Overall the hotel was fine. My only complaint would be the paper thin walls. We could hear the conversations of the people in the room next to us who were talking at a normal volume.

Checked multiple times about online and called about restaurant on the holiday's. Specifically booked here for availability to eat. Even upon check in. Carried our stuff upstairs and come back down to the kitchen closed up. Now Im sitting in an Applebees with my hungry kids waiting on food after I drove around for an hour trying to find a place open on Christmas. Very very disappointed.

The hotel room itself was nice and fairly clean. The bed and pillows were terrible. There is a lot of all night noise from I-70 being so close.

Alarm clock went off in the room next door in the middle of the night... for 30 minutes I tried to call down to the front desk, but my calls went unanswered. I had to find the phone number for the hotel and call from my cell in order to get someone to address the issue... so beware if you are a late arrival... you may not have front desk service! When I shared this with the front desk the next morning, they didn't seem to think it overly concerning... or offer compensation because of the disruption of our sleep. I was up most of the night after that incident. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant stay.

The best part about this hotel is the breakfast bar - it has eggs, sausage, waffles and biscuit with gravy! Unfortunately our room was right next to the ice machine so it was loud every morning. But the room itself is clean and fine. The bathroom is incredibly small fyi. Staff is very friendly.

Hotel was fine, nice remodel of an older buildingl. For $200 a night I think having a couple of bottled waters and some sort of breakfast should be complimentary. Seems like a stupid thing, but paying $5 for a bottle of water, and then $10-15 for something to eat on your way out is excessive. I’ll go to the cheaper hotels where all of that is free, the beds aren’t any better here. Just a little bit nicer furniture.

The hotel is not as nice as I thought it would be. The bathroom has a moisture problem, no ventilation so the steam is bringing up the wallpaper.
No free breakfast.
The cafe’s food is not good. Don’t waste your money. The coffee is advertised as Starbucks, taste nothing like it.
The beds are not comfortable and the bedding is all sheets.
The room is very moist.
We would not stay again.

Clean room and facilities. Staff not available for check in. I had to announce myself to eventually get a woman to saunter out to check me in. No complimentary coffee in lobby in the morning. Disappointing!

Great hotel. Very quiet and room extremely functional - had 2 desks one was a roller so could move and made work easy for 2 persons. Nice fitness and hot tub. Safe area with lots of dining and shopping options. Easy access to highway.

WiFi Didn't Work And They Lied About Not Charging.
Don't purchase the extended wifi. Don't complain about the wifi not working because they will lie to you and say they aren't going to charge you and yet when you get your bill, you'll find out that you have been charged anyway. We stayed for 2 nights and both nights we had to use our phone's data to get online for anything because we couldn't get our other devices (ipads) to connect to their internet. I opted to pay $4.95 per day for extended wifi which was supposed to allow us a better internet connection but it was worthless. I called down to the desk and asked about the internet and they said that there were no apparent problems with the internet. I asked them not to charge me for the extended wifi and the young lady, who was pleasant, said that she would make a note for the room so we wouldn't be charged. When I get the bill in my email, sure enough, they charged me for the wifi that I was not able to use. So, if you are going to be busy the whole time and don't need a room with wifi I would stay there. If you have young ones that rely on the internet service, pick a different destination.

I called ahead to let them know we would be arriving late. When we got there, the front desk already had our keycards prepared and check-in was super easy. Everything was super clean. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

It was nice for the price but we’re not used to having pay for our morning coffee. The bed was just satisfactory not anything premium. The shower hardly had enough places to put your stuff without setting it in the floor. I guess it seemed like older luxury not keeping up.

The room was big and very clean. The pillows were soft and the bed was very comfortable. After staying 2 nights in other hotels and not sleeping or waking up stiff, I slept wonderfully and woke up refreshed.

Notmaintained very well.
The room was not maintained very well. In the bathroom there was black mold on the caulking and around the top of the shower surround. the wall paper was peeling loose in multiple places. It makes me question just how well things are cleaned and maintained.... kinda frustrating to pay that price for a room just to see that kind of condition.

Overall, a great stay! Clean, comfortable, and a hot breakfast. Only concern would be that the room doors slam when people leave their room and the people staying on our floor constantly let theirs slam which was very annoying.

In a good location
The staff that we saw or engaged with were friendly. It's location has shopping and eating options close by. The day we checked in it was 90 degrees outside and the heat was running in the room and set at 78, terrible! Room smelled of urine when walking in. Toilet porcelain was all scratched up. Hotel was clean with the exception of common area trash cans which were piled up with trash. We ordered the same coffee at Starbucks everyday and it was a different price each time. We were there for 5 days and always took the stairs and the same crushed chips were there the whole time. Large boxes with Christmas trees were stored in 4th floor stairwell.

Definitely will be staying here again, we have before and loved it too. Its easy to get to, they have netflix on the tvs, its super clean, and the front desk was so kind when answering questions and in checking us in.
