we only noticed that housekeeping service is poor we asked for towels and the front desk told us to go downstairs instead because no one is available to deliver to the room, we asked for toiletries the front desk told us they are out of stock for razors and toothpaste. The coffeemaker is dirty and there is no complimentary coffee and water at the lobby. It is said free breakfast on the website but there is not in the hotel, not even the pastries we're open to buy snacks and quick breakfast.

Very clean. Great service. Typical amenities but no microwave. However, staff warmed up my food. Also, loved the bed in the room and staff gave me the brand and model. Very comfortable stay. Worth the money.

It was a reasonable hotel. Not much available in terms of food, but there was a small pantry/ fridge. Hotel was a good balance between amenities and price. I was here for a very short visit, spent little time there and it was the perfect choice for my short business visit.

Paid for breakfast, got none
Terrible service. I paid for breakfast for eight people and the chef didn’t show up for work on Saturday. On Sunday. He was there and left early and we were unable to have our breakfast. I don’t know if the hotel will give me an adjustment I am very very disappointed. I will never stay in this hotel again. The other hotel across the parking lot gives better service but this one really sucks.

Nice hotel but not quite as described
Good location for both airport and trips into San Francisco. Pleasant location with lovely views from the room.
Rooms comfortable and clean and very quiet.
We waited a long time for the airport shuttle on arrival at San Francisco as tried to contact hotel prior to arrival via Hotels.com but never received a reply.
We chose the hotel because of shuttle and it stated restaurant and bar but this was non-existent. This needs to be changed in the hotel description as quite deceiving and inaccurate. If we had known this we would have booked a different hotel.

Everything was good, the only issues is the walk in light, the sink light, and the bathroom light were all motion detecting so when you got up to use the bathroom at night all three light would come on and blind you.

It was all so easy and pleasant. Booked on Expedia, checked in and my room was easy to find. The lobby was beautiful, the room was warm cozy and the view at night and sunrise was just great! Will definitely book again on my next trip.

Pros: brand new. Spotless. 1-BR was larger than most other hotels. Separate A/Cs in bedroom and Living room. Moderately quiet.
Cons: heavy smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby wafting in from cigarette smoke in the entrance area. Thought I was entering a casino. Building still under construction. many areas still closed. Even lobby Starbucks. Lobby Signage nonexistent. Could not find the elevator. we finally found the ONE elevator tucked in a hallway. Only 1 person at the front desk who was pleasantly overwhelmed checking-in tour groups. Thank goodness we got there before another LARGE tour group otherwise the wait time would have a nightmare. Finally Got to the room. No bedding for the fold-out. had to go down to the front desk to ask for bedding. Thank goodness we got the last 2 sheets. Cheap 1-cup coffee maker only had 1 coffee pod even though the room sleeps 4. No door to the bedroom! What? My guest who was sleeping on the foldout had trouble sleeping because of the noise in the hallway. Lots of people talking loudly. Thank goodness not heard from the bedroom. Definitely will NOT stay again.

When booking a hotel by the airport it’s important that you can depend on the shuttle to and from the airport
The shuttle driver who picked us up was angry and the 7 am shuttle in the morning was 20 minutes late
The hotel bar and kitchen were closed and there aren’t any restaurants nearby open after 8pm
There were cockroaches in the bathroom
The bed was comfortable and the receptionist was friendly

My booking said free parking and add $10 for breakfast for two. When I checked in they told me its would be almost $13 for parking. I told the customer service rep Sharon that my booking included free parking, so she said we will just wave that as if she was doing me a favor, and said that they have been having a problem with hotel.com changing that because there is really no free parking. She then said next well we are the cheapest hotel like as if I’m still getting a good deal because of the parking fees. The next morning I go to breakfast at 7AM there is a list of items for sale, danishes, bagels, orange juice and coffee. I said excuse me but on hotel.com it said that breakfast was included. The chef said speak with the front desk. Front desk said oh we don’t have breakfast that’s the executive suites only. They gave me some kind of free coupon or something for a bagel and drink. I feel I should be compensated some money back, not to mention I’m still waiting for them to refund my $100 deposit.

