Check in was GREAT ! A wonderful lady named EBONY worked with me on an early check-in and low floor level. She was AWESOME ! The area within walking distance is rundown and not much to do but look at hotels. The room had a bit of a unpleasant smell but appeared clean and as advertised.

We stayed here with the kids to sightsee Washington. David and Alber had excellent service. We were able to get a room upgrade and honestly we couldn’t have asked for a better room with a view. The staff working there make it enjoyable and we’re very helpful in providing our family with information and anything to meet our needs. The hotel room was spacious and the bed were very comfortable. Our kids really enjoyed the sofa bed. The rooms are spotless. They have a small fridge and coffee maker I. The rooms as well. Overall great room and excellent on cleanliness. At the restaurant we had a great time. Alber was friendly and professional. The food was very good as well. We took a short 5min inner ride to the National Mall instead of the bus, but the metro is across the block as well if you choose to take that route. You can also take the metro to the nearest plaza for the BigBus hop on hop off and take a scenic tour. There is a very good pizza place nearby as well or you can also eat at places nearby. If you stay in DC I highly recommend to eat at Old Ebbitt Grill and take the Mount Vernon Tour and sightsee the estate. We would definitely stay here again. Can’t wait to come back to visit soon.

Fantastic!
By far, the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The front desk clerks were friendly, the room was spotless, the breakfast was great and the overall experience was fantastic! Only thing I didn't care for was the extra $45 for parking.

After check out my husband planned to work in the lobby until his flight and they told him he was not allowed to be in the lobby and had to reserve another night in the hotel in order to be there.

The pillows were awful. There was no quiet as you could hear doors slamming and people walking above you. $45 to park for one night was quite excessive.

Parking fee is significant
The hotel is fine. Used it for a layover for an early flight out of Reagan National. Parking for $45 per night is obscene. They know there is no surface parking. So, there jack up the price. They say there is but the very few spots (well marked), were completely booked. I paid it. Now I get to complain.

I arrived about 10:30. Called hotel. They said shuttle would be here in 10min. Shuttle bus didn’t stop. I chased it down the street. Driver ignored me. Other shuttle drivers blew their horns to no avail. I called the desk. She said we’ll call a cab. I got in a cab and he took me to the wrong Marriott. I finally checked in about 11:30pm. They apologized but the driver gave an excuse that he did stop and pick up another passenger.

The staff were very helpful & friendly. Room & hotel were clean & comfortable! The Bistro food was delicious! Best grilled chicken sandwich & fries & the staff in the bistro were friendly & service was exceptional! The distance to the Metro on the hotel website was a little misleading as it was quite a walk, but the way it explained it in their description led you to believe it was a short distance to an underground tunnel, which was not the case. There is a shortcut using a tunnel but still a fair distance to the underground tunnel!

At first glance, everything looked clean and good. We were there to take kids to museums so we were in and then straight out after dropping off luggage’s. We didn’t come back until almost bed time and that’s when it all went downhill. There were kids screaming in hallway. The neighbors next to us with connecting door had kids in there that we heard all through out the night and late morning. Went to bathroom and had ants crawling all on the floor. So no sleep and an ant infestation. I even took pictures and video cause I couldn’t believe it. I will upload video if they let me

After a last minute change of plans. I was able to find a room available. The staff were very discreet on how distraught my daughter and I showed up to the lobby. We received complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste. Thank you to the staff. I wihkd definitely stay here again.

Close to the airport and shuttle provided. When my flight was cancelled and the airline provided a hotel voucher with 2 choices, I chose this one because I liked it when I had found it the week before. Staff was very nice and accommodating when hubby and I showed up at 2:30 am with no reservation!

Good airport hotel
Comfortable hotel near by the airport. The hotel provide airport shuttle, but only runs every 30 mins. I had to wait longer than 30 min. to get the shuttle.
Also, they said that there is breakfast for 10-20$, but I only found starbucks.

The shower floor is the same smooth tile as the walls. There are no grab bars or rubber strips..the shower was VERY slippery. Even though I walk 5 miles every day and was careful, I still almost fell. Also, parking in the underground garage is $45 a day which is outrageous. And, the staff didn't tell me I needed the room key to exit the garage when I checked in. I turned in my room key and then got trapped in the garage. And the garage spaces are soo tight, even for the sub compact rental car I was driving.
