We stayed in a suite. It was very roomy with two full bedrooms with baths. It had a full kitchen with dining room and the living room had two sofas. Lots of room. A little outdated. We were there for a concert at the Pavilion. So it was very close by.

Not quite what I expected
When I arrived, I was given a room that reeked of smoke. I had to walk up to the desk because the phone in that room did not work. I was told there were no other rooms and was given a can of room freshener. It was 11pm and I did not have another option so in the morning around 8am, I went to the front desk and interestingly they had a room. The room I was in was at the back of the property where people smoked. The new room was fine and they gave me 50% off the first night.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and this hotel is so close to the venue for the show I went to. I am on the fence if I would go again.

Nice location for Talking Stick Amphitheatre
Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is in nice condition and close to the venue we were going to (Talking Stick Amphitheatre). Easy in and out. Wallking distance if it's not too hot. Only complaint was our room was close to the ice machine which was kind of loud. Otherwise, would stay here again.

Very close to the venue for the concert we were attending. Shopping and dining options nearby are plentiful. The beds are cozy and we were thrilled to have a fridge and microwave.

Our room had a faint odor I can only described as a dirty person, Like if some one with bad hygiene had stayed for a period of time before us, The swimming pool looked terrible and is not maintained at all, Staff was friendly surrounding area looks a little rough

Very nice hotel and staff
The trip was a fun experience and was made more enjoyable with the easy/fast check-in which was handled by a friendly staff person. She explained when and where our breakfast will be the next morning and asked if we were there for a concert. We were so she informed us if we were walking to the venue and if so they offered a free shuttle there but we would have to walk back after the concert. It was a great unexpected bonus to our stay. The room was big and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and checkout a breeze.

Everything was good with the exception of the pool. the pool was dirty and cloudy, apparent it had not been cleaned in some time. unfortunate because we really wanted to use the pool.

Stayed here to attend a nearby concert…everyone was very friendly and room/property very clean. Generous breakfast each morning and comfortable beds. Nothing fancy but an enjoyable easy place to stay with convenient free onsite parking. Also AC in the room was great during 116 degree weather!

Wake up Refreshed
We love staying here staff is friendly yet professional. Cleanliness from the moment you walk in.The rooms large in size and so welcoming. You get everything you need all in one room no need to ask for a fridge or microwave it's already there. A desk couch or love seat. Comfortable bed with a great linens cleaning fresh pillows so fluffy its the best night sleep.I wake up refreshed no matter how many hours of sleep I actually had. If all that's not enough breakfast is included absolutely great. Thank you to the staff at Best Western Tolleson Arizona

Great hotel, Great Value!
Arrived late but they accommodated my request for a first floor room. Very spacious and clean room and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and sausage along with cereal and muffins. Indoor hallways were nice. Luggage carts were helpful.

I made the reservation through Expedia, which said there wete 7 available rooms. However when I arrived, the nice woman at the front desk stated they were sold out! She went above and beyond and was somehow able to accomodate my Son and I. She was very friendly and I appreciated everything she did for us. I will definitely stay here again when I need to. The room was so clean, everything was great.
**The surrounding area, outside the hotel perimeters was sketchy. Several homeless people wandering around.**

Ok for the price
We checked in and upon opening the door to our room, discovered that the room had not been cleaned. This was after carting our luggage down a very long hallway to a very small elevator then going to the very end of the second story hall. We were given a new room and they upgraded us to a suite for the inconvenience.
Breakfast was good.

Girl in front desk was really nice(too bad I didn’t get her name) she helped me with the issue I had with Key not working twice it ended up being the door sensor but she resolved problem fast and got me a new room ASAP, room was clean and bed was comfy, my kids and I liked it specially because it was close to restaurants and stores.

Took my mother and cousin to a concert at the Desert Diamond Area. This hotel was about 10 minutes away. We stayed here for a night, It felt safe and clean. A major plus they provide a shuttle to the Arena.

Overall, the stay was okay. When I got there the room was nice and it was clean. I had problems operating the television, and while front desk was helpful, it still worked inconsistently. That was a pain. They also did not make my bed or clean the room when I requested it. The pool looked nice as did the hot tub, but I did not use them.

Hotel is adequate for a single night stay only. Front staff person seemed like she hated being there. Would only recommend as a single stop on a longer journey and that's it. Also a lot of law enforcement roaming around the property. That made me feel safer, but made me question why they were even present and the area around the property.

The location was as good as you can find for an AkChun pavilion concert. The rooms were ok. Nothing too exciting. The breakfast was not very good, but if you stick with fresh fruit and yogurt it’s good. Staff was nice. Rooms fairly clean.

Perfect spot if attending a concert
Clean place within walking distance of the concert pavilion. Free shuttle. Not in the best area and there are homeless hanging around but we didn’t have any problems walking to and from the concert.

Stayed here because it was a short walk (~0.6 miles) from Ak-Chin Pavillion. Very convenient vs. fighting the traffic after a concert. It's a budget hotel in a not-so-great area, so we had low expectations going in, just hoping for a clean bed to crash in for the night. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and well-kept appearance of the hotel. Staff was nice, room was adequate/clean, free breakfast was basic as expected but a nice touch nonetheless. No complaints other than the cost was higher than you would expect for budget accommodations, but I'm sure that was related to the concert event. Will likely stay here again after a concert for convenience purposes.

I stayed here the night of a show at the Pavilion. They have a free shuttle that will take you to the venue but you need to walk back. It's not far and is a lot easier than driving/parking. Sadly, the neighborhood isn't the greatest. The hotel is next to a Waffle House and an Adult superstore. Th hotel has seen better days. The staff was friendly and helpful. OK for the price.

Stayed here for the evening of a performance at Ak-Chin Pavilion. It cost at least $20-$30 more than 2-star places but the cleanliness and peace of mind was worth it! The breakfast was just alright and the pool is a bit small.

Good: There was complimentary breakfast. Not much choice and I think the bacon was fake. The pool looked nice and there was a small hot tub. Our schedule did not allow us to use them, but they looked clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shower had nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers.
Bad: The neighborhood is sketchy. No good restaurants nearby. The carpet seemed a little sticky.

Dirty, needs an update
I don't know how this place has so many 10 star reviews. There was a stain on the carpet, a stain on the sheets, even a stain on the ceiling. It was run down and definitely not a 10 star hotel. It was close to the concert pavilion and that's why we stayed there. If I were you I'd head up the street a little bit for a nicer place.

Everything was great except there was a wad of hair in the shower just right below the shower head after getting the room clean I thought it would be removed but day two and it was still there didn’t seem like they cleaned the shower just around the bathroom

Mostly clean and comfortable for a one night stay, however I did find a large toenail clipping on the carpet by the bed… Yuk! Also the pool was unusable as it was green and murky. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Loved Staying here!!! We flew in from SLC to see a concert! The shuttle service was amazing (Rory) He made sure we made it to the venue and went above and beyond to make us feel safe. I would recommend this place to everyone!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I called before we came to see if we could check in early because we were attending an event that started before check-in time. There was a room available, so we were able to check in before our event, which made our stay much easier.

Room had a strong smell mold and staff was unconcerned. Area isn't the nicest or seem safest. Ice machine didn't work so had to go to store. Would not go back or spend the crazy rates they ask. You may find better accommodations at a Motel 6.

One positive point was bed was comfortable and well made. My service dog spent most of our stay smelling the floors. Freezer In fridge was so frozen over that it was impossible to get an ice cream bar inside. Normally we carry our own hairdryer. Hotel hairdryer was disgusting. Thick dirty lint residue on filter. Unusable and safety hazard.
