This property is clearly the least expensive option of 8 surrounding hotels. It has good size clean rooms.Open pool, exercise room with complimentary breakfast. Two dine in restaurants within a half a block. Plenty of fast food restaurants within a block. A gas station convenience store 24 hours with alcohol. The staff is great.

The area is fine. I had terrible service. Front desk ask me to take a picture of the under sink issue, which I refuse. Since u guys did not have the decency to come and fix my sink issue which I explained to the front desk. I will never stay at a comfort Inn hotel again. Also had a microwave I had to deal with until I figured out what a the French words meant. Come on guys, we live in America, How about plain English Language. I didn’t want anyone coming to my room due to online meetings I was conducting to just take some pictures. I am a senior and was totally blown away when I was asked to take picture. This is the worst hotel service I have ever encountered in my over 40 years of traveling.

The guy at the desk wanted me to sign a bunch of papers.
When I asked him the rate of my room, he said he does not know it, please sign your name everywhere it does not matter.
I found out that when I stayed 3 nights they only make the room every other night. It dates from the Covid infections!
But I paid for three days, unless of course it was buried in the papers I signed when I arrived.
I could have made my bed, I could have dried my towels
I should have brought my shampoo, brought my teas. I had only known! I would have chosen another hotel.

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE experience
First off I based my decision to stay here from their photos. Dont make that mistake like I did. Lobby is nice but everything else looks rough. Check in went alright but the staff who checked me in needs a lesson on customer service. Our room had so much previous damage done to it and looked NOTHING like the rooms pictured. The beds were so uncomfortable and stiff. Pillows were tiny. I very much so considered getting my money back and going to a different hotel. The pool was poorly maintained. One of the latters to get in was broke and had caution tape around it. The other was only secure on the top part but not the bottom and wiggled when you used it. No towels. And theres areas on the bottom of the pool that also wiggled when you walked on it. I asked front desk for a few more shampoos and body washes which took him about 20 mins to bring to our room for some reason. Lastly breafast was decent depending on what you got. Honestly would have been better if we just went out to go get breakfast somewhere. I will never ever stay here ever again!

Comfort Inn is best priced in the cluster of about 9 hotels. It is clean. Has a very attentive staff. Commentary breakfast with many options. It has a pool and fitness room. There are several restaurants out the door of the hotel. While there are newer hotels close by, the lower price and amenities makes it a great choice.

When first checking in the Employee decides to take a couple phone calls before checking me in, he smelled very badly of BO. To the point I had to stand back to talk with him. My room floor carpets were dirty. My toilet barely flushed. The shower kept back up. And the water pressure was horrible. Won’t stay here again.

Fine for an overnight stay
This was the second time I stayed at this hotel in the last 3 months. I like that it's close to the amphitheater and easy to get to from the interstate. The biggest disappointment about this hotel is with the bathrooms. I had a suite during my first stay with the sink outside the bathroom. That was nice but the towels were stored on a shelf under the sink and there were no towel bars to hang them up after using. The room I had most recently had the sink inside the bathroom but again the towels were on a shelf under the sink and only 1 towel bar. Also, in both rooms that I stayed in there had been a hook on the back of the bathroom door, but it had been torn off. Also, on this most recent trip one of the towels was stained and another one had hair on it. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable and appeared clean, the hot water was plentiful, and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel rooms are in need of some paint and updating. It is fine for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't stay there more than one night.

This hotel really needs an upgrade had a suite I was to afraid to sit on the couch it was so old and dirty the baseboards were peeling around the walls terrible had I had any choice for my one night stay I would have gone somewhere else. Checked into the Embassy suite in Lombard the next day

Staying somewhere else next time
The place was close to the concert venue which was great. The hotel itself is older and run down. Baseboard falling off the wall, shower curtain rod falling down so the curtain doesn't shut for the shower, couldn't get the room to cool down much, and tje pillows were sofa pullow sized. The breakfast was terrible and we went elsewhere to eat. On the positive the bed was comfortable and the water was nice and hot for my shower. Also housekeeping is doing a great job of cleaning a terd.

