I booked with this hotel because it advertised free parking and free shuttle service to the St Louis Airport. When I arrived on November 12,2023 I was told that there were no shuttle drivers for my morning flight! Also, there would be no shuttle service to pick me up when my return flight arrived on November 17,2023 at 9:00pm. I had to use Uber for both ways to and from the airport which cost me additional money ($45 total plus tips )
I am a75 year old women traveling alone and this was an inconvenience for me ! The shuttle service was my main reason for booking this hotel and I was very disappointed that this service was not available to me !!

It’s a bit dated, which is to be expected, but the staff is very friendly and very helpful. They just seem a bit UNDERstaffed in some areas - most notably the cafe at breakfast time. There was one guy back there trying to take orders, check people out, make the coffees, and I’m pretty sure he was cooking in the back too. Not his fault at all, it’s the situation he was faced with, but for ordering a drip coffee and eggs/bacon/toast at a Courtyard Bistro Cafe, it took over 30 mins! And that was after I asked him nicely a couple times, since I was on a time crunch. Perhaps that was a one-off, but it sure seemed like it was the norm!

The hotel gave me an out of order rooms and passed it off as clean rooms. The room was very dirty. I asked for my room to be changed, but they didn’t change it at the end in the morning when I checked out this morning the general manager comp stay back, I was was told I am getting a refund for the entire stay. So I will wait in see. One of the staff was very rude.

Staff not helpful at all. Dirty-No hot water- not Marriott level of service. Extremely disappointing-had to beg for clean towels. Room was never cleaned for 4 days as asked repeatedly. Just had to keep putting towels in the hallway and asking for new ones from the staff in the hallway. Room wasn’t cleaned but tip was taken. Noticed small bugs in the sink as well on the last day. This is the first and last time we will be staying at this property.

The restaurant breakfast and coffee were delicious. However, the bed was as hard as a rock, they only had down pillows (which I am unfortunately allergic to), and the bathroom floor was very dirty.

Pre check in was awesome! Made actually check in s breeze! Nice, quite,safe area!
These are things noticed, but not enough of a factor to stop me from coming back
Room was fairly clean, the bathroom floor was super sticky, likely a mop that had something sticky on it. They're was a light cigarette smell as i entered the room. Only noticed because I'm a former smoker. The restraunt/ bar was not open. There's a whirl pool advertised and on the signs, but there is not one.

False advertisement it says online that there is a complimary breakfast an it wasn’t. The internet service was horrible. A lady unlocked my door an had it wide open an i told her dont do that because she didn’t call she said she. Knocked 4 times which was a lie .I felt like she was avoiding my privacy which dont never supposed to be done

When we arrived at 4:30 our room was not ready. They were short staffed and did not have a clean room for us and about 20 other people waiting in the lobby. The clerk said she would call us when it was ready. We waited in the lobby until 6:15 then we went to the front desk to ask again about our room. There was a room ready, so she checked us in. This delay made us short on time and could not shower after our lone day of travel before heading to the concert we came to see as the doors opened at 7.Very disappointing after waiting months for this experience.

I had the worst experience ever. First time with an Marriott Bonvoy and I've stayed at plenty. Arrived at 4 for check-in. Was told there wasn't any staff on the premises to clean any of the rooms right now. So a night would be compt to just give her a hour. 8 o'clock still no room with a pre reservation. Had my kids outside waiting with other guys for hours. Only one worker at the desk. No phone or any type compensation for our time and reservation.

We really liked the Manager..All of the hotel cleaning staff walked out so she and another employee were left with cleaning rooms and check in..We didn't get to our room til 11:00 pm..This was not her fault.

Our stay was great! They made it very easy to check in and had our room ready way before we thought we would be able to check in, so we were able to get in early (which was great because we were going to a concert and wouldn't be done till after 10). The staff was super friendly and kept hard at work! The only complaints I have is our room had about 100 flies hanging around by the window and curtain (I just filled a cup with soap and sugar water and trapped most of them though) and breakfast was nearly non existent. I think they were short staffed in the kitchen and down on food supply though, so the lady running it was still nice and had eggs and sausage until they ran out, and did a great job with the coffee I must say! Wasn't too big of a deal anyway though, we ended up getting to explore St Charles nearby to eat at a nice little cafe there! The place was very conveniently located, away from direct heavy traffic, within walking distance from an olive garden pretty much as well! I would stay here again, it felt safe and comfortable, so that's a win for me!

Staff was very nice and the room and place were very clean. Even the restaurant provided good meals. If there is only thing to complain about…. It is that they really do need to check into their phone service. My family was stuck at the airport waiting on the shuttle bus and the number that is listed was down due to the storm. Another hotel shuttle was gracious enough to give us a ride to this place. That’s when I found out their line was down. Still would have been nice to have gotten a text from them as they had my cell phone number. Other than that… very quiet and nice place.

We were here just as an overnight stay. It was okay. The staff were all friendly. The room itself was spacious but not very well lit. You don’t get breakfast included and at the price for the room it should be.

Quiet, Clean, and Enjoyable.
We were able to stay a few days while we took care of some errands in St. Louis. Finally, we could pick up some family members from the Airport. Courtyard is a fantastic place to stay when needing to be in close proximity to the airport.
The only negative during my stay was that the pool was freezing. It was like an ice bath, and the temperatures outside were in the mid to upper 80s.

Disappointing overall- needs some work
Hotel needs a good clean and some updating. Having a starbucks bistro and cafe is great- but when the staff leaves unexpectedly it leaves guests with no options for food. We came down for breakfast and everything was gone except some limited cold food (eggs and sausage- i'm vegetarian).
The room was clean, but no ice maker on our floor and only a very thin thin bedspread- no comforter. Bedspread was like a sheet.

