TV was broken. Put a request in for it to be fixed - it was not fixed 24hrs after the request. Hotel was dirty. Sheets were scratchy and loud.

I do not recommend this location. While the staff was friendly the actual property was mediocre at best. My room smelled like someone was hiding a pound of weed in the mattress and I woke up in the morning with some sort of bug bites on my foot.

We’ve stayed several times at this property.
Our stay this time was miserable, the bed was the worst we’ve ever slept on.
It was very dirty and unkempt.
The staff is friendly.

We stayed here about 8 months ago and they did not have breakfast since the kitchen are was being remodeled. We came to stay here again and they tell us the same thing. It takes 8 months to remodel a kitchen?????Will not be staying here again. Not the best place to stay. Behind the hotel is a homeless camp so be careful.

We were told we requested a roll in shower (which we did not) and when we took a shower water got everywhere. It was even leaked out onto the carpet. I asked if there was another room that we could move to, we were told they were fully booked. I called the front desk a second time to ask for extra towels to try and stop the water. When the front desk guy answered the phone he said “hello again, what do you need?”
Also we were not informed before our stay that the restaurant was closed for renovations. That would have been nice to know.

It was okay. The area is not really walkable at all. No restaurant for breakfast convenient without a car. The staff was nice.

The hotel room was filthy. The carpet had stains everywhere. The room smelled like wet dogs. The furniture was old and dirty. The staff was either unavailable or simply said “we know”- with a we don’t care attitude. The front desk actually said you have already paid and can’t cancel now.

Overall it was a pleasant stay and it served my needs well. There were a few minor hiccups during my stay,
The first was the sink drain wasn't attached to the plug and I needed to ask for maintenance to help me 2x before it was properly fixed.
The second hiccup was that when I checked in, housekeeping forgot to leave me hand soap. I had to ask for it to be brought to my room 2x and finally I had to go to the front desk to procure the hand soap.
The third was more of an idiosyncrasy. I had a standing shower in my room but the shower curtain was 5-6 inches off the floor and didn't keep water in so upon exiting the shower, there was quite a bit of water on the floor.
Otherwise, it was a solid stay with comfy beds, friendly staff and a convenient area.

The staff was undeniably rude. I raised concerns and was dismissed. I contacted Expedia then the front desk said they would support my needs. The heater made the entire room smell like mold.

This place has gone down hill. No restaurant/bar, didn’t clean the room and didn’t tell us they weren’t going to. The rooms are looking run down. The staff was friendly.

This place is on average, staff no friendly. Breakfast is not available, even when the area for it is onsite. Short term they do not service the rooms. Quiet area and parking is very easy. General speaking it is ok for couple of nights.

Staff was very rude. Bathrooms light was out the whole stay we had to use our phone lights to take shower. Even told the rude front desk person amd she just said oh im sorry.

The Good: clean, close to freeway, good food options nearby, free parking, and a swimming pool. The Bad: rooms look a little dated, fitness room has limited equipment, and room was overpriced at least when I stayed there.

Good location, lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Very clean hotel, great staff. My only complaint is that people were very loud and kids kept running and up and down the hallways.

Not staying here anymore
The front desk and housekeeping were friendly. On our fourth day , they only made one bed . I went to the front desk to inform them, they said they were going to let them know but the other bed was never made. Also , their restaurant was not even open. You can hear people’s heavy footsteps late at night.

It’s an ok place to stay nothing luxurious but not the worst of the batch. Close enough to Fremont and a bit of a drive to the strip. If the strip isn’t somewhere you’re visiting you’ll enjoy your stay.

Outdated would be an understatement . The actual room was clean but extremely old. The elevator to get to the room was gross . The carpet ,tv, and entire room looks like it’s from the 70s I kid you not . They need to close this hotel and renovate .

They don't service the room everyday. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. They didn't have wash cloths ready to go, said they would deliver them to the room. I was gone all afternoon and when I returned, the wash cloths were not there.

Stained furniture in room, consistently closed restaurant/bar. Water cut off for much of one day. Incomplete coffee setup in room. Lobby coffee carafes empty and not refilled. Not walking distance to food, yet their own grab-and-go was horribly overpriced. Friendly staff, though.

Check in was easy. Lobby and halls were clean and orderly. Room was fairly spacious. The small sofa and stains, carpet had large stains, terrible instant coffee, no list of amenities or hotel info. Our shower head was broken. We reported it the first night, it was never repaired. There were only 3 towels, had to go to front desk to get more. On the good side, mattress was very comfortable, complete black out curtains, and very quiet.

Access to the pool and a hot tub was very nice .
The staff was unfriendly and gave very short answers to inquiries.
The first room had a broken bed that squeaked badly, we did get a different room and it was a bit of an upgrade .
The dining area was all closed up, weird. No helpful suggestions when we asked about breakfast .
Carpet was old, stained and dirty and we couldn’t even get a complimentary bottle of water . There were coffee supplies in our room, but no coffee maker .
Just not a nice hotel .

Perfect and Peaceful!
The hotel was quiet peaceful and clean...pool and sauna were perfect for me....I had run a marathon in the upper desert ....it was the perfect stay for me! The front desk was professional and courteous just what we need in hotel staff! No problems what so ever!

It good very easily be a great place, but it just ok. Rooms smell, toilet continues to run, bathroom fan dis not work. Pool is nice but the court yard area is not cleaned often, lots of litter. No pool towels many days. No Quarters for laundry machine. I asked every day for several days and the answer was always tomorrow.

