Attention to detail
Hotel was clean and location was good. Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have had in sometime! Lumpy non supporting mattress. Also the TV in the room was so small we actually had to get up and stand in front of it to read the guide! for the money it was disappointing

The property was nice but the room was terrible. Was put in a first floor room. Could hear every car door opening and closing and ppl talking outside. The guests above us were so loud we could hear them walking around all night!! I would not recommend this hotel!!

Hotel rooms reek of cigarette smoke. We had two rooms and both were so smoke-filled that the clothes we wore in the rooms and to bed - kid’s pjs - were smoky in our suitcases days after we left. The last time we stayed here this was a problem so I complained to management and a Marriott representative and both promised it would be fixed. Fool me twice I guess… We will never return.

I arrived late at night to find out that the hotel did not have the room type that I had booked on Hotels.com. The hotel was completely sold out as were all surrounding hotels. I had expected to have a room with a king bed and a double sofa bed. I received a room with a king bed only for three people. I’m very disappointed in Hotels.com charging me for a room that the hotel did not have available and not letting me know in advance. This is the last time I book through them.

The hotel was in a nice area on the way to the Cape. It smelled of smoke the second you walked in the lobby. A turn off for me. No extra pillows for the bed, unlike other hotels for this price. Very disappointed that there was breakfast but it was not included in the price for $250. Next time we will drive a little farther and get a different hotel

From the second i walked in, i was greeted and felt very welcomed. The room was so clean and i think the pillows are the most comfortable pillows ive had in a hotel. Will definitely be coming back!

I reserved a none smoking room. I could smell cigarette smoke all throughout the linen/sheets and towels. I had to purchase towels from Walmart to bathe with.

We booked this place as it showed and and said it had a pool and hot tub. we arrived and checked in, proceeded to the "pool" but apparently it had been removed long ago. Very disappointed that a "Marriott" would advertise as such.

Very noisy place when you are on the 1st floor. Pull out bed is like sleeping on a metal bar. Super short staffed, stood at front desk on arrival waiting for 30 minutes before someone came out - the sign was there, but the person at the desk was getting towels, and other services for other guests. Lobby was trashed with food and chips everywhere the next morning from late night ruckus. Super poor customer service. Food bar is operated by Starbucks in the morning, so only open 6:30-9:30a . Please increase staff, please make sure after 10p the lobby is quiet, please clean the lobby overnight. Great potential, just needs basic maintenance.

You'd think the room would include at least a continental breakfast. Same price Room2 next door includes full b/f. Fridge is too small and has no freezer and is in a tiny closet that gets hot. Nice soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers, but they're not marked. I think I washed with conditioner. However, a basically decent clean room. Next time I'll look elsewhere, though.

Unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience. My boyfriend I found a rolled up wad of toilet paper in the closet. Not sure what it was we left it alone. It was gross. There was also I bottle of empty liquor Near the side of the bed. The door going off the balcony didn’t lock. The tv wasn’t working, and we did not sleep well as there was a loud party going on. I don’t know if it was above us or the room next to us I couldn’t tell. The maids were very friendly and nice but we had more than one of them disturb us as we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Checkout wasn’t until 12 so I don’t know what was up with that. We are very dissatisfied with the money we spent for that room.

Mostly a good stay
We stayed 5 days and had a very good experience with all but one of the days. We came back to the hotel in the early evening on the third night and found our room had not been cleaned. We went down to the front desk to get a couple towels and the front desk clerk tried to make it our fault the room wasn't clean, stating we may have left the room cluttered or the maid couldn't find the dirty towels. We do not live in clutter and if the maid couldn't find the towels, why didn't the bed get made? Anyway, we received our clean towels from the front desk and the rest of the stay was fine.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower liner was clean but torn. Couldn’t get coffee at the bistro. Their were only 2 people in line but waited a good 1/2 hr to get coffee. After staying we like a coffee to start the day. I guess one was training but not my issue, just wanted coffee and bagel. Over all this trip was sub par. Pay good money should get good service

My Horrible Courtyard Stay
The room I was given had a musky smell to it and the room was very outdated. I was there because my sister's wedding party and family were all staying there for the weekend. When the rooms were booked noone from the hotel specifically told either of us that it is under extreme renovations. I drove back and forth for 10 mins trying to find the makeshift hotel entrance. NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible accommodations.
When we arrived at 10 pm we found out that the entire hotel was under a mass renovation. Debris everywhere. When we turned on our air conditioner debris from the outside blew all over our room. See photos. Screens were torn. Windows were filthy. Construction began as early as 7 am. Really? We reserved a nonsmoking room and were given a smoking room. Really? our check in process was smooth, but when we arrived to our room, our television wasn’t working . which is fine , because things happen. the front desk staff came in and tried to fix it. he could not, so he gave us a room two doors down, which was great. he was very nice and the transfer process was super easy, as all he had to do was bring us our key for the room and everything was all set. during our stay in the new assigned room, we encountered two roaches, a stain on the bed before we even slept on it, the tub wasn’t working properly, and the room had a funny smell to it. I wiped down all the surfaces and handles in the room due to covid and the cloth i wiped it down with was VERY dirty afterwards. it would be nice to have a fridge in the room that ran more than 2 hours at a time, as we ordered food that we wanted to save but couldn’t because of the 2 hour limit on the fridge. i would not recommend staying at this hotel, nor will i ever book here again . the money we paid for each night was definitely not worth it.

The sidewalk is uneven. When I was walking to my car, I tripped on the uneven sidewalk and fell. My face hit the sidewalk, I had bruises on the palm of my hand, on my knees. My nose has cuts and bruises along with my cheek bone. The front desk asked if I needed anything as I was laying on the ground. I HAD to ask for an ice pack. Other than this, no one from the hotel EVER checked to see if I was ok. I suggested they get a can of orange spray paint to Mark the uneven parts of the sidewalk. Nothing was ever done. Not happy at all that no one was conceened

Stay was ok, our only complaint was the maid service. They knocked and tried opening our door around 930, our do not disturb sign was on door...me and my boyfriend were just waking up. We do like the comfort level and how clean these rooms are we’ve used this hotel a few times.

Two night stay with wife to make family visits Tv was of poor quality and very small. Really hard to see much from bed as it was impossible to tilt tv enough. But looking at a 32 inch screen from 12 feet is really not close to ideal. I had stayed up the street at the Fairfield two weeks ago and room was much larger and tv was much better quality. The room was clean which is important. Bed super comfortable. You can get a TV for 200 dollar twice that size. Overall was nice place to sleep but with like work would be much better. I was told you jus remodeled? Why put 32 inch tv in. Crazy