Parking lot not well kept and can use more lighting. Staff were very nice and friendly. Due to construction, there was no food service. No mention of ongoing construction to customers prior to booking. Nice shuttle service to airport.

Lovely place, but disappointing service
We booked this room because it was near the airport, had a restaurant, and promised a view of the water. Turns there was no restaurant—it is under construction. It had taken so long for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport that we had no time to go out. We had a view, in the dark, of shrubs. And this morning we had to get an uber to the airport for $50 because the shuttle service does not start early enough for a 6:15 flight.
Lovely place, nice lady at the desk when we checked in, but a disappointment.

Property is being renovated so rooms are updated and so is lobby. But not all services are available yet. My room had a coffeemaker but no coffee. I asked front desk for coffee and they only had decaf. No microwave in my room but there is one public microwave in lobby. Restaurant/bar not yet open but coffee served with Starbucks label. Not a lot of food or drink options on property or around property. I would stay again but be prepared with food elsewhere.

The bed was comfy and the location by the water was nice. Renovations going on during the hotel DIDNT even have any weight in this review. This issue was the white dog( possible cat) hair all across the floor tracking on our socks. I wouldn't have noticed if I did bend down to attempt to do yoga on my yoga mat. I have nothing against pets but IT IS THE PRINCIPLE. I am a bit senstive to cats & dogs dander and don't own pets, but even if I wasn't sensitive this would still be a problem. The 3 stars comes from the fact that I simply asked for them to come vaccuum & nothing else. We had a short stay and I wasn't trying to make it a big deal...they did not vaccuum. I took photos when I came back to the hotel after being out for the day & being told the entire room would be serviced. I asked them at the front desk (during my check out) if my room was even vaccuumed & they just stated housekeeping was aware of the request from the prior day. We spend good money on hotels in this economy, I think most of us don't appreciate a lack of cleanliness. Additionally this led me not to trust the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel room.That's all I've got.

Pleasant stay in Oyster Point
Staff is top-notch, including the security personnel. Very helpful at check-in. Property is renovating lobby and other common areas but we didn’t hear anything from the fourth floor. Nice view of the water inlet, easy access to the SF Bay walking trail.

The property was under construction and I could tell the room was newly remodeled. It was very nice and clean. I felt very safe. They even had a water station for me to refill my water bottle. The staff was nice and helped me with my key card without any hesitation when I had an issue.

The restaurant is closed for renovations. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it had a restaurant. Its closure should have been disclosed! Otherwise, my stay was comfortable.

Although a little hard to find for a new visitor to San Francisco, the property has undergone extensive renovation. Still under construction the the kitchen was not open or yet finished renovation. Meaning the continental breakfast was meager. No decaf coffee, which is my lifeblood! Suite was immense and extremely clean with a very comfortable bed. One room had a partial view of the water area, and the other part of the suite faced a blank wall, however, the drapes were hung beautifully, and the black out was effective. As a former owner of a franchised motel in Vermont, I could be quite critical, but rate this place very highly. Location is not convenient to nearby restaurants without use of a car.

Better than a stay here in May. The room was new and cleaner. The lobby wasn't finished so food was tough. I finally got Grub hub.
I had no idea how to turn on the shower 😩 but took a great sponge bath. Washed my hair in the sink and then realized no hair dryer, they brought me one right away.

This hotel is extremely clean and in a quiet area that is accessible to the freeway. What made our stay so great was the amazing service provided by Mr.Gio at the front desk. We checked in later in the evening and he was very friendly and welcoming to us even though it was late at night. His quality customer service is the reason why we will be returning, thank you Gio!

Missleading, no pool or gym because construction, front entrance completely gone and lobby straight up had boxes everywhere. Entrance was on the side of the building which was open 247 and no security.

It’s was overall pretty great, at the time of our stay they were under some construction which isn’t bad but the parking was the only issue. Boxes and trucks from the construction did not look good given the work but to charge for parking per night while they had the construction is not good.

