Front desk staff were great. Room was good. They were renovating about half of the floor we were on. Looked a little like a construction zone. But they keep the noise down. Kept things as clean as possible. Would stay here again.

Can’t go wrong staying at a Hampton Inn. Rooms very comfortable, breakfast excellent and love the fresh baked cookies upon arrival and the open coffee bar, staff more than helpful.

The staff isn't pleasant. No smiles, no thank you.. NADA.
However, this room was great. Very spacious, clean, quiet and great location. The breakfast was so so but hey, better than paying somewhere else. Nice location and easy parking. It's a good choice if you want to stay just outside of Boston and this hotel isn't far from the airport. 30-40mins tops to be away but not too far. Bring your own drinks! Their vending machine is a rip off... $4 for a small bottle of Coke... YIKES!

The bathroom had no fan working in it so when taking a shower, the room steamed up and the mirror could not be used and it took forever to clear for three people trying to get ready each day. In addition to this, the one bed had a cover on it with blood stains on it. We removed it from the bed and sat it on the ground. We did bring these issues to front desk attendant’s attention but nothing was said except “we’ll write it down” but didn’t do anything else. I took pictures of the blood stains.

Our first room was very unclean. We changed rooms and it was better but they didn’t empty the trash or change towels For the entire week. The rest of the stay was very good and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It was a nice room. The only problem I had was there should be a grab bar where you get into the tub. Nothing to grab onto. Also the towel rack was kind of in an awkward place, it was hard to reach especially for someone short.

Our room was right next to the check in desk so was a little noisy. Was woken up by housekeeping and front desk staff (do not disturb sign had fallen off the door handle but was laying on the ground in front of the door) to ask if we checked in last night. Very odd. They did provide extra towels when asked.

Not fancy, but good enough
Stayed here as part of a road trip because everything in southern New Hampshire was way more expensive. The hotel is fine, but a little shabby around the edges. Only real complaints are that the coffee was bad, and pool was over-chlorinated and it was hard to breathe in the pool room and I could barely see my feet in 4 feet of cloudy water.

Our choice whenever we visit family in Haverhill
It’s super close to our family in Haverhill, but beyond the convenience, it’s a dependable place to get a good nights sleep. Beds and sheets are clean, as well as the bathrooms. It’s a plus that they have a mini fridge in the room and their breakfast is pretty good. They have coffee available all day as well as hot water for tea etc.

Just don't stay here. Unsafe.
Where to start? At check in I was told there is no housekeeping for the weekend and if I need anything I will need to come down and get it. The gal told me my room and I asked if it was near the elevator. It was. I asked for another room, twice. She gave me another room. Went upstairs, 4th floor, opened the door, and it's another person's room with their things in it. Two more trys before I get a room that does not belong to someone else and is not near the elevator. I want to add that I walk with a cane and was very, very clearly struggling. Also lugging luggage. Despite their mess ups, I had to go up and down 3 times to get a room. This is past 9pm at night. The gal was very rude about the $50 incidentals fee I had to put on my card. Later, I would have to involve my credit card company to get the $50 back, even though I verified at checkout it would be refunded.
I asked to speak to the manager the next morning. He was wonderful, listened attentively, and did his best to make things right. He acknowledged that I did not feel safe there due to being given another person's room, and concerns that the same would happen to me while I was out. So I had taken my things of any value at all with me.
The food service staff were nice and one woman in particular was absolutely WONDERFUL! I told the manager about her.
I was reluctant to write this, even though every word, and more that I have not included, are true. Still, people deserve to know. Just don't stay here.

Fairly standard. There was no clock in the room and the sink was missing the thing that opens and closes the drain. It was clean, though, and breakfast was pretty decent.

This hotel room was in very poor condition. Mold in the bathroom , fan in bathroom didn’t work . The carpets were dirty and torn at the seams.

The first night there were other very loud guests and one of them vandalized the sprinkler system resulting in us being evacuated from the building in the middle of the night and the floor was flooded. There were very noisy fans all down the hallway. I had no phone in my room for the rest of my four day stay because of water damage... at least I was told that was probably why. No one ever really checked to see why. I was disappointed that no one ever checked to see if I needed anything. On the last day I asked if our floor had any guests and was told they were all canceled or moved. She seemed surprised that no one offered to move me. It wasn't the most horrible thing that could have happened but it was my vacation and I don't get many. I never received an apology for the inconvenience. I had a bed to sleep in but the hospitality was lacking.

The lobby and surroundings are very clean. The service of the staff very friendly. The room is very clean and with a good smell.(my experience in other hotels I always have to clean the bathroom). The breakfast area is very neat and clean, variety of food and taste good. I complimented all the staff I saw on my way out for a job well done.

The staff is very courteous they couldn't be better especially Rafi from the customer's desk in particular was very helpful. The hotel is very clean, breakfast was excellent. The one thing I would say is a minus is that my room did not have a microwave, other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay and will definately stay next time. Highly recommend it!!

Starting with the customer service. It was excellent. She was friendly, knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was doing. The room was clean, but the only thing that was missing in the shower room was the fan to to remove the hot steam from the shower room. Excellent breakfast and very good sitting area.

Mediocre at best
The hotel was under repair, only one working elevator, extremely humid both in our room and through our the hotel. The fragrance our room had was very strong. Overall not very comfortable at all.

Our room’s thermostat did not work and the room was extremely hot. The staff said they couldn’t do anything about it and the hotel was full so we weren’t able to change rooms. I asked if they could at least find us a fan to cool off and move air. They said they were also going to see if they could do anything with our bill (I didn’t hear anything more about that) but when we came back to our room after going out for the night, we were pleased to find a fan on our room. Thank you to the front desk for that.