I have to stay that there were unforeseen problems that arose during our stay. However, the way that the staff and management handled it, was top notch. I will never judge a business for mistakes being made, but I will judge for how you handle those mistakes. AND let me say, this hotel, management, and their staff, went above and beyond!! and because of that, I will stay at this hotel every single time i need a hotel in the area. I have never witness a better staffed business. Thank you all for a great stay!!

Pool wasn't heated, and there's no hot tub. Otherwise this is a decent place to stay, with restaurants and shopping nearby, and easy access to St Louis freeways and the airport.

Hotel airport shuttle didn’t run on Sundays. Room faced the freeway and was very loud. Room was not properly stocked. Coffee maker had no Coffee or cups and in shower shampoo and body wash was empty.
Staff was friendly and coffee shop downstairs staff was amazing.

Staff was so friendly, Tv went out and maintenance man (cant remember his name)said it would take a while to fix, so staff gave us a new room and he helped us move move our luggage, very nice, respectful, and polite. We were very Thankful. Staff is top notch!

The walls are incredibly thin. I heard running above me, man coughing next to me and a lot of noise outside the door. I requested wash cloths 2x and never received it. The toilet stopped flushing but maintenance fixed it. I was put in the handicap room and I’m not handicapped. Therefore taking a shower was a little awkward. I paid more than the experience was worth.

Overall nice property. Pool was open, continental breakfast choices were okay. Staff were nice.
My only complaint is that the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. It wasn’t disgustingly dirty, but there were a couple hair stands in the tub and the shower walls had a film on them. Also, the bathroom floor has had a couple tiny pieces of debris, most likely from wet mopping and not sweeping first.
I didn’t make a fuss about it. I brought cleaning products, so I just cleaned the bathroom before any of us used it.
I do think this property is slightly overpriced. I would stay here again, but I would definitely call the hotel to negotiate a cheaper rate, and ensure the bathroom is spotless.

Not a bad stay, staff just needs some work
There was a huge concert going on in town. The place was understaffed, did not have enough clean rooms ready, a huge cluster of people waiting to check in, computers down and double booked a couple of rooms. It wasn’t an overall bad stay, but they definitely have some work to do to accommodate for busy weekends.

Dirty bathroom
The bathroom was not clean. There was urine splatter on the toilet seat and toothpaste in the sink. We were in a hurry to head to a concert so I didn’t complain. Just made sure the sheets were clean (they were) and cleaned off the toilet seat myself. Pretty gross and disappointing.

We showed up at 7pm and they told us our room was still being cleaned and it would be 30 minutes to an hour.
We told them that we were going to the casino and would be back late. They assured us we would have a room.
We show up at 1am and what do you know. All rooms are booked. Now we are traveling back home at 1 am

Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable about the area, had plenty of suggestions, loved the grab and go, although it was a full breakfast, loved that they kept the coffee out all day.
I had booked serval rooms, but all of them didn't come with the half size couch, it would have been nice and not having to sit up in my bed, but otherwise everything was awesome for my guest and I.

I booked this hotel because they said on their website that they had free shuttles to the airport. When I checked in I asked the receptionist about the service, she told me that they didn’t have a shuttle service so I wasted time and money having to book another hotel. The hotel should remove the amenities that they no longer have from their sites.

System was down during check-in so they were unable to find a room and took forever to complete the process. The elevators were broken. The food was late to come out and the eggs/sausage were cold. There were no carts available to transport luggage to/from your room.

The front desk lady was very rude when we first checked in . When we went to our room there was stuff inside of it so we went back and asked for a different room. She acted like it was our fault she double booked a room. When we went down to get water from the kiosk thing there was no one there and lots of people waiting to check in. Everything like the fridge and cabinets were open in the 2nd room but it seemed clean.

Won’t be back
First problem - They advertised they had Airport Transfer and when I called to arrange to get picked up they told me to call Uber. Of course they didn’t offer to compensate
Second problem - They billed me $10 a day for parking even though I did not have a car. Could they not figure than out by me asking for a ride from airport
Third problem is I paid online via third party and they billed me a second time. I complained three days in a row and they guaranteed I would come off my credit card upon checking out.
I called and left voice mails for manager who never called me back. Why do General Managers hide behind their employees who make minimum wage and not talk to guests about problems
Fourth Problem- Housekeeping needs to be more aware of their carts blocking guests

We absolutely loved staying here. It was clean, calm and quiet and tucked away so it felt private. We felt safe and very comfortable. The rooms are clean and have a modern, yet playful character that immediately stood out. The bed and sheets were so comfortable and it just felt classy. The staff was awesome and when we come back to St Louis, this will be our new go to. Thank you so much.

We needed a completely accessible room and it served all of our needs from the lower bed, roll in shower, grab bars and our patio was accessible right into the beautiful courtyard. You couldn’t hear the other guests, the courtyard was well set up-wonderful grab and go breakfast and excellent customer service from MyJul.

Property was pretty solid. Disappointing that they are still doing a "grab-n-go" breakfast, which was just packaged muffins. Everywhere else around has hot breakfast with many options.

Very disappointed the restaurant was not open. It hasnt been open since Covid so it should say that. I chose the hotel because it has a restaurant and after a long travel day I didnt want to search for a place to eat. There are no other restaurants nearby therefore not in a convenient location. For the price not worth it

Overall good. I was advised on-line that there was a shuttle service to and from the airport but not so. No towels in bathroom. Had to dry off with had towels.
