Probably Better Off Booking Elsewhere
Over all it was mediocre at best. Just a heads up, it’s a $20 fee for parking. The hotel suite was small, and there weren’t many lights (we had a tough time locating some of them). They did give us plenty of towels though, which we appreciated. Overall though, not worth it—we won’t be back.

Will Not Stay Again. Avoid Room 2522.
Will not stay here again. TV remote did not work for entire 6 day stay. Talked to very nice people at front desk every day to let them know TV remote was not working and was assured every day they would have it fixed. Also front door would stick and interior door would make a very loud squeaking sound when opening/closing. Felt like this room was not maintained and kept as an extra room for last minute reservations which we were not. Room 2522. Very disappointed that TV issue could not be resolved within 6 days we were there.

Perfect for a quick Disney trip! We love that they had buses and I used my vouchers on Starbucks in the morning to get us going! It was great.

The hotel was nice, they seem to be working on updating the rooms. Our tv remotes didn’t work well and it was hard to change the channels. The room was clean, they could offer more coffee in the room since Starbucks was always packed and we couldn’t use our $10 daily vouchers. I wish they would let you use it at the snack station since that’s more convenient and always open. Check in was easy, the staff was friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again as it was close to the parks, seemed secure and we had no issues. We enjoyed our stay, but didn’t spend much time at the hotel, so I can’t attest to any of the other amenities. The only thing I’d recommend is getting full refrigerators at least in the suites. A small freezer would have been nice, but overall 4 stars —at least for us!

The staff was amazing, so nice and very helpful, always greeted me with a hello and a smile, front desk girl remembered my name my entire stay, they give you a $10 food voucher for each day you are there which was great, will definitely stay here again in 2025

This hotel is very nice and good condition, the staff is very friendly and nice, but they don’t say anything about the other guest about make a lot of noise, people walking and the hallways talk very loud and one dog barking loudly very uncomfortable Wao. I call to front desk and not body answer the phone. They’re need to let’s guest now to by kind and the halfway. Early morning or late night.

Hotel is a disgrace to the Marriott name. Had to switch rooms as first room the lock was broke and door would not close (they knew that at check in). Second room, maintenance had to fix balcony door as the door was broken and would not close at all! No toiletries or soap provided. Had to call front desk who does NOT answer phone and go myself to front desk to request. Only positive thing was Jose at check in who was professional and courteous. Save your money and keep looking. Many other hotels in the area for the same price. Elevators are barely functional and seem to be on “last leg”. Extremely disgusted with this hotel!!!!!

On arrival, we rated it a five. On departure, we rated it a two. The property and the room was beautiful. The staff was friendly but not helpful. The room was not serviced for three days. The TV, the phone and the balcony door handle ( ready to fall off ) needed repair. Went to the desk four times in three days to ask for a resolution to our problem. The clerk was apologetic and assured me that someone would be right over to take care of our issues. The problems finally were taken cared of the night before we left. A small $20 per day discount was given for our inconvenience. We never saw or spoke with management They apparently could not be bothered. We will not go back.

we recently had a 2-night stay. night 1: the tub wouldn't drained; I had water past my ankle by the time I was done with my shower. On night 2: the power went out, so we were in the dark with no AC with our baby.... It was not an enjoyable experience. I wouldn't stay there again.
Although they did have maintenance in the room within 10 minutes to unclog our shower it was still disgusting to experience.

Nice hotel, good location, the staff is very friendly. However, they charge a $20 parking fee per day. The breakfast buffet charge is $20 per person, it is only eggs, bacon, cereal and bread. Honestly, you can have a better breakfast at Dennys for less the price.

Perfect for big family
We only stayed a couple of days but it was wonderful. The suite was perfect for all 5 of us and the extra amenities were fun after a long day out and about. Pool area, billiards, bean bag toss, fire pits to sit by and relax with a drink from the lounge. Shuttle to park was easy but do wish there were more options on shuttles. Other than that we had a great time. Would stay there again.

Power went out for absolutely no reason we were the only business that had no power for four hours, and they couldn’t give us a reason. Totally unacceptable for me, my family, and all the other guests that were staying in the hotel.