No complaints whatsoever!
The front desk staff were so friendly!! When we checked in, and went to a concert, came back, we asked the front desk gentleman if we could please get in the pool for just a little while. He said sure!! That was above and beyond. The breakfast in the morning was very yummy. The lady who was restocking the food and cleaning the tables was also super nice!! No complaints whatsoever!!

We stayed here for 4 nights while on a family vacation. The service was wonderful. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. The hotel was clean, as well as our room, however they could stand for a few updates. The door to the bathroom in our room was splitting from the bottom up due to water leakage from the shower, and the carpet could stand to be replaced. I still would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be a return customer to Comfort Inn and Suites.

I was forced to leave in the middle of the night due to a horrendous bed bug infestation. I have had to throw out hundred of dollars of clothes, my suitcase, and did not even get to use the hotel both nights. And the night I did stay there, I was being bitten and crawled on.

Property could use some updating/spruced up. Breakfast items could be prepared better ( scrambled eggs instead of egg patties warmed up, danishes were hard, muffins were dry, biscuits & gravy would be good to offer).

This company should be sued for false advertising for failing to have a laundry service and the breakfast was anything but. They do not clean the rooms everyday and customers have to wait on a nonexistent staff for towels, sheets, and othe fratures which should be cleaned and replaced daily.

The hotel was kept up very well and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The receptionist was very warm and friendly. The only very minor issue I had is that the pool was very cold. It’s January in the Midwest, if you’re going to offer a pool you should make sure it’s warm because it is a big perk for families with kids

Stains on sheets, pillowcases. Thank God I travel with my own pillowcases for this reason. Bathroom door was replaced by a wooden door that doesn’t even open all the way, and had a huge hole in it. AC unit only works when it’s set in the 60’s. The room door wouldnt close without being pushed closed. All around this building is old and out dated. Looks nothing like the pictures. Needs to be torn down and rebuilt

Comfortable Weekend Stay
We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Comfort Inn and Suites near Tinley Park. I originally had reservations at a more expensive hotel in the area. When I called this one, the attendant was very helpful. Her information about the hotel and its location made me feel comfortable about switching and saving a lot of money. The free breakfast was a nice benefit with coffee that actually tasted good. We could'nt believe how comfortable the beds were, including the sheets, pillows and comforters. The hotel staff were very nice, helpful and efficient. Our game weekend was a success and this hotel played a big part. We won the game and that helped too!

This property has no parking in the front, where the main entrance is. There is some parking in the back, (not enough), but you have to walk around to the side or front to get into the building. The staff was not friendly and welcoming. For the amount paid for 1 night, I expected better everything.

Couldn’t check in until after 4 due to short staff which is understandable but they also didn’t answer the phone when I tried calling…literally 13 times before wasting my time driving all the way to the hotel to see if I could get my room. Claimed the phones where working then ironically the phone rang while I was standing there hmmm seems fishy. My key kept getting deactivated which was kind of annoying but that’s okay.

The hotel was recently remodeled but it was done with extremely poor craftsmanship the paint on the doors to all the hotel rooms is fresh if you look at the back of the door where the map is for the exit in case of emergency the stain is on the map about a half inch all the way around they wouldn’t even tape around things.

First off, the front desk clerk charged my $20 cash for incidental. He also swipe my chqrge card to hold incidental. I told him that i didnt have cash and i would have to go to the cash station. My husband and i check in the room and 20 minutes later he called our room and ask had i went to get the 20 from the cash station.

HORRIBLE STAY!!!
Our room was located at the rear or the hotel. It was after 10 pm and there was Very, Very,Very loud music in the parking lot. Let's not forget the bass that rattled the window to our room. Children running up and the hallway way after 10pm.

Employees were nice, check-in was fine. Breakfast was decent selection. Room was clean. Major renovations happening in the hotel that we didn't know about until walking into the lobby. I think we may have stayed in a room that was already renovated and it is a band-aid update. Wasn't impressed and would likely search out other options if in the area again. Construction materials everywhere, etc. Should almost do one floor at a time or shut down during construction so guests don't see everything.

Not a great stay
Pool was under construction and we were not informed of this prior to our stay or at check-in. No one even apologized for the inconvenience and I was told I did know about it.
Also, there was loud fighting in the hallway keeping our son awake one night.

