Elevator button for my floor broken. Had to get out take stairs each time

The appearance was repulsive and uninviting. The interior was dark looking and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. The only elevator, one could not go up to 3rd level due to the button being broken and was awaiting repair. Any 3rd floor residents would have to carry their own luggage to the upper floor level.
The carpeting in room is shredding and looked dirty due to its muddy dark brown color.
I wouldn't want to stay at the same place again.

Staff was very helpful. There were only two drawers for clothes. Traffic noise made it hard to sleep. We were able to move to quieter room. Breakfast was good.

Nice place
Everything was nice, everyone was friendly, helpful. The room was good. Comfortable beds, pretty quiet. My only complaint is that the shower was slippery. I went the the store and bought one of those bath mats and problem solved. I would stay here again.

Damaged entry door had to be muscled closed.
We don't use the free breakfast so can't comment on that. We do travel with a lot of stuff, most of which has to be hauled into, and out of, the hotel room. We stayed here a week ago and I already commented on their only having one luggage cart. This time room 107 had a damaged entry door that was coming off the hinges. A heavy, fire rated door, it had to be lifted up to close it so it could be locked. This room should have been taken out of service until this door could be fixed or replaced.

Mediocrity; we won't be coming back here.
When we stayed here in 2020 they had two luggage carts and one of those was damaged but usable. Now they just have one and Pat and I have a lot of small bags and are up in years so really need the cart. It was available when we arrived but when we checked out someone had taken it and kept it for over an hour. We moved all our stuff to the car a couple of pieces at a time, even using the desk chair in the room to roll several heavier items down the elevator and out to the car. Not replacing the damaged cart is indicative of a larger problem today of accepting mediocrity. We can do better.

The only thing I hated is that the beds were so uncomfortable that I could not sleep. It felt like I was filling all the wires in the mattress. You need to get much better mattresses. The area is clean but I will not stay there again because of the mattresses.

This hotel needs to be updated, it is in poor condition. The room also had a strong air freshener odor which seemed to be an attempt to be a cover up. On the positive side, the young lady at the front counter was very friendly and check in was smooth.

This hotel is in a great location. It’s a fair stay.
The sheets were old and nubby. There was a huge crack under the door and light shone into the room.
Decent black out curtains, updated and both frig and microwave.

Nice but noisy!
We chose this hotel because of proximity to appointments/surgery that I had. It was comfortable enough. However, it was impossible to get it dark due to a big spotlight outside our window. And the closeness to the highway...let's just say I'm glad I sleep with earplugs. There were lots of restaurants close by, however so many that we tried to go to had shut down. It was good to have other choices close so my hubby could find food while I was down.

Overall pretty nice..
It was pretty clean, could use more on walls, pleased that elevator was mopped daily. Staff VERY nice and friendly. Pool was clean but needs some remodeling. Breakfast area was nice, clean and had good assortments, but several devices were non-working which is a negative. Room as well was overall clean. Really liked the decor and set up. Carpet needed spot cleaned and the reading lights didn't work. Side door access didn't work even after key was reset. Very hot to walk luggage around to front each trip. Hallways, elevator EXTREMELY hot and again worse trucking luggage a long way.

Property was below average, mattress needs replacing ,furnishings very worn. Shower very below average water flow poor.. if related to drought requirements it makes no sense . Time spent trying to get soap off negates water savings. Give me a hose I will shower in the parking lot. One ice machine and a pool the size of a bath tub. Staff conserves linens like it was taken from their salary.

Very comfortable stay at Comfort Suites. Spacious room include a king bed, separate sitting area with couch and desk/chair; also a fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Recently renovated bathroom with walk-in shower (no bathtub). Breakfast was included in our rate. A lot of restaurants within walking distance; also close to the P83 Sports Complex.

When we arrived , we were given a hotel room that had no sheets on the bed and hasn’t been cleaned. The pull out bed mattress had pee stains all over it. Toilet broke , called front desk and they didn’t call maintenance right away finally called when husband went down hours later and complained. Main bed was hard as a damn rock. Location is great but we found another hotel to finish out our stay , will not return

Hotel is somewhat dated but room was clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There were no towel racks in the bathroom, which was unusual and a little inconvenient. The safe was broken. Called it in to front desk but didn't get resolved. The AC worked fine but had a slight odor when cooling. Other than that, the beds were comfortable enough and the room felt clean. The waffle maker in the breakfast room was broken.

Well kept, friendly staff
This is a clean, well kept property. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety of items to choose from. There is a bit of road noise if a particularly loud vehicle exits the 101 onto Bell, but it is want terrible. My only complaint is that the mattress was pretty hard and uncomfortable, but I was only there for 2 nights. Not a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again. I also wish there was an ice machine on every floor instead of having to go down to the first floor for ice every time.

The bed was not comfortable, but the kindness and helpfulness of the staff there made up for it. My back probably doesn’t agree with that though, lol! The room was nice. I do wish there were ice machines on each floor. The elevator was slow to the point it was easier to just take the stairs except for when we were taking our suitcases in and out. Overall, we would definitely stay again

The night time customer service lady she was very rude up until the min age walked out for the night . Yhe guys working w her was very polite and helpful. When we got to the room we were so tired but the pillow case was dirtlyand there was a false eye lash inside the made bed . Also some garbage on floor nexr to ved a thing of syrup and some other wrappers. I took them up to the front desk and tgey said to contact you. Not happy

We had gotten to the hotel 2 hours before check-in and we were able to get in right away. The front desk staff were very nice. At 8:30 when I got down to breakfast there was no eggs and meat left. It was pretty bare. Try to get a room not facing the 101, as it is very noisy on that side.

