Soon as we walked into the bedroom there was a roach and the room smelled humid but not as humid as the hallway.

No one to check us in!
Not that good at all. There was no one to check us in, our key didn’t work, the morning breakfast was horrible, it was dirty the list goes on and on.

Bathtub was cracked, outer area had trash everywhere and garbage cans overflowing. Staff was really nice but need to clean up better. Won’t stay there again

Didn’t have my room and was dirty
Booked a room a couple weeks in advance and was told they had nothing available when I arrived. After an hour was offered a room with a single bed for three adults. I’m addition the lobby area and bathroom was dirty and had roaches. Never made it to a room but assume they were not much better

Disappointing.
Short staffed. I arrived at 1am. Q was trying to resolve everything with no other help. I ended up waiting in line for a while.
When we finally got to our room, it was not double beds that we reserved. So my daughter and I shared 1 bed.
Hair dryer was not working and asked for one. But no other one available.
Laundry room inoperable.
Disapointing.

Caution, Old Run Down, Nasty Dirty, Stay Away
My family and myself where intown Austin over the weekend for the F1 Race., To sum it up., Very Expensive., This whole Comfort Suites Hotel including the room was extremely run down nasty & smelled bad like bleach trying to cover up the nastiness., The worst rundown hotels I've ever stayed at. I was Very, Very disappointed., To be nice i will give it a 1-star rating because of the staff, I will say the desk staff where friendly and nice people doing the best job they could for how rundown the hotel was. This hotel needs to be shut down and completely remodeled, stay away is my recommendation to all travelers.

When entering the lobby it's clear that they are remodeling and boy do they need it! The room I received was so outdated, smelled old and the carpet was stained from one end to the other. The couch was very worn and had small tears all over. The only reason I actually didn't leave is because the bed linens were clean and comfortable. I won't stay there again.

The carpets were very dirty in the hallway and bedroom areas. Our bedroom overlooked a parking area, windows were opaque with dirt so unable to see much of our surroundings. Poor lighting in the bathroom, and musty in the bedroom. The attendant in the breakfast area was very attentive and kind. The scrambled eggs were salty, the juice dispenser was broken, everything else offered for breakfast was good. The internet was not available. The first receptionist that greeted us when we arrived was kind, professional, and informative. We had an issue checking out, the receptionist was no where to be found, there was a note at the front desk indicating a number we could call but no one picked up the phone. We were limited for time checking out and when someone finally arrived there was a line of guests waiting to check out, due to our time constraints we handed the keys to the attendant and left.

This Comfort Inn location was not clean as we are use to. This may be a perfect hotel for construction workers or truck drivers. Had a double bed which one of the beds was right agains a filthy wall. The sheer curtains had brown stains and the carpet was noticeably dirty. Unfortunately, I purchased the non-refundable reservation in advance so I was stuck with it. Please note, the hotel is currently renovating and the lounge area looks so much better than the rooms. They mentioned that it will be about a year before all has been renovated.

This property was under renovation when we stayed, so the first floor was pretty torn up. The breakfast buffet was minimal. The staff was nice enough but wore street clothes. Our room was quiet, spacious, and comfortable, which it really all we needed. This wasn't the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, but definitely not the nicest either.

The location was convenient related to access to major traffic lanes, fuel, and the airport. I am not able to judge anything negative because it is under renovation, which makes it difficult to judge the finished project.

This property is apparently under renovation. It is clean, but worn down, the room didn't smell pleasant, the carpet was ick, the couch saggy. Much of what was in the breakfast area was marked out of order so I didn't even try the next morning. There's evidence of a reno with things torn up in areas, equipment under wraps, but I didn't see the positive side of that. But of course it's a process and I didn't know how far into the renovation the building is. I'm sure in the future it will be much more pleasant!

The staff were SUPER nice. But things around the hotel, especially the room, were in need of renovation. The lobby was currently undergoing renovations, but the rooms needed some attention as well. The bed had these weird square pillows… no traditional rectangle pillows were available. There were discolorations on the curtains, there was a spot above the bed that looked like they had run out of paint when they repainted the ceiling. Some of the corners of the walls, especially in the bathrooms were scuffed. The sheets were clean. Didn’t want to necessarily sit on the couch. And again - the staff were super nice. But we may not stay here again.