Less than a Courtyard experience
It was not like any other Courtyard - very cheap in the extras. For instance, only one coffee packet, one decaf, no tea, and all the parts for the coffee machine were not there, so it couldn't even be used. $20 each for breakfast. $10 fee for things I didn't need, and only way to recoup is spending even more. Not going back.

We book thru Hotels.com to stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Disneyworld area . From dec12 and Dec 13. When we got back to our room late Wednesday our room wasn’t made up. We had no clean towels. We saw an employee in the hallway and told him but he was of no help. We try calling front desk but the phone kept on ringing and ringing.. My wife is handicap and we were so tired after a long day at Disney we just went to bed. Also in reviewing our online bill there was a charge of $10 destination fee each day and a $20 parking fee each day. Never was told this and didn’t know what is a destination fee. Also in checking In we requested an accessible room and first room they Gave us was non-accessible. They did move us to an accessible room. I had stayed at many Marriotts in the past. Never had trouble before. All has been great. There was a young girl there at check in that was very nice.

When we booked this hotel, we were under the impression that breakfast was included as it stated included amenities - breakfast. However, this was not the case at all. Breakfast was a basic continental breakfast bar which would cost a family of 6, quite a bit of money. Also, the parking was $20 a day - which seems ridiculous as well.
You may think you are getting a deal but it’s really not. The rooms were okay, nothing super comfortable. The couch was small and there was a very small chair and small closet. The shampoo and conditioner were not filled and I had to go to the front to get more as noone picked up the phone when I called from the room to ask for more. I would look elsewhere when booking in the future.

I didn’t research the property before booking. It seems like the refurbished an apartment complex. The exterior was the best and the elevator wasn’t the smoothest. The interior room we got was spacious and I liked that the living room was separate. The shower could have been cleaner. For the price point and Marriott brand I expected it to be nicer.

Not just a Halloween prank?
Our trip to this hotel last year was 5 stars. It’s why I rebooked it this year because Marriott has always done a great job and this hotel was no different.
This year however…I had to rate it a lot lower. We arrived at checkin time and were told they did not have a clean room ready for us, short wait no big deal. We had the inconvenience comped to our bill. The problem was the first room had a incredibly musty stench to it but was something I could overlook. We wouldn’t be there for more than sleeping between all the other things to do in Orlando.
Then we found the real issue. Blood. There was blood on the close door and on some of the towels that were left for us in the room. This is a serious biohazard issue. Never mess around with someone else’s bodily fluids because it is not safe and just doesn’t plain gross.
The staff got us into another room directly across the hall and that musty smell was still there. My wife also commented that the room seemed smaller than what we paid for last year which was true but not a big deal to me.
Unfortunately, you can’t play off the major issues as a fluke…these things should have been caught and addressed by the staff before giving it over to patrons but they recovered immediately from the mistake.
8/10 visit. I will still continue to go to this hotel despite that issue

The hotel is close to Disney . However the shuttle service times weren’t great do had to rely on Uber . The hotel doesn’t apply for early entrance to Disney which is another factor . However staff were amazing like Daniel at coffee , it was clean and quiet . I did enjoy my stay . If you are going to primarily to Disney pick a hotel within their network . The early entrance does makes a difference

I got a deal through Expedia for the room but upon arrival was charged another $65 in fees for parking in their lot and a hotel fee. Felt as if I was robbed. Will not stay here again.

The property was very well kept with up to date decor throughout the room. They supplied body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. The front desk and housekeeping staff were great. The check in and check out process was simple. This property gets an A , Starbucks on property!!! Thank You for the nice stay!! :-)

The location is perfect, near all Disney parks, splash pad for kids a plus, beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. I didn’t like the temperature in the hallways, but then I understood why it is kept at that temp. Overall, a great stay.

Nice property. Clean and pool area was good. However, I would not recommend if you are going to Disney parks. Shuttle service was NOT convenient for us because of the weird times they ran to the parks. We booked this hotel based off of shuttle service to the parks. Could have put Uber money towards staying closer with better perks for Disney experience.

