This was an okay stay for us. The beds were very uncomfortable so none of my family got a good night of sleep. The menu at the bistro seemed limited so we didn’t visit it. No one was at the market to take our payment when we bought items there. We had to wait 10 minutes by the bar to be acknowledged. We won’t be visiting a Marriott anytime soon.

I booked a Marriott property because there is a certain expectation with this brand of hotel. However, it was not any different than Best Western, Holiday Inn, or other brand name hotel property I've stayed in around that area. Unfortunately, the beds weren't very comfortable and our heater/air conditioner was difficult to regulate. We found it was either really cold or really hot in the room. Not sure if it's because we booked through Expedia, but there was rust in the bathroom which was older looking. Everything was clean, though, and room darkening curtains are always nice esp. when you don't have a good night's sleep. Our floor was quiet and housekeeping was very kind.

I still can’t believe they charge an extra $15 per night for parking. Such a scam. The night attendant during our stay was super rude and seemed to always be outside smoking whenever I came up to the desk to get something.

Used Towels were taken but did not replace new towels. We were supposed walk to front desk and towels for next day. Bedsheets were not arranged properly. Not a good service for Marriott kind of hotel.

Self check-in machine didn't work for myself or the person next to me. Two employees were at the check in counter, but didn't even acknowledge me standing there when I approached. One person walked away after looking at me. It looked like they were in the middle of closing out their registers so I gave them a minute. Finally I asked the one person there if I can check in. She looked at me blankly and finally said yes. She asked for my phone number and I replied "Area code ....." and she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and kept asking what is your phone number. I kept repeating myself and said THAT is my phone number. She also spoke so low I could barely hear her. She asked to charge my card twice for a $100 charge, but didn't tell me what it was for. Finally the second person returned and noticed what was happening. The second person explained to me what the charge was for and did a reversal for the 2nd charge. I was finally checked in and given my key cards, but wasn't told my room number, just that I go left to the elevator. I had to look over what was written on the envelope, and even then I could not decipher if she wrote a zero or six. The room was fine and clean enough, a lot of rust on the bathroom fixtures. Check out wasn't as painful, but I wasn't acknowledged when I approached the desk until I said something.

Would stay again!
Overall it was a good stay! Beds are old and very uncomfortable, however, my daughter said they were fine. Pool area was great to have in doors, however, was not kept up and water did not drain off the deck well causing the floor to be extremely slippery!

I was surprised and upset, because we wasn’t even given a complementary bottle of water…..
I also stayed at several different Marriott courtyard and they gave us complementary breakfast or dinner…:
I was surprised that I had to pay an additional $ 15.00 for parking….

Close to where we needed to go
The check in kiosk did not work. $15 for parking is outrageous. The woman at the bar was very kind to provide some tea bags and hot water.

Service was terrible. There was nobody at the desk in the morning to process checkout. The printer was broken and nobody who could attend to it,
Most hotels have complimentary coffee in the lobby but not this. Nobody at the bar at 10 am to buy coffee.
Will not stay there again. Very disappointng. have stayed the many times before, but this was the worst experiene. New management?

When I booked thru Expedia, I was not informed that this hotel charges $15 per day to park. I learned this AFTER I had booked and paid, non-refundable. If they had garage parking, or a secure lot with gates, I could see the upcharge as understandable, IF customers were made aware before booking. Parking was in a regular, open parking lot. This upcharge was irritating enough. I get to my room, tired at 5 pm, ready to settle in for the night and watch T.V. Nope. I called down to the desk to inquire how to get the T.V. to work, and was only THEN told that there was a system-wide outage and they were "working on it." I was NOT told this at check-in, or I would have canceled and left. Sitting in a hotel room with no T.V. the entire night--UNACCEPTABLE! Especially for the prices they charge. And the king mattress was awful--I awoke with a backache. There are signs all over the halls asking to leave a great review or speak to a manager if unhappy. I would have loved to upon checkout, however there was no one at the front desk. So I left and keys and walked out. Never again.

Was profiled at checkin because me and my fiance had no luggage checking in at 8pm and they stuck us in the gross room. Stayed at marriot courtyard many many times. Will never do it again, matter of fact i think im done with all marriots and partners

Not the best stay.
The room was adequate, but the parking was terrible. Under-lit and not secure. Which led to my window being smashed while in the lot and about $2000 of equipment being taken.

staff were rude and entitled, like you work at the front desk of a hotel, you’re no CEO. Room smelled horrible, top sheet were dirty, toilet clogged, halls and elevators dirty all around. Definitely not staying here ever again.

Hotel was nice but didn’t get too much sleep due to tenants above me on the 4th floor. Floor squeaked every time they walked around. I have stayed at this hotel several time but never experienced this. I’ll just request top floor at my next visit.

Not very clean pool area
The room is large but furniture is quite dated. Cost of water and drinks at the bar is unbelievable $15 for 3 bottles of water, as there is no water in the room (which is very common courtesy at many hotels with similar rating).
Pool area is not clean and what is a bit surprising it is not being attended by staff. One day towels and someone’s socks were on the bottom of the pool, a hairball on the floor was on the same spot both days we used the pool which tells me that the area is not getting cleaned as it probably should. The furniture by the pool is very awkward and not comfortable only one lounge chair and a couple of regular chairs that are also dated and not comfortable definitely does not feel like a resort or a spa.

Pool did not feel very clean. Family the first night there was very wild and had a baby with a diaper in the pool. There was still pieces of hair and diaper the next morning in the pool. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night due to a burst sprinkler. Also was charge $45 for parking and not sure if it was in fine print but I was not told at check in that I was going to be charged for parking. Received the bill at 1am the last night of my stay. Room was clean no complaints about that.

