My room was perfect. Just the way I like it. The only downside is that like the other Soneasta Suites that I stayed in, I thought that they had a free breakfast, they didn't, but the bagel that I purchased worked out just as well.

This hotel was extremely clean, quiet, and Jeremy at the front desk was very kind and accommodating! Coming from a frequent traveling hotel guest, He deserves a raise!! We will definitely be back.

This property was dirty. the room had food pieces on the floor. The shower area was dirty. there was no toilet paper. they advertised a swimming pool which was not functioning or open during our stay. i specifically booked for this amenity. They should inform you that the pool is not working when you book. They didn't even have free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

From the homeless camping in back of the property to the dirty towels and disgusting bathroom, this place was not worth the money. The bathroom had dirty bandaids, sneaker prints in the dust, and short and curlies all over it. I through a towel down to walk on it, and the towel was stained and questionable!
The staff was friendly, and they said we got the last room, so I guess I should be grateful ? No. I wish I had stayed at any of the other hotels in the area.
The continental breakfast we paid for did not cover egg sandwiches, which were a 22$ up charge !!!
In the morning as we were walking to the car, the parking lot was full of guys beginning to tailgate and party. Cool, but nope. It was the loud and obnoxious crowd that harassed my wife and I as we walked to our car with out of state plates.

Overall great. The rate advertised with continental breakfast is incorrect as they don’t offer it but they do give you a voucher for coffee and pastries. Towel in the room was stained. Other than that, very comfortable and clean.

Concert stay
Stayed for a concert at Gillette but there were also 4 weddings here and the bar area was crowded and reserved for the wedding so we couldn’t enjoy a drink after the concert

Please clean rooms daily!
The hotel isn't bad at all and is very proximate to some major area employers. They do not clean rooms every day and I see that as a major drawback to staying here. That said, other aspects of the hotel experience were fine, if not spectacular.

Sonesta Foxboro/Mansfield is in a convenient location- 20 min drive to Gillette stadium, shopping and food nearby. It was comfortable and safe.
I gave it a 3 for cleanliness because the nooks and crannies of the room were dirty and the tub wasn’t the cleanest. The tub also didn’t drain properly. There is a Starbucks in the lobby- but I absolutely think that hotels should have a free coffee bar for guests. Right next to the Tropical Smoothie is a Hampton Inn that is way nicer with an amazing full breakfast and coffee bar- that would be my choice for staying in this area again.

Stay was absolutely terrible. Upon checking in the room smelled like fresh paint and even had paint spots on the carpet. According to hotels.com it had a pool & hot tub , but was told they were under renovation. When I was ready to get some sleep I noticed what appeared to be blood stains on the sheets. It took an hour for someone to come change the sheets. Management didn’t even apologize. I asked to speak to a manager & was told one would get back to me. Week later still nothing.

Apparently this place has been "recently renovated" - and it kind of shows. It's got that "new carpet" glue smell that give many people headaches. I got three different check-in/check-out times between online, expedia and reality in the hotel--which doesn't match the signs on the door. (apparently they haven't finished updating everything from the new renovations.)
Trash can wasn't emptied; bathroom really wasn't clean. I hope they can get it together soon--because I wasn't all that impressed for a room that was $180...

We arrived around 315pm and had a quick check in. There were a few hairs in the sink and shower but the room was otherwise very clean and spacious. We’re in for a quick overnight to go to Xfinity and appreciated the restaurant right next to the hotel for a quick bite.

Their pool and hot tub hasn't been working for years so that is not an amenity that is available they do have laundry for $3 a wash $3 a dry, one of the gas fire pits to work and they have a nice courtyard

The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The check in process was easy. The hotel was very clean, especially for a pet friendly hotel. The griounds were well kept and felt secure. The room seemed recently renovated in terms of amenities and style. The beds were very comfortable. There was a magnet you could place on your door if you brought your pet. Finally, a simple hospitality thing that has always made a positive impact on me when traveling: in the morning, the housekeeping staff greeted people with a smile and "good morning" when passing in the hallway.

The room was very nice with great amenities ie refrigerator, microwave, ironing, bath products and TV.
I wanted to go swimming but the pool was under repair. You do have to ask for room service at least a day in advance. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Nice interior design - Disgusting Cleaning Service
The front seat is excellent. The cleaning staff for my room was absolutely disgusting. I let the front desk know that I found someone else’s dirty shorts between the microwave/refrigerator cabinet and the ottoman.
The coffee cup in my room had turquoise chewed up gum. The balcony had cigarette butts shoved in a corner and upon my exit, the Starbucks coffee was tasty but full of coffee grounds to my surprise while driving onto the highway.
The room design is nice, the bed is excellent.

Even though its right off a highway its tucked behind some woods that was an amazing sound barrier and it was very quiet. The manager on staff was super helpful and the transportation to and from the Gilette Stadium was incredible. Highly recommwnd this hotel. Also it was just remodeled and eveything is new

The hotel room we were in was newly rennovated and was very nice. What wasn't nice was waking up to someone hammering the tile from the bathroom beneath us. The front desk did not tell us there was going to be construction going on. Also the people in the room next to us were completely disrespectful of others in the hotel and were up the entire night yelling and singing. I asked them politely to keep their voices down and they replied "well I paid for this hotel room I can do whatever I want" . Other than that the hotel was worth it. I wish there was breakfast included.

All the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. The location is very convenient to Gillette Stadium, and there are several decent breakfast, coffee, and restaurant options within a 2-10 minute drive.
Our room was a tad small but very clean and had a sliding door to a small balcony. They have a tiny little Starbucks in the lobby with a barista who made me a very good iced latte.
The biggest issue we had was that the hallway outside our room, and the room itself, smelled like they were in the middle of painting and/or installing new carpets. But that's probably why it looked fairly decent and updated.