This property is absolutely disgusting. Definitely a roach coach hotel. I was assigned a room that had burn holes in the sofa, curtains smeared with grime that looked like food and smelled of second hand smoke. If you can avoid this location, please do!

Poor hotel room hospitality
Cleaning staff was overworked because there wasn't enough staff. Dust mites on the mattress and it was mentioned to the front desk, no heating extractor in restroom, broken glass on front wondow, carpet didn't look clean,elevator was very rickety and there was no coffee nor juice for breakfast.

The property is under renovation but no where does it say it on their website. The entire place is in disrepair. The bathroom fixtures were falling off. I could go on but just take my word and stay away. We would have been better off sleeping at the airport for our 12-hour layover.

They had given me a hotel room that was dirty and occupied it was just such a terrible experience and to top it off was told that’s all they have, and also the place was under going construction which if I would had known I would have never booked at that hotel. Over all one of my worst experience I have ever encountered at any hotel

Awful stay
The place is under construction. I could hear them drilling at 2/3am. It was very hard to sleep. The room was fine and clean enough but the common areas are dirty, disorganized, and hot. Drilling at 2am at a hotel???

This hotel is under complete reconstruction!! The whole reception area is gone, the floors are all torn up, the elevator had a sign that it was not to be used. I am 75 with luggage. The whole area around the hotel has tons of homeless people and the area is not nice looking or suitable for a woman and daughter.

The place was not clean - all over. In the bathroom the shower faucet was not functional! The internet was not available throughout the stay! Expedia should check the properties before recommending!

I found the walls to be super thin. Not that other visitors were loud, but I could here coughing and the TV from next door.
I was awoke by Thunder at 2am, it must have cracked overhead, it sounded like a dumpster was being pushed over hardwood floors directly above me.
I struggled to get back to sleep, but that's a me issue. I guess I got what I paid for?

Old and dirty hotel near Austin airport
This was our first and likely the last stay in this hotel. It is long past its prime. The room was spacious but it appeared dirty. In fact it was. I walked bared footed on the carpet on my way to take a shower and the moment I got wet the tub was grimy from the dirt on my feet!
And it looked like there was black mold on the bathroom wall.

Bed is likely at the end of its life. The coffee in the breakfast area and in the room was dreadful and i am not picky. The only USB charging port didn’t work. The water pressure was shameful and there were no stoppers in sink or tub. Just needs some attention. Change the lightbulbs. And i am not sure how you get away with not having an exhaust fan in the bathroom legally.

Great Staff
The staff at this hotel were amazing and helped with everything. The reviews about the condition of the rooms being in need of updating are accurate. The window in my room leaked when it rained. The carpet and furniture are worn. The bathroom door would not shut and the water turns from hot to cold to hot again often in the shower. The breakfast was great, internet great, and wonderful staff on site made the stay worth it. For the affordable price to the Austin Airport, I do believe it was worth it.

No pressure in the shower, I had to literally be right under shower head to get the droplets falling, because that’s how much came out. We got more pressure out of the sink. The mattress was a so flat and firm as a plywood board. No comfort at all.

The property was OK. The rooms and carpet are old and could use changing/updating. The furniture also needs updating. The bed was comfortable. It is very close to the Austin airport and there is an airport shuttle that will bring you to and from the airport. The included breakfast was complimentary to most other hotel continental breakfasts.

The room has a filthy worn out chair that possibly had been on the property for 30 years. With sanitary problems existing as it is guest should not be exposed to such conditions. It’s filthy and worn out, it’s not fit for a homeless under a highway overpass

Decent stay
We had a decent stay at this location. The room and beds were clean. Just make sure you put the do not disturb sign on the door if you plan to leave later than 8:00 am. House keeping knocked on the door and tried to come in and clean while we were still sleeping. Check out isn't until 11:00am. I locked the safety door latch before we went to sleep. That was the reason housekeeping couldn't get in.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. I was told at check-in that what I reserved was not what I was receiving. So after I had checked in I get to my room to find out I had just the double bed. I called down to the front desk to inquire of why there was only the 2 queens? I was told that they hadn't checked my reservation and they had already booked all the rooms as they were pretty packed and they had no other rooms available for my stay which was from Thursday to Sunday. I ended up getting a blow up mattress to accommodate my needs!!