We had a very nice, clean room. Bathroom door wouldn't close completely. Not a big deal. Water in the shower wouldn't warm up to the temperature that we like when showering. First time I've ever had to pay $15 per night to park in a hotel parking lot, something that I didn't know until I was checking in. No free breakfast, however you can buy Breakfast. $10 for a yogurt cup. In my world that's a bit pricey.

Dont expect perfection
The Hotel has been maintained well over the years, it is clean and comfortable, and feels safe. I wasnt looking over my shoulder the entire time. Laundy room was nice, and easy to access, LOTS of parking ( That you pay for Extra 15.00 a day)
I enjoyed the stay, but not the front desk experience. I ran into probably all the employees there, and not one had a smile or was polite, with the exception of late night clerk, she was frustrated with something, but was polite and cordial. Thankfully, being exposed to the front desk was limited.
The restaurant / bar was nice. The bar manager was a character! I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation i had with him, which made the trip that much better.
I have to return to the area in a few weeks, and will return to this location.
Best of all, the shower pressures are awesome!!

My parents came here for a graduation, stayed three nights. Found two dead roaches in the room. Front desk staff said they only cleaned every other day. My parents requested to have their room cleaned on the following day. The room service staff only changed the towels and made the bed they did not do proper cleaning or vacuuming. This was evident as the roaches where in the same spot when they returned that afternoon. That’s just nasty. The roaches where not small either, huge size roaches. In addition to that, the hotel’s location is very inconvenient. Very hard to walk to nearby restaurants and very noisy from all the traffic. Never again Marriott

Not good for business travel
Disappointed the meal options were extremely limited. I ended up ordering from Grub Hub for dinner. I thought I could have a nice breakfast and was disappointed to see extremely limited menu (no omelettes) and that only paper cups and the thinnest, flimsiest, cheapest paper plates were being used. I normally stay at Embassy Suites when I travel to this area for business but I inadvertently booked this hotel instead. Perhaps this level of food service is standard for Courtyard and I am unaware.

Our room was very clean and the hotel was quiet at night. We didn’t like that there wasn’t a free buffet breakfast as was advertised when I booked the room. Also, We went to the bar after a long day and there was no one working, for 20 minutes the staff working the bar was outside, another staff member had to go get her. The bartender didn’t know how to make a drink that is advertised on the menu and the hotel was out of drink options. I would recommend this hotel but they will lose customers if they don’t come through on the amenities they offer.

The walls are extremely thin! You can hear everything and everyone. I had a family a live me and there was nonstop running until 3am! The smell in the room smelled of old water. There was a wet spot on our floor by the door. Tv did not work. Just the worse experience I have had as far as hotels. Holiday Inn Express is better than this .

Customer service was incredibly disappointing. They said they could not provide us with a crib or pack n play because they didn’t know where they were kept or have access to them. So we had to go purchase one after traveling all day with small children. They were rude and refused to offer any discount for our inconvenience. The spare sheets for the pull out bed were also stained and dirty. Very disappointed.

Not the best Courtyard by Marriot.
Hotel room was fine but not as clean as other Courtyards by Marriot so that was disappointed. We were too tired to look for another hotel so we settled with what we were given. I was in shock at how filthy the exhaust in the bathroom was, layers and layers of dust all clumped up. The floor tile was all broken and some tiles were loose (would move when you stepped on them). The hotel definitely needs to be updated. Their restaurant was fair but not many items to chose from so we went elsewhere for meals. The staff at the front desk were very cold, almost seemed annoyed, I can understand having a bad day but guests shouldn’t have to see that, always greet your guests with a smile and kindness.
We will definitely not be staying there again.

Upon walking up to the hotel it looks pretty nice, super convenient area and the front desk was really helpful and nice. However the room really wasn’t anything special. The bed was so hard and springy it was nearly impossible to sleep on. The couch was hard as can be and offered no relief. It did have a mini fridge which was a plus. The room had an odor, the AC did not work well and it was quite warm, the layout was very strange and it was difficult to watch the TV from the bed. Overall I was able to sleep and take a hot shower, but I would try somewhere else in the area next time.

The room had a huge sofa that was awkwardly placed. The bed was uncomfortable very hard and the cooling/heating unit made such a loud noise we could not sleep unfortunately this was an uncomfortable stay.

When I walked in the front desk asked if we had tried self service machine yet instead of wanting to serve us. The machine didn’t work so then I had to get in line behind 2 people after I could have been seen when I first got there. Bed was awful. The beds need to be replaced. The springs of the beds are worn out. Room was clean. The room above us sounded as if they were moving furniture and jumping up and down till all hours of the night. It was awful and we were not able to get any sleep. Starbucks and Breakfast were the two best things.

I received an email saying come in and check in. I got there and was told no rooms available for 2 more hours. I came back. I was told the restaurant would open atv5, came down at 6, not opened, asked when,oh they don't open today.
Charged $15 for parking in a mostly retail area. Stay clear they don't care about you.

I wish the restaurant was open
I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday. Part of the reason I choose this hotel was the in-house restaurant. I was also somewhat surprised at the $15 a day parking fee.

I do not recommend having your pet or family here.
Paid $15 per day to park in an empty (zero demand) parking area where hookers were servicing men. Asked for a quiet room facing the garden where we could easily take care of the dog we had. We got the room by the lobby. Every sound from a crowded lobby and bar area alerted my dog. I did not sleep. No food other than expensive snacks or expensive bar food. There was a musty smell throughout the hotel. I do not recommend having your pet or your family here.

The pictures are not what they seem. The room we were in smelled horrible. The bathroom light went off & on whenever it wanted. The pool area was dirty and the water was awful. Do NOT recommend. The lady there when we checked in was RUDE!!
