First Juan at front desk was pleasant, if it wasn’t for him I would have booked. However, room another story. Holes in walls, & patched up, still showing holes. door latch unsecured, phone did not work, reported the night after booking room. Was told no more phone’s available by another young lady. House keeper the next day I asked for extra towels since I was staying more than one day. She still entered my room after I told her I didn’t need her to come. Last day of stay, housekeeping came in my door before 10am & and I had do not disturb sign on door. Called downstairs to front desk on my cell phone since there was no phone to use in room. Front desk apologized and said I was the 3rd person that called about housekeeping. Very unprofessional and didn’t feel safe. Breakfast was processed eggs, and sausage not cooked fully. Not very appealing nor Employee over breakfast was housekeeper, that said she doesn’t speak English. Coffee seemed to be okay. Not sure about filters clean on Juice dispenser, didn’t trust it.

I like the location to Dulles Airport. The staff at the front desks was friendly and helpful. The lock on the door to my room(310) was difficult to open. Also there was a small amount of black mold on the shower wall.

They kept almost finished toilet paper roll and no additional rolls. No trash bin in the bathroom. I would give 0 for these 2 points. There was a leakage of drain or don’t know what it was but all the read was wet and smells like dead fish.

Some repairs were taking place in the dining area and the parking lot was in bad shape. Needs repairing. Also, the folks from the restaurant next door are taking up lots of the parking area on Friday night.

Is IMPOSSIBLE to open the window in the room, no fresh air in the room.

Hotel needs a renovation
For a one night stay, it was fine. Hotel looks a bit out dated. Bathroom had a funky smell and wasnt very clean. The hotel ran out of extra pilows and sheets. One of my kids had to sleep on a comforter. There was no A/C in the hallways and elevator. The staff was friendly and courteous. Like i said, for a one night stay, it was ok.

It was nice having a loveseat and tables allowing us to eat in the room. I liked the quality of the bed linens. However, I prefer regular sized pillows. We liked the coffee shop and bakery nearby. I was disappointed in the breakfast. There was no yogurt, and I didn’t care for the egg omelettes as they contained processed American cheese. Also the eggs didn’t taste very eggy, like maybe they contained some kind of filler.

Great place to stay
The Hotel is clean and comfortable, AWESOME rooms for the price. Typical, but very good breakfast. They don't have daily maid service which works out fine: one call and they will come and service the room. Location is great: many restaurants and coffee shops within a couple blocks. One think I, as a senior, would like to have seen is support bars in the shower.

Good hotel in a great area
The hotel itself is nice, and in a very accessible area, not too far from a couple of Metro stations. The front desk staff is super helpful and friendly! The only thing I would change is housekeeping for stays greater than 2-3 days. If you want housekeeping service you do need to request it and they are absolutely happy to oblige! However, as a note to the staff, please mention that upon check-in, or consider implementing housekeeping every three days or so for guests staying for a week. Just trash, towels, and a vacuum. Otherwise, thank you for making our family feel welcome!

Worst stay at a comfort suites ever!
When we arrived great customer service by the desk clerk. One failure though did not tell us that the maid service had to be requested. So we straightened our own room and emptied our trash, which is bull for the amount of money paid. During breakfast during the week we saw that they refuse to keep food restocked so that all in the hotel could eat. This was terrible. I expect better than Motel 6 style. Furniture and some areas really run down and not maintained. They should lose their franchise status. The people behind the desk were very professional and nice. I will never go there again as their management and apparently comfort suites cares less in providing a quality hotel and clean rooms without a customer asking for the service.

While standing at the front dest i noticed the smell of urine. I thought maybe a dog urinated in the lobby. Then we went up to our room and omgosh it was alot worst. The hallway had a fan blowing on the carpet it the smell was awful. Once we entered the room a strong smell of urine was all over the room. The bathtub and sink was dirty. The beds had hair on the sheets. Very awful hotel. Wood not recommended. Also we noticed alot of drug user at this hotel.

Awesome place, very accommodating, great rate and staff. Very cool little store up front with snacks, drinks, microwave meals at reasonable prices!! Arrived before check-in time and they got us situated by 2pm and called us direct when the room was ready. Definitely recommend this place 5 Stars AAA

The shower was broken we could not shower when we got up and we had meetings that day in front of people and we were unable to shower! At 4:30 a.m. when we figured this out we went downstairs and asked for another room so we can get ready for work but we're told the hotel was sold out! This was a horrible experience we stayed there because of our meetings the next morning at work and we're unable to shower!

I gave a chance for the hotel respond and after two weeks nothing. This was an incredibly disappointing hotel room. The place overall was okay, but the room was horrible, falling apart and dated. The door lock didn't work properly, the carpet was worn down to nothing, shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and I had to fix the toilet a couple of times. The front desk really didn't seem to care much when I brought up the concerns at checkout.
For the money I would have expected a lot more than what I got. I have stayed in a Motel6 for half the price and had a better room.
Don't think I'll hear back from them at this point, but I expected more after emailing them my concerns.

