The room and beds are very clean. Parking spots and the neighborhood are good. Although this hotel doesn’t have any restaurant inside, just a Starbucks coffee shop with Starbucks breakfast menu. They advertised having a heated pool although it was not working. One elevator was under repair and with the holiday season crowd in Aventura, Fl the waiting time for elevator was long. In general it is a good hotel and we had a relaxing family trip.

Very disappointed with my stay.
I reserved a king size mattress in the room and they put me in a double bed room., After showing them my email that showed I reserved a king size mattress in the room they told me there was nothing they could do.I was disappointed that I didn't get to have what I paid for.They said it was the third party fault.

They were lovely to let us check in early after we arrived on a RED-EYE flight. That was great. Docking a star because yard-work/loud leave blower at 8am ET on Thanksgiving day!? Woke us up. Please pay attention to people dealing with jet lag!
Air freshener in the lobby - too much. We avoided eating at the Bistro stewing in the scents. Otherwise that's a lovely plus for a Courtyard.
Otherwise great accommodations, clean, unscented sheets and towels.

The staff were great especially Rushea and Andice. They made every effort to ensure that guests' issues were resolved qquickly and always had a smile. Room and lobby were nice. Wish they had a shuttle or transportation to and from Hard Rock Stadium for the football game though since it’s an NFL sponsored hotel. It was great to have a Starbucks drink menu at the bar.

The check in process was not good, they were not knowledgeable which caused them to double charge me. Now instead of having that extra money available on my trip i have to wait 7-10 business days to get that money back which was over $400.

All of the front desk staff were helpful, happy, friendly and efficient! I had a problem with my air conditioner unit and within moments of my call to the front desk, a friendly and capable technician was at my door and had the a/c working in less than 5 minutes! Great service, clean & comfortable.

It was an amazing stay. We were in town for a wedding and arrived in the morning - earlier than expected. We stopped in to check about checking in .. and our room was READY!
We checked in in no time and had a relaxing day by the pool (right outside our door as I requested a 1st floor room) with plenty of time to shower and get ready for the wedding.
The room was impeccable. The bed and pillows fluffy and verry comfortable!. Fridge, micro and coffee available and an amazing work space (it was a work/leisure trip) including good lighting, receptacles, charging ports for computer equipment etc along with a comfortable chair and second work/side table. The bathroom and shower was spacious and clean with plenty of towels. We had breakfast at the bistro and the food (a complete breakfast) and service was excellent.
Safe parking in front of the property. Shopping and dining within walking distance across the street. What more would you ask for? A perfect 10.

The staff especially working the front desk and manager were pleasant and tried to be accommodating. They even switched a room for me and were flexible with check in and check out times.
however, The first room I was given had dirty sheets with hair on it and as well as a wet spot in carpet. I was given another room on first floor which was pleasant however the air conditioning was not working properly and extremely loud. A maintenance person came to fix it but was unable to. The TV cable was also broken and needed repair (which was repaired). I left a hair covering in the courtyard area which was tossed away and found in garbage instead of being turned in. The pool area was dated. Did not meet my expectations of this hotel.

We ended up not staying. The accessible room we were led to believe we good was not available. Instead we were given a smaller accessible room that would not accommodate me and my 400 lb. Power chair.The checking experience was very poor. Even though we ended up not staying I have a very negative opinion of your hotel .

Property is located 10 minutes away walking from the Aventura Mall which has many food court options along with spectacular mall outlets.
To the south of the property there is a small convenience outlet that has some good food and different shops to check out, we had a Revolving Sushi place nearby that we tried out and it was amazing!
Hotel is also convenient location due to the fact that the highway to the right is easy to reach to hollywood beach which is 15 mins away by uber or 40 mins away to Miami beach but overall a well rounded area! Had a fantastic time here and the pool/weight room is also 10/10 clean, convenient and overall ecofriendly. Surely will come back to this location again when I visit Miami once again.
We stayed for The Weeknd concert at Hard Rock Stadium and it was overall an unforgettable trip. Thanks Courtyard Marriot and Expedia for the wonderful trip recommendation.

- Asean las habitaciones cada tercer día.
- La cama rechinaba.

The property is very nice but customer is terrible. i called customer service 3 times with different days and time and i can't get any services. I have to go down to the front desk and asked for towels and shampoo and AC not working probably. Room was warm even we set thermostat at 60 degrees.

Amazing property, amazing staff
The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly and professional. There was a problem with the hotels.com reservation, but they made it right. The facility is extremely clean, the rooms well put together and very new. The bed wasn't all that comfortable, but it was ok. Only problem we had was that the AC wasn't working up to par. It was a hot night, but they made it right with a significant discount. They did send up a maintenance guy and offered us a new room, but we opted to stay put.

Lobby area was clean, Staff were friendly. Room was clean and maids did a good job with room cleaning. Hallways on our floor were not well kept with food items on carpeting along with other small items and obviously were not vacuumed regularly. A twice weekly schedule might be a good plan.
Coffee service in the am was slow - might be good to have 2 staff on duty when traffic is highest - one to handle food orders and another to do just coffee service.
Another thought might be to get an automated coffee grinder/brewer for the lobby like Starbucks makes and uses that is self service that I have used in convention centers where you use your credit card and do it yourself. I have stayed in hotels in Europe where they have a unit on each floor and do away with individual coffee makers in the rooms, which in the long run would be cheaper for the hotel and most importantly makes better coffee!!

Happy but hurt
It was great. We had to use the sofa bed which was wonderful and because of that the room got smaller to walk between the bed and sofa.
This led me to have an accident at night. I bumped into the sofa and hurt the middle finger of my foot.

Didn't have a real restaurant. Restaurant personel spoke to me in Spanish not in English; air conditioner in my room was too noisy; People in front desk had no knowledge of residential buildings in the area.

Great location for a clean hotel
We were missing some toiletries and I really thought for $261 per night, we'd have complimentary water instead of $7 Figi in the room. However, the room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Convenient location too.

Very nice stay. The outside of the hotel looks normal but the inside is renovated. Small but perfectly fine room.
Staff was the best part! Thank you Rushea and Joey, you guys know what hospitality is all about and deserve all the accolades. Interacted with other front desk agents, did not take their names but everyone was great.
Attention, only one washer and dryer for all guests. AND people leave their things in there for ever. So don't count on being able to use it.
Pool closes early (sunset).
Wish parking would be free (for the area, feel like it should be)

I had a peaceful and quiet stay here. I loved the ambience. It's very clean and smells fresh always. (Unlike some hotels, which are telling you now because if covid they're not cleaning the rooms). Great place. Love it!
