the room was quite expensive and the meal that we had on Friday night was not as good as we would have hoped, but the bartender who served us was great. He took our food order without writing it down and the order was correct. He was very nice and made us laugh which was amazing because we were super tired from our early flight and sightseeing of Seattle all day!!