I’ve loved Marriott since I was younger because my mom was always a big fan. The best way I can describe staying at a Marriott property is “effortless luxury”. I really enjoyed my stay. I only stayed for 3 nights & wish my stay was longer. I was in town to visit Disney World & Universal Studios. My room was beautiful & super clean. The bed was huge & comfortable. I loved that they had a complimentary shuttle bus service available for drop-off to & pickup from the theme parks. I never got a chance to utilize the service, but it was great to know that it was available. I loved how close the hotel was to the airport and the parks. Also, it was super convenient that it was close to target because they were a bunch of miscellaneous travel size items I didn’t bring with me. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again. I don’t remember the front desk representative’s name that checked me in, but she was amazing. She was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. Every time she saw me she was Al l smiles, and very welcoming. The young man who checked me out, however, wasn’t very friendly or professional.

Staff is very attentive and friendly, but sadly this hotel has a cockroach issue. The property is in need of some upgrades and definitely a spray. Carpets are dingy and didn’t feel very clean. We found roaches through our entire stay here. Limited (only 2) shuttles to Disney parks, and it’s at 11am to go (parks open at 9) and coming back is at 4pm.

It took over an hour to get our rooms after being given a room with someone already there in the room😡 it took three times to get card keys to work and 1 still didn’t work
Starbucks had 1 employee so it took to long to get coffee so I went out to get it Zolinda was very helpful floor mgr for rooms

Very close to Orlando good area for a couple and a good place for families a lot to do in the area. Parking is 20$ a day at the hotel and you can get a late check out for 25$ a hour up to 4pm.

German roach was crawling on my mothers neck at 2:30am. No one at front desk at 2:30 or 3:30, had to stay in room.
The next morning tried to check out and the front desk said I needed to come to the desk “to chat about a resolution with a supervisor”. Come to the desk and the “front desk supervisor” tried hiding in the back to avoid talking to me about the cockroach. She eventually came out defensive and said they needed pest control to confirm before refunding. Not a single apology and no empathy. Clearly hasn’t been trained on any form of hospitality.
I told her I wanted an actual manager and she refused, said no one was available and they’d “EVENTUALLY” email me with contact information and an incident report- no time frame, no urgency. The GM doesn’t even have a business card available. 24 hours and management refused to speak with me, no email, and their team plays defense for them. What a disgrace this place is!
Literally. A GERMAN COCKROACH crawled up my mothers neck while she slept and they refused a refund. They even went as far as charging an additional $50 until I started blasting them on social media to get my full refund.
What an absolute joke. Management should be embarrassed. I’ve been managing hotels for 10 years and was completely appalled by the behavior of this team. Roaches happen, but make it right. If you don’t want to be in hospitality, find a new career.

Over all stay was nice. My son had ball in the pool with the mini water slide and I enjoyed watching him while relaxing and enjoying the huge tv and wonderful music. The fire alarm went off, for about 15 mins during our first night at 1 am. That really sucked and the toilet was hard to flush.

Dirty property overall.. needs renovation and change of furniture, the sofa was old not like you see in the pictures. Breakfast was okay. The one good thing about this was place is the pool area for kids. Would not stay here again though. You can find way better hotels for same or better price.

The customer service was very nice, they have people in the lobby to help you get coupons for different restaurants to eat at and transportation was easy to get to if your going to big parks like Sea World, Universal Studios and Disney. The pool was clean along with the area around the pool. Breakfast was good as well.

Hotel is at a good location, near the mall and a lot of the main chain restaurants.
A short drive to downtown Disney.
The kiddie pool was great for the little one, had a great time there.
Hotel has one a bar and restaurant, plus a snack area.
Areas I would say need improvement are ants coming out of shower and sink throughout the day. Window curtains had multiple black or dirty stains, which you need to touch to close them, parking expensive at $20 a night.
The biggest issue i found was the room next door was smoking marijuana and the smell was all over the hallway and entered room when we open door. Not a good thing when traveling with baby.

This property is extremely dirty and old, we found a roach in our room as well as ants in our beds. The shower also did not have any water. Then they attempted switching us to a different room and the new room had a very disgusting bath tub full of black marks and dust as well as hair (probably from previous person who rented the room). We ended up asking for a refund and wnet to a different hotel. Stay away from this hotel.

We liked the modern look of the rooms, nice clean interior. We did have some problems in the room though, there was minor water leaking from the top of the windows, the bathroom door latch was not aligned cause the door to not be able to be closed or locked, and the noisy neighbors from the door inside the room connecting to the next room.
