The desk clerk was great! She gave us all the good locations to eat and shop. The property was very convenient to eating and shopping locations. Traffic is a little noisy while trying to sleep.

I guess it's just impossible to find a nice hotel anymore. They are always is disrepair and this one is no different. The elevator was all beat up and super slow. The sliders to the balcony were gross. And let's not forget the stink bugs. In the hallways and in our room. It was very hard to get a good nights sleep worrying about the bugs. I told the front desk when I checked out the next day and they were like "yeah, they're a thing". No offer of any type of compensation or anything. I won't be staying here again.

It was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. This property was beautiful and looked like a picture out of a magazine. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend for others to stay here.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay and enjoy quiet relaxation. The balcony room is great and private if you have the wall and not the railing. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating and every encounter with them was exceptionally pleasant. My only complaint was the headboard of the room had greasy hand stains which would easily be cleaned with a wipe so it was obvious it had not been. The fitness room is a nice size and has good equipment plus a filtered water fountain.

The man who checked us in was lovely! The room we had was unfortunate.. it was courtyard right by the pool. We wanted to take a nap before our event that evening.. there was no way.. the pool is SO noisy and the patio butts right up to it. Maybe the higher levels would be better. But folks run in and out of their rooms all hours of the night slamming doors. The room was NOT clean.. there were crumbs and some kind of sauce smeared on the chair. There was pizza crust and other trash (beer bottles etc) in the parking lot. And there were chio bags stuck in the fire extinguisher in the hall.. For $213 for one night - that is insane tbh. If you want a clean room and a peaceful stay, search elsewhere.

I was expecting free breakfast but that was not an option. You had to purchase continental breakfast items a-lo-cart. The room layout was odd. the bed did not face the TV. TV was on the side of the bed which made it difficult for the second person to see.

Accessibility room is not accessible from parking area. Doors are heavy and too small for luggage cart let alone anything like a wheelchair from parking. Bug in the room. No selection of tv channel. Overpriced breakfast. Ice machines don’t work. Would never stay here again.

Our room had mice in it. Woke up to mice in our bed. At first i thought it was pouring rain out side. Then quickly realized it was mice running up and down the drapes.

Public spaces are up to date, attractive, and look recently refurbished if not new. My room was clean but worn and unattractive. Hallway carpeting was worn and stained, walls marred and dingy. Not a first class presentation. Staff was exceptionally friendly and breakfast bar offered good variety and pleasant environment.

This property smells so bad. There was a terrible stench that hit you when you walked in the door. You can tell that they have tried to update the property but they were obviously not able to get rid of the smells. It did not seem to be a safe area and I worried all night that my car would be broken in to or stolen. I expected more from a Marriott property. The staff was friendly.

When you first walked into the room. It smells very pleasant! Not sure where the nice smell came from a plug-in perhaps Room was ready before check in time and very clean. Keep up the great property!

Pool wasn't open. The restaurant was severely understaffed (had to wait forever for a cup of coffee), there was black hair on the ledge of the shower, the hairdryer was ancient- barely a breeze, the room was small. People were banging on doors and slamming them well after midnight on Saturday evening.
However, the bed was very comfortable!

We arrived at the hotel at 2:30pm and were told that our room would be ready by 3 that they currently did not have any rooms clean. We left and came back around 5 and were told again that our room was still not ready that the didn’t have an updated list of their clean rooms. So we waited in the waiting area along with probably 25 other people on our rooms to be ready. The room didn’t seem like it had been thoroughly cleaned. I guess they are having staffing issues. Would not recommend staying here!

Great location - super close to downtown and the arena, great desk staff, clean room, minimal noise from adjacent rooms, easy access to the hotel and the room. One issue I did notice however, was the elevator on my room’s side of the hotel - once I returned from the concert that night, the elevator was making weird noises and wasn’t responsive to the button call. Another guest and myself had to take the stairs - which wasn’t a huge inconvenience as the hotel is only three stories. Overall, a good place for my one-night stay.

The property was great, staff friendly, but overall experience just ok. No working ice machine. I booked a balcony room and got a ground floor room with sliding doors. By definition a balcony cannot be on the ground. My room was across from conference rooms being used by a wedding party so constant noise.

Great weekend hotel!
We were extremely pleased with this hotel. We requested and we’re assigned a ground floor room with pool access. Room #114 is right across from the side entrance door and has a nice patio on the pool side. Handicap parking right outside that entrance. My only negative comment is common to a lot of similar hotels - the light in the vanity area is very dim. If you’re planning to put on makeup, bring a mirror that you can set on the table under the lamp.

For the most part everything was fine. I do have two issues - they didn’t clean our room the next day after asking us if we wanted it clean that morning and we ask the receptionist to check our Marriott points or to make sure it was on the account and they couldn’t do it

There were no ramps leading to the back entry doors. This meant navigating various stairs, which for us was very difficult.
The room was “Spartan” and didn’t look as good as the photos.
The room was clean and felt safe, but in my opinion was over-priced.

I initially booked with a Days Inn. The property was horrific! My first room was being remodeled, and the tile was pulled up, ceiling pieces on the beds, missing tv...the list goes on!
So I asked for a different room. When I tried to enter, I was met by a naked woman screaming for me to stop! So I felt I had no choice but to leave and book at a different hotel. This is where Courtyard comes in. Oh my goodness! It was so nice, clean, and the staff so friendly!
When I walked into the room, I was ready to pounce on the bed, in the nice, white, plush covers. The shower’s water pressure was so awesome! I will definitely stay there again.
