Poor front desk in the morning check out.
When I checked out on Jan 9, front desk didn’t say anything, he didn’t offer my receipt , I need my receipt pls, normally hotel had sent to my email directly after I checked out but not this time.

I put the room through Expedia by bucket for the wrong guy but the woman behind the front desk there at the Quality Suites said it was no problem she could just swap the wrong night for the right night. Then I got up in the morning rushing it to my flight to Detroit and she said that I had to you're my credit card for the one night and I get reimbursed that's what I thought so they feel my credit card for the night that I needed and then they took the money from Expedia for the night I did not need so they build me for a hotel room that didn't even stand and they won't talk to me I would stay there that's a bunch of crap it ripped me off anyway Quality Suites Nashville at the airport don't mess up cuz they sure will take their night of free money

Overall this was an airport area hotel. The staff and breakfast was not that great. Staff were somewhat non responsive. The breakfast was not ready on time and people waited for waffles. Options were ok, but limited. Warm food quality a bit low compared to other places. I think this was more like a 3-star hotel.

The room was very large and spacious and there was an extra TV in the "living area" so that our kids could be watching something completely separate from us if needed.

We love this place and this is our fourth stay. This trip we had to catch an early flight from BNA , so we used the Lion Transport shuttle and stored our car on property. Everything went so smoothly! Thanks especially to Yogitha, who checked us in -- she is a gem! The shuttle drivers were also friendly and helpful. We had to leave before breakfast this trip, but in the past it has been Excellent.

No hot water
Needed a place to stay when traveling for a family matter. The reviews were good and it was cheap. The staff at check in was good. Our room had no hot water so having a shower was not possible. I inquired at the front desk and was informed it would be available at 8 am.

I had a room where my headboard was on the other side of of a door. Every time the door closed it slammed waking me up. If there is a group people talking on the downstairs floor you can hear them in your room. The ceiling in the bathroom looked and smelled like they had painted over mold. I did like that the rooms were large and seemed to be kept up well. The bed and sheets was one of the most comfortable i slept on in a long time.

Mainly booked the hotel to utilize their airport shuttle service only to find out that they would not be running the shuttle on Thanksgiving. Totally understandable but I definitely would have stayed somewhere else if I had known.

Awesome all around!
The service was amazing! From check in till the airport shuttle early the next morning…all was great. Friendly front desk who were super helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom and shower were top notch. Highly recommend and will be looking to stay again anytime I am in Nashville!

Poor Experience.
The front desk was very unorganized. They said we didn't have a reservation when we called the previous day to confirm. They then called us 1:30 am the same night to ask if we had a reservation!! The breakfast was very lackluster. The heater went on and off at night every 5 minutes. Very annoying. Not a good experience. We probably will never stay at a Quality Suites again.

Waited over an hour for shuttle to pick me up at the airport. Hotel desk failed to call shuttle driver. Had to call a second time and wait 15 more minutes.
Got awakened @ 5:15am by hotel staff call about them forgetting to record a credit card for incidentals.

I stayed 4 consecutive nights in a room for 6. Everything was great. I was amazed by the quietness of the room, even when it’s close to the airport to the point that when outside, you can see a hear the planes at low altitude. The only downside is that it needs a little more attention to detail. The lobby and its furniture need renovation. There are broken cushions and dirty upholstery on them. Also, very limited options in the included breakfast. It was not a deal breaker, that’s why I still gave them 4 stars. I would definitely stay there again, but I don’t think they would be able to continue getting 4 stars ratings if they don’t handle those things.

We stayed here on a trip to Nashville. Due to busy work schedules, we always take a flight that arrives late in the evening at our destination. The proximity to the airport and ratings was why we selected this hotel. We were given a room right off the lobby on the first floor. Due to the location, it could be a little noisy, but it wasn’t terrible. Our room was a little dated, but nice, spacious, and clean. The continental breakfast was OK, but I don’t ever expect too much from those. There was also a restaurant on site. We didn’t get a chance to eat there, but the convenience factor of it was nice! Overall, the location was great and the price was as super reasonable!

We arrived at 10:30 and I immediately called for the shuttle. I called again at 10:55 and the guy at the front desk forgot to tell me it was a third party not Quality Suites picking us up.
Upon arriving at the front desk a girl who was I'll prepared to check us in. She had to make two phone calls to get assistance.
This hotel was quiet and the room was large.
The hotel is in need of some TLC. The room needed up grading. Had red and orange color scheme.

Nice and close to the airport. Only issue was we had an early flight I hoped to get the free breakfast we waited but it wasn’t done so decided to leave and pay at the airport. Breakfast may not be on time first thing but everything else was great!

Stayed here to avoid the expensive downtown hotels. Large, clean comfortable room. Free basic breakfast. Line 18 bus stop is very close and can get you downtown in less than 30 minutes for only $2.00 There is a decent Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel.
Departing air traffic flies directly over hotel so a little noisy but I enjoyed my stay and recommended this hotel.

We have stayed at Quality Suites several times and are never disappointed. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is always amazing.🙌👍👏👏👏 Room rates are decent. Great for travelers. We stayed at the Nashville Airport Quality Suites so airplane noise is moderate. Lobby is big with lots of comfortable seating. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Sorry, did not get pictures of the room.

When you walk in the door of the lobby it stinks, the rooms were smelly too!! Our first room the AC wasn’t cooling & we had to move to another room. This room wasn’t cheap & the hotel was like maybe a $50 a night hotel at best. I will never used Expedia again. Terrible!!