The property was being renewed, the upgraded rooms were fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive. The shuttle service to the airport was on time and drivers were friendly and accommodating.

Property is undergoing renovations of the lobby area. When I called to schedule airport shuttle pickup the hotel phone number came up as out of service?! When I called the main customer service number they gave me the same disconnected number. I had to call a 2nd time for someone to look into the issue and give me the number of “sister” property next door to arrange shuttle. Room was recently updated and clean but when I went downstairs around 9pm multiple unmonitored doors were propped open which left me concerned regarding security. Especially at a time when the crime rate is high in the San Francisco area. Hopefully this will be addressed when the remodeling is complete.

Excellent hotel to stay at in San Francisco. This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel. Hotel is a great and safe distance from the dangerous downtown San Francisco that is filled with people looking to rob you and break into your car. Hotel is around office buildings, which makes it in a perfectly safe place. Parking is safe and $13 per night. Hotel is being renovated. We were on the top floor, which was just renovated and rooms smelled wonderfully. Smelled like fresh paint and new carpeting. Room was brand new, new everything. Construction did not bother us, since it was on the ground floor. Starbucks cafe downstairs with a small menu breakfast selection. Very close to SFO airport. Highly recommend.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Short walk to the bus if you want to hop into San Francisco, and also super close to the airport. Ambrose and his team were very accommodating and the room was great. Would definitely recommend to someone who wants to stay close to the airport but have access to food and amenities in the area.

The hotel is under renovations which isn’t disclosed on the site before booking** First night was good, second night our AC unit broke and flooded the carpet so we had to move rooms. They put us in a room right next to one they were doing construction on, they aren’t suppose to start work till after 9:00am but they started at 8:00am. This was a couples trip for my birthday so we planned to sleep in and relax, not so much. There was also trash in the halls, dirty carpet, and only one elevator was working so a long wait to get to and from the room.

I really wanted to like this place........but there were just too many things that needed improvement. They are trying to remodel - which is great - but perhaps it is just too much too soon. Most of the elevators and stairwells are closed which made it quite a hike to our room. The walk from the lobby to the elevator that did work was through a path that looks like guests should be handed hard hats with their room keys. The A/C in our room was broken, as was the lock on the bathroom door. There is a sign for a pool, but there isn't one and housekeeping is only there 3 days a week. I don't think I have stayed at a hotel without a daily room service option. Since there was no room service, I called the front desk and asked for two blankets. The person at the front desk then said that he had them but they were running low and how about I just take one. No bedding was in the room for the sofa bed in our room, so we really needed the blankets - we weren't just being greedy. It seemed odd to have the front desk not have enough bedding. I wouldn't say I hated the hotel stay, but nothing about it was convenient.

Nice area by the water, room was very clean, A/C was great, cold as ice. I really liked my stay. Staff was curtious and professional. They are remodeling now so there are areas that is closed but I was ok since was only staying one night. I will stay at this place again for sure. Oh FYi...there is a $12.95 parking fee per night, so just be aware that will be charged on your room, they will give you a parking permit to put on your car window.

No soap in the room. Told the front desk, they said they were completely out of soap. Found hair in the shower and on the bed. Cringy. Stayed in this same hotel during Covid two times and the rooms were very well cleaned. They are definitely not cleaning as well as they used to.

Nice room but everything else was just ok
Overall I would give a good to very good rating. The hall carpets were very dirty but our room was clean and comfortable. We booked the room while we were driving up to the hotel, they didn’t have our reservation yet and said we would have to wait 15-20 mins for it to “ come thru” it was late and we had a 5 year old so that was annoying, I’ve never had that happen before at any hotel we’ve stayed at and we always book last minute because we like to drive up and look at the hotel and the area it’s in. Don’t waste your money on the breakfast at the “restaurant” very expensive for what looked and tasted like microwaved food.

The property is very clean from the outside, inside and the room. The desk clerks and staffs were so polite and helpful. I would choose this hotel again, when I decide to come back to San Francisco