Avoid staying at this hotel.
You have to really dig to find the good in this location - those qualities are hard to find here. The room was dirty, there was literal mold on the drapes, and there was dust everywhere. Disgusting, but luckily, no bed bugs... There wasn't much care taken in making the bed. It was made, but very hastily thrown together. The bathroom was decent, but the toilet was not securely fastened to the floor as it moved.
The staff are mostly friendly, but the front desk attendants were never behind the desk when I checked in and out. I waited for some time, albeit
a short while for both checking in and out, but the fact remains that there wasn't somebody ready to serve the guests right away.
The best thing about the stay was the breakfast. Full complimentary breakfast was offered and it was a nice reprieve from all of the bad (and gross) things that we experienced here.

I had a 1 day stay in this hotel and I would rate it a 6 out of 10 overall. It was nice enough for minimal frills but maybe overpriced by $30/nite. For me as a male it would do by myself, but I would not want to take my family. Overall the outside of the hotel is nice and matches other hotels around it.
Here's what they did right:
- The staff was nice and helpful.
- I never expect much from the included breakfast but the Jimmy Dean sausage croissants were a nice item.
- The room was a very nice size and came with a nice size TV plus a desk and a lounge chair.
Here are my problems with this hotel:
- The outside keycard readers were difficult to respond
- The room was dark, even with 4 different lamps
- The room door had an uneven gap at the floor which I feared would allow rodents in the room. I didn't see any during my stay but since I was on the first floor I was concerned.
- The walls around the tub were dirty above eye level like housekeeping was too short to reach it.
- The painted area around the bathroom door was rusted, needed painting and looked gross.
- Construction noise next to the hotel was loud during the day.
- The water/ice tasted terrible.

Old reliable
The staff is great! While it is clean, the hotel has a bit of a musty old smell. Febreeze covers it up well! I have stayed here multiple times, and not had a bad experience yet.

Not happy for the price.
We were in the 3rd floor and ice was only on 1st&2nd floors. Bed not that comfortable. Woke up with back and neck pain. Bathroom door would not close all the way. Shower had very little water pressure. A/c ran good.

Overall great stay. The downfalls were the hotel wasn’t super close to anywhere we were going and the AC in our room was awful. It’s fairly expensive but given the area I feel it is expected.

The pool area didn't look inviting it was old looking needs a remodel.. the bathroom door kept locking us in and was very hard to open.. and my deposit was not returned yet. I have never had to wait this long for a deposit to be returned to my card... normally right after check out but its been 3 days and I still don't have it

Refrigerator and AC unit was not working properly the staff was absolutely rude and totally inconsiderate and totally deactivated our key cards so we were unable to get in from the side door and had to go up to the front desk and have them reactivate them kept on giving excuses why they got deactivated overall a horrible experience would not recommend this hotel to no one.

It was okay. When I checked in, I was informed the WiFi was down for the day which was just minor-ly inconvenient; however the most disappointing part was having no continental breakfast & not being informed about it. For the price (over $200 a night) I could’ve stayed across the street and received at the least the breakfast. But it was closed and locked all weekend. On top of that, the room was OK but had wet spots on the floor and again for the price I kind of expect more than just 2-ply toilet paper. Either way, I was pretty disappointed and wished I had booked elsewhere.

Everything was fine walls a little thin, I could hear upstairs or they were extra loud. Otherwise, cleanliness was up to par and accommodations were above average. Bed was so very comfortable!

The cost definitely does not match the quality of the accommodations!
We booked the room for one night because the hotel was near a concert we planned to attend and we wanted to avoid the hour plus drive home after a few drinks.The price was a bit high for this quality hotel but we assumed it was raised because of the event. Cost was comperable for hotels in the area.
The sleeping/living area of the room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom however is another story. The bottom third of outside of the tub had stains all along the length. They were easily wiped off. The inside bathroom door frame also was dirty. There were a few spots on the interior bathroom walls as well.
The wifi was down and there were no little folders for our key cards. We were handed the cards with a post it note indicating our room number.
Definitely would not stay here again.