I’m sure there are halfway houses in better condition than these rooms , old stained furniture … dim room and the room reaked of body odor it was disgusting I had too take some vodka shots just to get through it lol .. Horrible this place shouldn’t be a ale to charge people money

First class experience!
I had such a great stay here. The guy who helped me prior to check in was awesome. Asked his name but forgot it. He stored my bag until check in. My entire experience was fantastic. Lots of restaurants and shops a short walk away. I loved my name being on the welcome screen of the TV

The room we were given was not what I requested and it smelled terribly like animal pee and garbage. The carpet and couch were all stained and dirty. The soaps and shower products were terrible. They had a kitchen and large seating area but did not serve breakfast like the site advertised.

No Extended Checkout!
This hotel is a gem in Vegas. Convenient and affordable. Carpet is a bit outdated and can use a good cleaning. I was given the notion that the option to have a late checkout would be allowed if the next day is not at capacity, but the man at the front desk the next day wanted to charge $40. If there is room, I don't see why recurring customers would not be offered a late checkout for free (to a reasonable time, esp if flight is not until 6pm)!

My daughter and I were in Las Vegas visiting family and the hotel was close to their home. We were out quite late on two nights and we really appreciated needing our room key to get in after hours, so we knew there was no one lurking in the lobby. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

As we left for the day we asked for a set of towels to be taken to our room, unclog toilet, and make the tv work. When we returned about 4 pm none had been done. After leaving another message at the front desk and still no action, requested a manager and necessary action items completed

everyone was so helpful and so kind. I asked for late checkout, and they gave it to me and just asked what time I would like. They also were ready to receive me even though I came in very late. I was given a towel to workout at the gym. It was really quiet no loudness. I walked to the gas station around 3am and felt safe. Then they kept my luggage until I left around 3:30 no problems.

Very comfortable and reasonable
Needed a room for just a couple days while my kitten was having surgery, location was perfect. Room was very comfortable and clean. Loved big fluffy comforter/blankets.
Only a couple issues, carpets were old and worn and while they had great shower soap/shampoo/conditioner bottles, there was no hand soap.
Other than that was very happy. Will be back again

The room door was open when I arrive. Also, they do not clean the room until seven days. No trash was removed out of the room. No towel was removed from the room. Also, there was not enough towel for us to take a shower. They keep saying they ran out of towels, so I thought it was the worst place I ever Stayed

Pool and spa were dirty and green. Carpet was spotted and dirty. Ice machines broken. Disappointing property. Staff were pleasant. Restaurant was closed. Balcony outside is unsafe. Tilted. This property needs to be updated and needs a deep cleaning with new carpet.

Moving to Vegas
We were staying at the hotel because of our move to Vegas. It was nice to rest at the hotel while moving to Vegas. The only complaint I have is there was no eating area/restaurant.

Check-in was simple and easy. The room I got was not cleaned well. There was an odor which was noticeable right away but not bad enough to request a new room since it was late and I was tired. When I went to shower in the morning I found a dirty washcloth hanging on the curtain rod, hairs on the shower walls and the previous guest's kiddie shampoo bottles on the shelf in the shower. As I then looked more closely I noticed bits of tissue or TP on the floor and on the sink. When I left early Sunday morning I stopped at the front desk to request a copy of my bill but could find no one to ask.

Did not like the fact that there was not daily room service to clean our room. Was not informed of this as we checked in. I would not have booked this location if I knew this up front. I was shocked when I mentioned this at check out! I was told you have to be there for 7 days! Are you kidding me? Will not book again. When you are traveling, this is not what you expect to hear.

The elevator closest to our room was broken. Our pillows had no pillow cases. We called down to the desk and they told us we could come down and get some. Carpets were worn. No coffee or water in the lobby. Pillows were old, lumpy and flat. We booked through Expedia for 5 nights and decided to get something else on day 2. We notified them more than 24 hours in advance that we wouldn't be staying the last 2 nights. We asked if there was a penalty and they said no. When we checked out they charged us $134 a night instead of the Expedia rate which was $100 per night. Staff not friendly or helpful.

Overall the experience was okay
Our biggest problem was with the graveyard front desk attendant Brent who was very rude when we asked for a rollaway bed and said he didn’t know where they were and we could check out if it was a problem, however Carlos the housemen intervened and was super nice and helpful and got us situated with the rollaway bed. Flor the daytime front desk person was also very nice

This property is miles from Summerlin and is probably closer to, or in North Las Vegas.
The non smoking room was very smoked in and the passage way around the room was smoky too.

I've stayed at Sonesta's in the past; however this one offer much less in terms of amenities in the room. No bedding for the pullout sofa, no dirty laundry bags, etc. Asked for bedding but none was ever received. There was a sewer smell coming from the drains. The staff were very nice.

I will never stay at this property again! They didn’t have any extra pillows or extra towels. There wasn’t a liner for the ice bucket and there weren’t any cups in the room. There also was no blanket for the pullout bed. Disappointing!

The staff was welcoming and nice. The room and hallways however were not. The carpet was stained and had an odor. The air conditioning was very loud and would oscillate between blowing hot air, cold air and turning off. We didn’t have a trash can in our suite. I asked for one every day and didn’t get one until the last night we were there. It looked like there was some water damage in the hallways which made the carpet buckle. This was a tripping hazard. The elevator worked going up but not down because the control panel was broken. It was covered by a paper sign. Did not seem safe to have that exposed.
The area was nice as was the outside pool area, but the rooms need some serious upgrades. Not worth the nearly $800 I paid for 4 nights.