The accommodations were great. Clean and updated. All the staff was very nice & helpful. Shout out to night time desk clerk, Tuck. Two things that caused them to get only 4 stars were: the breakfast was not good. I suggest get rid of the powdered eggs & pre-cooked sausage patties. The other was we had to get key cards for our room every day. We stayed 5 nights! It seems that no one knew how or tried to put our length of stay as 5 nights instead of 1 night. Therefore our key cards (3 of them) were canceled each day after the 11am checkout. Come on guys. Other than that we will stay again.

You get what you pay for unfortunately!!!
When breakfast is advertised till 9:00 a.m. and they run out of eggs at 8:30, they should go make more just not stall until 9 and then tell you breakfast is done with. Business center has one computer and guess what? It’s broken! Went to Mexican restaurant within hotel and ate and drank which was ok until I saw the cockroach crawling up the wall.

Terrible Don’t Stay Here
The front desk person said he would schedule the airport shuttle for us for 7am the next morning. He did not. I called the front desk to ask where to get bedding for the pullout couch. He said he didn’t know. He never got back to us and we did not get bedding. Breakfast supposedly starts at 7 but it was not out at 7am.

The staff was excellent and the room was great. The only bad thing was that my window was facing the front entrance to the building, so the light was shining in my room the whole night. There were blackout curtains, but they didn't cover the whole window. I'm assuming this is because they didn't want you to cover up the air conditioning unit. This was the only bad thing I found. I took the shuttle to the airport the next morning and the driver was very friendly and helpful.

This Quality Inn is very dated. The room reflected this and was vintage for sure. The door had trouble closing when leaving and this was unsafe. The breakfast is awful and similar to what prisoners eat. The location is convenient to the airport. The staff was friendly but seemed bored.

ROACHES....Lots of ROACH
Our hotel room was 214. It had ROACHES crawling everywhere. I have bites all over my feet and ankles from the bugs. I informed the front desk and they moved us to 305. We checked the room and it appeared bug free, but at that point, I could not relax, let alone sleep.
I chose this hotel due to it's airport shuttle as I needed a shuttle at 4am. After we moved rooms, they cancelled my airport shuttle and I had to pay extra for a Lift ride to the airport.
The pool was also closed, however, they suggested we use the pool at a nearby hotel. Just want future guests to be aware.
BEWARE: when I say Roaches, I mean a lot of Roaches.

A clean, quiet place to stay for a relatively inexpensive cost. The whole Nashville area is pretty accessible from here for a short drive. Two recommendations: clean up the racist graffiti on the dumpster outside, and get a second waffle maker.

For the most part it is a quiet hotel, I did not appreciate the water& ice machine, I have stayed at other hotels, we’re getting the essential necessities like water & ice is very easy to get. Also there washer& dryer, the washer was fine, but there dryer took more then 2 rounds to make sure clothes were dry. There outside furniture needs a good cleaning! Also having the shuttle to the airport that’s nice to have& the people doing the service were pleasant & helpful.

Like: Convenient to downtown. Friendly staff, although it took us 3 tries to get a lightbulb. Daily our towels were changed and trash emptied, but that was all the cleaning that was done.
Needs improvement: Hotel dated. Wall paper peeling off walls. Pool was closed. Breakfast is the same every day. Powdered eggs and sausage. No muffins, bagels. Fresh fruit options are apples. Good selection of teas and coffees.

Was very disappointed the pool was closed and was not told until after we checked in. They did tell us we could swim 5 minutes away at another pool. We were on vacation and just wanted to let kids relax after driving 10 hours. The breakfast was okay, the eggs looked nice but did not taste good.

Very old and dated hotel. But, extremely clean and neat. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Breakfast was not as good as expected. Sofa looked and sounded like it had been there for 40 years. This could be a really great place with some work done on it. Needs up-dated!!

STAY AWAY! Room was outdated, grungy, humid & musty. Refrigerator was broken & leaking. Safe did not work. Bathroom was dirty, sticky floors & no ventilation. Water pressure was awful. Sofa bed was old & worn out. Our reservation request for extra towels & tissues was not honored. One ice machine for the whole hotel. Couldn’t complain because there’s no one at the front desk. When we did see an employee, we asked to change rooms & were told we’d have to wait until the next day at 11am. Early the next morning we were told we had to change rooms right away which we couldn’t do at that time. The WORST of all - on our last day we were not ready at exactly check out time. One of us has a handicap & sometimes we need a little extra time. When housekeeping knocked on the door we said we would be leaving in a few minutes. She asked us to let the front desk know. My wife tried to call but the phone was shut off. She was about to step out to go to the front desk when the guy from the front desk banged on the door. She stepped out of the room to speak to him. She described him as being rude/borderline crazy. He demanded we leave immediately. My wife explained we needed a few more minutes. He started yelling about “the rules” & demanding to know why we weren’t ready to leave. My wife felt humiliated being asked for an explanation. He left & called the room less than 30 seconds later threatening to call the police! Steer clear of this place. Not worth any price!

Joy was amazing even though we had a short interaction checking in, she was polite and professional. Parking situation was pretty awful but I can only assume it was because of all the events in the area this pasy weekend. Only issue we had was that there were a pair of dirty socks found under the sofa. Other than that we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Not bad, good value for money.
Hotel room was clean, very spacious and had appropriate amenities. Safe didn't work though and bath tub didn't drain water very well, but those were our only complaints. The restaurant La Parrilla was amazing! We were there for Cinco de Mayo so the place was hoppin. Food was great. We didn't stay for the breakfast, so can't comment on that.