Service/staff was good. However, the overall condition of the hotel was a bit rundown and dirty. The toilet was finicky, the shower curtain rod was broken, peeling wallpaper throughout our room, deadbolt on door was inoperative, pillows flat/worn and beds were worn out spring mattresses. The office chair was so old the vinyl seat was cracked and little pieces of the vinyl were littered about the chair- it was too scratchy to even sit on. As for cleanliness, the pull out couch was full of crumbs and the sheets weren’t changed on it, we had ants in our hotel room, and the window sills, corners, etc.. were dirty with cobwebs, dead bugs, dust/crumbs, etc…

We booked a non smoking king room...it reeked of cigarettes. The next room was 2 queen beds and the room was filthy. No shower curtain and the bath itself was concave...no flat surface in the tub.

Not good water pressure did not have hot water light and phone didn't work bed board had dirty handprints all over it, food on the floor, ripped up furniture ,pull out sofa bed with a very old mattress didn't supply any sheets. holes in the wall floor carpet dingy. Good never stay again.

Good enough to sleep after landing from a long flight. Nothing remarcable, it is dated. My room was directly above an engine room and a boiler vent that kept going off and on through the night. Their shuttle DOES NOT do the rounds to the airport if you don't call them. Make sure you call them as soon as you arrive or you will freez outdoor waiting. Don't expect help to load your bags on shuttle.Driver was as impersonal and rough as they come. Overall an okay experience.

The location of the facility was great with lost of business at walking distance.
What wasn't so great was the bathroom, and in particular the hot water wasn't coming at first, and the water pressure from the bathtub was inexistent.
The personal couldn't have that fix during our stay.
You can see in the attached picture that the shower knob is all the way in hot position and this was all the pressure we can get from the shower.
Imagine having a family of 4 showering with this...

The front deck staffs are very courteous. The cleaning and breakfast staffs are not so friendly. The breakfast quality is poor and selection is not complete relatively comparison to all the hotels we have been. I think Comfort Suites corporate needs to pay a visit to this location and assess the conditions. They need to clean this branch up because it really put a stain on their brand.

I will not stay at this hotel again. The hotel is out dated. There was also an issue with double booking. When calling to reserve the room there was never a confirmation given.
Tried to reserve again using the 800 number on the company site which was done however ,the staff nor the manager Connie Chao assisted with canceling or refunding the room that was double booked through the 800 reservation number. The first reservation was through a third-party. I understand they have no control over this. But there was control over the 800 number that was through the hotel.
The representative even noted it was double booked
The attitude of the staff was on the line of rude and very unhelpful.

The room was so dark. There was only 1 lamp by the bed and a small lamp on the desk. The bathroom door squeeked. There was pink mold along the bathroom floor. I have stayed at several Comfort Suites. This one surely does not measure up! Would not stay at this location again.

The Conor I f the room was dirty. The staff were not friendly. The night that I arrived I was driving in under the overhead part and f the building. Apparently that is where they park the van. The driver flashed his lights and wanted me to move. I walked in to a desk team member who was in the back office and came out and picked up the phone. I had to wait. The front desk staff did not respond to me quickly every time I needed something. The breakfast food had limitations for a vegan gluten free diet. Not a welcoming environment.

The outside of the hotel was dirty. There was no iron in the room, we had to call down for one, and the ironing board did not have a pad on it. The shower head was leaking, so water was on floor after our showers.
They wanted to move us in another room after we called down about the shower issues but we were already settled and was tired from traveling all day, we just improvised and stayed until the next day.
Staff was friendly enough.

Suprised the management could not fix old broken bath tissue holder. I saw a sign in the bathroom where guests were ask to request a slip resistance bath mat of required. This implies management are aware of this problem but can do anything to address the slio potentisl as a preventive measure.

Clean but needs update
The room was clean. However it needs some maintenance that is done correctly. The closet door looked like someone had put their fists through it. The wallpaper was stapled back onto the wall where they should have used wallpaper glue to attach it. I don’t like mold in my bathtub or my shower head.

This property is just OK. The place was fairly clean.The front desk staff was friendly. The maid service was nonexistent. The staff at breakfast were inattentive and unfriendly. The breakfast itself was pretty much cleaned out well before the end of the breakfast time so there was little to eat. All in all, a mediocre stay at best.

We got in and they were rude about the late check in. Our rooms weren't clean and the pull out couch was not made and I had to go back to the first floor for the linens because he refused to bring them up. We were suppose to have two rooms close together and we were on 2 different floors (2nd and 4th) then there was a fire on the 2nd floor and we had to evacuate at 2 am with no communication about what happened or that it was safe to return to the rooms.
The next day they refused to open the pool because they wanted everyone to check out at normal time, even though, I asked for a late check out the week of booking and then again at check in with approval. The hotel staff knocked several times on my room prior to regular check out making us very uncomfortable.
WORSE experience at a hotel ever.

I don’t typically review, but this place has clearly gotten five star reviews that are completely inaccurate and people should know that this is a one star hotel. It is in desperate need of upgrades and remodeling, it’s dirty, dingy, and even dilapidated in areas. The carpets, chairs, and couches in the rooms and dining areas are absolutely filthy and falling apart, it smells like cigarettes in the hallways, the wallpaper is peeling, the pull-out beds are stained and yellowed. You name it…this place hasn’t seen new furniture or any upgrades in at least 25 years. Please heed this warning and find another hotel.

Refrigerator in the room didn't work, ice maker didn't work, one of the exterior doors didn't allow entry. They don't keep towels at the pool, requiring you to essentially register to go swim. Pool hours are very limited. Exercise room has broken dumbells and very little space to use what worked. Breakfast was ok but could have been much better.