The elevator wasn’t working properly. The pool wasn’t heated so we couldn’t use. The picture and other signs hanging were not straight. Needs painting of doors. The beds were very comfortable. The variety for breakfast food was great but the juice machine wasn’t working properly or was out of most juices. The staff was really nice and friendly and always acknowledged when we left and returned. I would not stay there again though.

The rooms are older. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work. The AC didn’t appear to be cooling the room much. Even at 61 it was a bit warm. Daughter had a bug crawl on her.

Hotel could use a good coat of paint and some updates. Slightly rough around the edges. Stains in carpet, chipping paint, banged up furniture. We were only here one night so worked fine for our purposes. No major complaints. Kids enjoyed the hot tub on the chillier day we were there.

Nice, but needs a little work!
Tge hotel was nixe and rge staff friendly, hiwecer tgere were a few things that could be fixed to make it better. For one the elevator hadnt been ckeaned in ages, the door took forever to open and shut (my son took tge stairs and made it to his room before our door shut) and tge clise door button was missing. As for tge rooms, our beds were extremely hard and I like firm but this was like sleeping on a yoga mat on a hard floor and our room door had a gap large enough to see into the hallway. If someone wanted to have broke in it would have been pretty easy to slip a medal bar or something through it and pop the locks. However, never did we feel at risk! The breakfast was pretty decent but they had no cold drinks available nbc the juice dispenser was broke. I dont do hot drinks, so that was a let down. Tgey did offer lemon infused ice water in tge lobby but it was never really cold and tge first morning i had some the lemons tasted as if they've been in there a few days bc it didnt taste right plus at room temperature, it was not pleasant. That was also a bummer bc I love lemon water and drink it all the time!
So there were a few 👎 but it really wasnt a bad place to stay!!!

No maid service during our stay. No one came to give us greasy towels or linens for the bed. We stayed 4 days, and had to go to front desk to ask for everything. Breakfast was nearly out of everything every morning also. Would not stay here again.

The lighting in our room was not adequate. It needed at least two more lamps. We had a sofa bed and we had to go down to the reception to get the sheets ourselves. On the second day, we asked to have clean sheets for the sofa bed and to have sheets and towels on the floor washed. No one cleaned the room or did anything at all that day. There’s a big stain on the mattress of the sofa bed. The plugs on the wall by the bed did not work. This included two phone and two electric plugs. There was dirt in the ice from the ice machine in the hall.

The fitness facility was horrible. None of the machines were working. Only a set of 10 & 35# weights. The manager was constantly playing on his phone, and when we asked him about the fitness facility, he seem very nonchalant. We specifically chose this hotel because it had a fitness facility. We were traveling cross-country for a month. Customer service is horrible. The hotel itself wasn’t bad. It was conveniently located, but we will not be staying at choice inns again due to the terrible customer service we received

Stayed here for the convenience and proximity to the Peoria Sports Complex to watch Mariners Spring Training games. It is an easy walk to the stadium and local eateries and parking was free at the hotel. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but there were typical breakfast options including waffles to keep most content.
Checkin was very late due to delayed flights. We were initially told our reserved room type wasn’t available due to some form of communication error during our booking and were offered a room with a King bed with a pull out sofa. That doesn’t work for our family anymore and once I showed the email with our reservation details to the person at the front desk, the correct room type was suddenly available; Hmmm… The room was clean and fine overall but the mattresses and pillows weren’t great and there were only enough towels for two people initially.
Overall a decent place to stay for the convenience to the ball park but better quality furnishings and supplying the necessary linens for the number of people expected by room type, could easily improve the experience.

Booked a 3 night stay to do Spring Training.
Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean with everything we needed. Close to the park and the IHOP was just across the street with other good places to eat in the area as well.
The only minuses for us, the bed was a bit hard for us and as with most places we stay, the pillows were a thing.
Also, it’s right by the freeway exit and our room was on the backside of the hotel on that side.
Probably fine for families and a younger crowd but we are older and set in our comforts at this point…
Parking was easy with enough secure access
points to enter and leave without hiking to far within the hotel.
We would give it another try if we could guarantee a room on the front of the venue.

Very pleasant experience
The room was very nice - spacious, clean, up to date furnishings. One of the nicer bathrooms I’ve experienced in a chain hotel. Check-in and out was quick, staff were pleasant and courteous. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I really wanted to like this hotel due to the price point, but it was severely lacking. The surrounding area was nice and convenient for spring training. The room was spacious, but definitely older. Our room smelled like body odor or mildew. In the gym, there were two sets of weights, 30 lb or 5 lb. The three exercise machines were all broken. While there was a free breakfast, it was very limited.

Friendly staff but NO HOUSEKEEPING
Staff was very friendly. Only complaint is that durning check in, front desk pointed out if I wanted housekeeping to request it and initial form. I did and when returning after being gone all day no housekeeping was done. We were there for spring training and prices are expensive so it would have been nice. Front desk did say they'd send someone but at the end of the day I just got clean towels and emptied my own trash.

No frills but we weren’t there for the view. It was pretty comfortable, clean and what you would expect for a free breakfast. It’s location was great and close to the sports complex and plenty of fine dining.

Check out isn’t until noon. The house cleaners tried to enter my room at 9am without even knocking on the door first. If it wasn’t for the latch, they would have walked in while I was sleeping. They circled back around an hour later knocking this time. I felt rushed to get out of the room way before check out. Also, there was never anyone in the reception area available.

The outside of the hotel was very dirty garbage cans overflowing, saw a pair of scissors lying on the ground next to the entrance of the hotel.

Everything was exceltional, from check in till check out. The staff were amazing amd the continental breakfeast was good. Hotel was convenient to stores and the highways. We went for the fiesta bowl. If we ever visit again we will definitely stay here
