Clean and comfortable
We were only here long enough to get a good night's sleep. The room was clean, and the bed and bedding were comfortable.
The bathtub could use a remodel, but other than that we had a pleasant stay.
Customer service was excellent at check-in.

Won't go back
They are doing construction in the parking lot, which eliminated 75% of parking. Naturally they didn't notify guests before. This meant if you had to walk around the entire building to get to your car/room. They booked me the room far from parking lot. All the staff was polite. Room was not cleaned well - hair and dirt in shower. Tired hotel that needs some updating.

Ok stay at Courtyard Marriott Mesa
The room was fine. We were there 2 nights and there was no cleaning service. Had to ask for towels & coffee. The hotel wanted to charge us $10/day to park in an empty parking lot. Pool & jacuzzi were great. Overall ok stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and my room was spacious. The outdoor pool area and Paris are wonderful. They did have to service the elevator while we there which was inconvenient but it was only for a little bit. The water pressure in the shower sucked but you can slightly change it to make it a little better. Overall though I would come again because it was everything you’d want in a hotel. Comfy bed, outstanding staff, clean and welcoming

I have stayed here many times place is great. However the food I vrhe breakfast deli is way over priced $6 for a plain bagel is wrong. But the hotel and location are great plenty of restaurants near by

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everyone was really nice and the facility was very nice. I felt the prices for breakfast and the little store were high, especially when other hotels offer free breakfast. We purchased food and ate in our room. Loved the pool and my daughter felt the fitness room was great. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

When I got to my room it was not the type of room I reserved. I was not informed that they had changed me to a different type of room. Several members of Staff not friendly or helpful. Lock on door was broken. They said they would fix it. 5 days later it was still not fixed. Other guests trying to get into my room during the night probably drunk. Definitely disorderly. Staff responded but did not attempt to find them. Charged me an additional $100 for “incidentals” but could not tell me what incidentals were. Just said they charge everyone for “incidentals “. Just not the quality or service I was used to from staying at other Marriott hotels in the past. I would not go back there.

The staff was friendly and everything in the hotel was nice. If you are a business person and depend on reliable wi-fi, consider a different hotel. If you would like to binge Netflix, dont rely on their televisions to do so. It says that it hooks to netflix, but relies on their terrible wifi for access. They required me to call a customer service department to troubleshoot problems with their wifi. Not really what I expected to be doing while staying in their hotel.
Everything is an extra charge too. They apparently even charge you to park your car, 5 dollars a night, but I didnt park my car, so im unsure if they require it. 5 dollars for the bottled water in your room.

Nice Hotel. Accommodating Staff.
Overall, a really nice experience. We were there for three nights, The rooms are clean and well-maintained. They sell Starbucks in the lobby, along with breakfast, I'm an early riser and they were perfectly happy giving me coffee at 5AM -- even on a weekend. The amenity spaces are nice -- both indoor and out. The only issue during our stay was that they regularly ran out of towels at the pool and ultimately resorted to handing out bath towels to people who asked. It seems like it shouldn't be a surprise that people are using the pool in Mesa (it reached 105 during our stay) and just adding to your stock of towels seems like it's low-effort. But overall, this hotel is very nice.

The staff were all accommodating from the very beginning. Upon check in we were given a list of local restaurants along with recommendations. We asked for 2 extra towels — they gave us four! My husband asked for scratch paper and was given a whole legal pad. We asked for a good local donut shop & were told about a place a few blocks away that was absolutely amazing. I’d love to stay here again!

This was a first stay at a Marrott property and we really enjoyed it. Staff was excellent both checking in and out. Ate breakfast at the Bistro and it was very clean, and the food was great! For this being our first visit, we did not see anything that was a problem. We will be making our other reservation in the future with Marrott.

Staff Brittany, Candace, Dominick, and Tanesha were top rate! I have stayed in many hotels during 3 months of traveling and this by far was the best stay!!

Great stay.
Very nice hotel. Good desk for working. I will say it doesn't really have a restaurant. A small bar (drinks and coffee) with a very limited menu of food items. Can't speak to breakfast as I didn't eat there.

Water polo tournament weekend
Went to AZ for a water polo tournament. Decided to stay here because the other hotels suggested by the club were full but we were so happy we got to stay here instead. It wasn’t packed with people, staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, they even accommodate us with a late check out. Highly recommend this place!

Nice and clean
This is a clean, safe place. I had stayed nearby for another trip and was not happy with the cleanliness of the property. I switched to this property and was very happy. I was in town for a medical procedure and asked for an early check-in and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I will definitely stay here again. Dominick at the front desk was amazing and fast.

Very nice updated hotel
They have renovated the whole hotel. So clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The lady at food counter didn't really know what she was doing as Starbucks not mixed well. Told her she didn't put mocha in it. So when she dumped it out it was all on the buttom and says see its there. Wow so rude and if she she would have mixed it correctly that wouldn't have happened. Maybe she needs some training or get another job. Only problem i had my whole stay.

Needs an update...and informed staff
I called ahead to request a roll away bed for our room. I was hugely mis-informed by the woman I talked to on the phone about the beds in our room so it seemed as though we wouldn’t need one. We arrived that night and realized the misinformation, so we again asked for the roll away, only to be told they only have TWO for the hotel and both were in use. They also could use some updating as there were NO USB charging ports in the room...not sure the last time we stayed somewhere that didn’t have any available. They did however not charge us for the bottle of water we drank, nice but would have preferred a roll away and USB outlets.

Communicate details to hotels.
Only two small problems with stay. Marriot billed us for parking when Hotel.com stated free parking in reservation confirmation e-mail. Had to have desk clerk remove parking fee from bill. Second problem was with quoted breakfast included (option I specifically choose when reserving room w/hotel.com) was not conveyed to Marriot. Had to have desk clerk notify bistro that breakfast was included in room rate paid. Bistro directed us back to the front desk when we informed breakfast was included. Three trips to front desk for one night stay is indication that Hotel.com needs better communication with Marriott for details of reservation choices.
