No early check in but on the day of departure the maids start at 0700 “checking on you”. Not a great deal for what you get- can’t recall the last time I paid for coffee but here you do . Much better options elsewhere

Stayed here for trip to salem( 30minutes away). There were several school teams staying did not hear them. Facility is clean, staff pleasant, there is top golf auite but did not get to try.

The hotel its renovate and is very confortable. I think the have to incluide in the price the breakfast, it's a little expensive without breakfast the price per night.

It was clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. It's under construction so upon arrival we checked the address to make sure it was the right hotel because it didn't look like the advertised hotel. There was no pool or free breakfast, which I knew when booking but thought due to the name it would be a nicer hotel. My brother booked a cheaper hotel right down the street for the same dates. It had a pool, free breakfast and the rooms and lobby, looked exactly like the Courtyard.

The room was very nice. The property was in a good location and very clean. The one issue we had was the indoor pool was freezing. The room itself was very cold. We stayed here instead of the other mariot because of the pool. Our daughters couldn't even spend 30 minutes in the pool because it was too cold.

The property was fine. My complaint is with Expedia. Your listing is wrong and this property does not have a spa tub which was the only reason we booked. Even the hotel website no longer shows spa tub.

No frills, no special treatment for the price....
I stay at Marriott hotels alot. This one was unusually laid back I guess is one way to put it. I really needed another blanket but did not get one when I called to desk for one.
Monday morning, I called at 10.01AM and asked if I could order a simple take out breakfast of a bagel and tea and something for my child and was told that the kitchen closed at 10 AM so no luck. The hotel is isolated and there were no places to pick up anything before I got on the interstate to get into Boston for my meetings. Basic service, no frills, no special treatment. Probably not staying there again with so many great hotels in the Boston Metro area.

Location plus residents a minus
The spa was closed due to COVID-19 which was a primary reason to stay there and I really wish there was a way to know 200 plus kids we’re staying at hotel - a dance competition - ugh . Giggles screams and running starting at 6:00 AM on a Saturday & Sunday morning - not fun.
What I have never enjoyed about booking through hotels .com is the hotels places you in room near elevators or stairwells and when you ask to be moved they say they can’t because I booked with another agency.

I was very unhappy to learn the restaurant was not open for dinner; this should have been updated on the hotel's website, because I would have chosen another hotel. I got to my room and my house phone didn't work. The staff did the best they could with limited services but the hotel felt cold and uncared for. I will not ever stay there again, although I travel there frequently on business.

1. Staff at the restaurant side weren’t too friendly.
2. Heat came on in the middle of the night. It was stuck at 85 degrees. We woke up at 4am unable to shut it off.

They advertise the pool is open and when you reserve they say theres no availability to reserve. Ended up having two young kids bored all night after reserving.

Staff was so helpful! The check in staff was so friendly and then later We had issues with the tv and the front staff was so wonderful and came immediately to help up fix it so we could enjoy a night in! It was great.

Hotel wasn’t clean, it was loud so had to change rooms, had no power Saturday afternoon... worst experience! We requested a refund but since we prepaid through hotels.com the hotel wouldn’t honor it. For what we paid per night I would have expected far better!

The property was clean, plenty of parking, however the staff was not great. When locked out of our room, we were not asked for ID or at least reservation name to get new keys - it was very disconcerting. Also, we were there with a wedding and the bar refused to serve us because we did not have the space reserved. Though the bride did indeed have confirmation that we could use the bar and lobby space.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Courtyard by Marriott Boston/Andover. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If we return to that area again we will be staying there again.

Overall the stay was very very nice. We had one incident but other than that we all really enjoyed ourselves. We asked to move rooms no hassle just moved us to another room. If I have one thing to give a little knock on was they didn’t offer free breakfast or deals on there Bistro. In moving forward I think it would be nice to see at least an Happy hour to get more guests to the bistro to eat . We traveled from Cincinnati and we haves loved to just chill in the Bistro and eat and have a few drinks but prices were expensive. But I have to say hats off and we will visit again very soon great job to all the staff and mangers.

The hot tub wasn't working. There were no towels in the pool area, and when we tried to ask the staff they were not interested in helping (or being pleasant).
They charged me $4.25 for a bottled water we didn't touch. Is it even worth the time to call and get it fixed!?
On the bright side, breakfast was good.