Fix your checkout policy!
Checkout policy on the room door say 12 PM checkout. The receptionist the front desk says that is wrong and I should leave by 11. She gave me time until 11:30 as if doing me a favor and said I would be charged $25 if I didn't leave by 11:30
Fix your policy. Make it consistent and clear. If YOU have created the Confusion by posting incorrect policy it is on YOU to give the customer, the benefit of the doubt.

The staff were very kind and welcoming. The property is located conveniently close to the airport if you have an early flight to catch. Alas, the rooms could use some updates and better maintenance. Furniture and walls were crumbling!

The place was very clean, the staff friendly, but the outside lights shone in all night (the blackout curtains did not completely close) and the shower only dribbled water that fell straight down onto the tub spout(unless you added a whole bunch of cold water which wasn't great either).

The staff at this location was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. Free anytime coffee and breakfast were more than what i could asked for. Best part was the shuttle to and from the airport. Would stay at this location again in a heartbeat.

Convenient to airport
We stayed here because of the proximity to the Austin airport and that we could also park our car here while we were gone. An additional fee was charged for parking. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful to us when the hotel couldn't find our booking. He also arranged the Uber for us at 5am the next morning for our trip to the airport.

We stayed here one night, only because it was minutes away from the airport when we had a catch an early flight. I wouldn’t stay here unless that’s your reasoning also. Just felt old and uncomfortable, also loud with the freeway noise

Hotel is a little dated. Furniture was tearing. Paint was needed on the wall. My room had bugs. Fairly loud from the pipes (and airplanes) and I say that as a person thats hard of hearing. Even without either aids the room had constant noise.
Bed was comfortable, shower has good temp. Breakfast is standard~average. Convenient for my business since I was gone all day. Needs to lower price till rooms can be fixed up, otherwise may need to consider other places in same price range.

WIFI is HORRIBLE. Keeps dropping and you have to log back in after each time computer goes to sleep
Sink plunger was down and could not get it to raise, so had to use bathtub after sink became full
Shower valve very loose making it hard to open and close
When mentioning to staff, reaction was that they know about the WiFi and that they "would log the deficiencies", no apology.

Disgusting
We arrived late at night prior to an early morning flight. The room was the most disgusting I may have ever seen. The worst part was the blood and feces on the toilet paper.. and not a small amount. We could have possibly overlooked the many dead roaches and crickets in the lobby, halls, and in the room, but the state of the restroom made it unbearable. We immediately checked out and booked a different hotel.

Decent hotel- would stay again
It was an older hotel, but clean. Guest Laundry soap dispenser was out of order. No soap even for purchase at the front desk. The sink and tub in the room drained slow and I Informed them of maintenance needed. They had eggs, sausage, muffins, yogurt and waffles for breakfast, however the eggs were so salty almost couldn’t eat them. Everything else was great. Felt safe.

Just ok. No hot water for showers
This hotel wasn’t terrible but definitely has some wear and tear. You can tell it’s older. It was clean which I appreciate over whether the desk chair is worn out, which it was. The problem was that there was no hot water. It was lukewarm at best. I let it run too, to see if it just took a while and I thought maybe it was a fluke. My friends a few doors down had no hot water either. So my guess is no one did or at least no one on the second floor. I did talk to the desk clerk and he said it was an old building with old boilers and then said “ I know that’s no excuse” He said there are new owners and that they are looking at all the things that need to be improved and I’d say hot water needs to be the first. Hot showers are non negotiable. The price was less than others right next door and we were on a budget so that’s why we chose this one. I can look past wear and tear but I do need hot showers.

Had to take a Lyft to the property since the shuttle service stopped at 11pm. The 18" square pillows were uncomfortable. The facility was quite dated and poorly maintained.

They advertise an airport shuttle on their website with no restrictions. When I booked and called to find out where to find the shuttle, I was told to take a taxi or uber because they stopped running the shuttle. It was 1pm and checkin started at 3pm but no shuttles!

Little Austin Stay
Was a very pleasant stay for what we paid! I missed out on breakfast but my buddies throughly enjoyed it! Only con I would say was when we were leaving, somebody’s car got broken into and all their luggage was gone! Other than that, very nice stay!

Great staff! Very accommodating in getting my group of 6 two rooms next to each other. Full breakfast buffet was on point. Rooms were spacious and clean. No complaints.