Overall comfortable stay.
Things to know: At check-in you are required to have a credit or debit card charge of $100 held not to be released until checkout. The time your cc company or bank will return the funds can take up to 10 days.
No window or electric vent in the bathroom.
Ice is acquired by going to the front desk and asking for it. They will go into the kitchen and retrieve it for you.

Because they were in the midst of renovations, the entire building (including our room) reeked of toxic fumes from the building materials. My children and I had to leave early meaning a 2.5 hour drive home at 2 am. And they only issued a $50 refund. Not happy with the experience.

I’m not one to write reviews but my husband and I stayed here for one evening and will never be returning to this location again. The only highlight was the pleasant staff and lobby/common areas. Upon entering our room there was a STRONG odor of what smelled of cat litter. Our bathroom had damp towels (prior guest? staff did not dry long enough…either way it smelled like wet dog), my husbands pillow had a moth in the pillowcase, no courtesy breakfast and prices were beyond expensive for what was provided (three mini medallion sized pancakes and a banana for over $10!?!). All and all….super disappointed.

Overall a pretty good hotel for the area. Modern and clean lobby. The rooms are spacious. The rooms aren’t modern but not what I’d call out of date yet either. Only complaint would be their provided bathroom products are seriously lacking for the price range. Our stay was for a concert in Mansfield and it was a perfect location for the venue.

Don't count on a real "breakfast" at this hotel. What food/snacks they have are expensive and the hot food was not good. Know ahead so you can plan on breakfast out.
Pool and hot tub were empty.

The downstairs staff were always so helpful and the lobby and first floor smelled so good! The upstairs - third floor hallway did not smell good at all - actually smelled like poop/dirty diapers all weekend. Also some of the outside patios on the right side of the building had a lot of garbage outside - which was then blowing into the grass.

I love the renovations to the hotel however there is no access to the pool due to the renovations. Also my bathroom sink was clogged and there was no maintenance staff scheduled on Sunday so front desk gave me a plunger. When I tried to unclog it myself lots of very nasty stuff started to come out. It was horrible!!!! We had to brush our teeth in the shower. Never try unclogging a hotel room sink by yourself, let maintenance do it or just ask them to transfer you to another room. Other than this we enjoyed our stay.

Horrible stay!!!
First we were given wrong directions to our room so we unloaded the car thinking we were going to our room when in all reality it was on the other side of the building!We were put in a room next to a family of 4 that looked to be living there. They were in the parking lot right outside our window screaming riding bikes and throwing footballs near our car and other customers cars! We called the front desk twice and final was given a solution we wanted to leave and get a refund seeing how the night was ruined and the whole mood for the weekend was ruined but all we were offered was to move rooms at midnight we were refused a refund!! So we had to pack everything back up and move to the other side of the property. The cleaning staff was nice but the grounds were nasty there was dog crap all over the sidewalk near our entrance! It was a horrible experience all we wanted to do was leave and get our money back! And after all that we asked to check out at noon instead of 11 and they tried to charge us so we just left at 11. If a property is a place we’re people rent stay monthly it should be in the description. Very disappointed and would like compensation we use this sight a lot!!!!

Music in the courtyard was annoying (I was on the first floor) and noise from guests by the elevator woke me up several times.

Unexpected parking fee! Stayed there many times it is a new charge. The parking lot is huge with plenty of parking. No need to charge when other area hotels do not.

no trash can or tv remote in room, carpets weren’t vacuumed well, mattress wasn’t comfortable, and no housekeeping unless requested the night before. had to move rooms after initial room they put us in smelled like cigarettes. parking for $5 per day in Foxboro is ridiculous. Woman working the front desk on 12/24 around 10:30 pm was extremely rude.

The staff was friendly. The hotel only offered breakfast as an added expense.
We were charged $10/ night more than what was originally quoted…. This was the base fee, not taxes. This was the first time using this hotel. I’ll likely use a different chain of hotels in the future.

This is an excellent hotel to stay at - the rooms are large and the bed is comfy. There's a microwave and frig and countertop for food in each room. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. However, they did not provide any toiletries other than shower stuff (shampoo, conditioner, bath wash). When I asked for soap, the front desk told me to use the bath wash in the shower which was not easy to go back and forth to get it and then go to the sink. I ended up going to a local store to buy my own soap and body lotion and other toiletries. Other than that, though, I'd highly recommend it! Just bring your own soap!

We were expecting the pool area to work and be up and running should disclose before allowing people to book it’s under construction. Room had gross stained floors and first floor was floored by the smell of cigarettes due to the holders being right outside the door.

We had a wonderful check in experience with Jade. She explained everything well and was very accommodating. Our only negative was the night staff didn’t quite have the same skills. She seemed distracted, on her phone and at some points confused.

The hotel was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. My husband and I stayed for one night only and we were very disappointed that we paid over $200 for a room; without a breakfast or pool/spa. It was my fault for not looking to check the they are under construction, but it would have been nice to be notified of that upon booking.

I didn't care for the fact that they advertised having a dining area and a complimentary breakfast buffet however it was not the case at all they said it was closed and they only offered free coffee but suggested I could go out to eat instead! I was given almost no attention while there and was given just stares by the staff there. As for the "Free" coffee yeah empty sugar packets mixed with the sugar packets is terrible and no creamer either?!?
Now onto what was good about staying there it's the Bed (best sleep i had) also wasn't very noisy either other than that I'd rather stay in a Cardboard box than return again.

Overpriced and unclean.
Friendly staff, paid $410 for a $150 room that smelled like wet dog and had hair (both long and short, EW!!!) in the shower. Mold around the tub seal lines. My daughter and I were significantly grossed out and aerated and perfumed the room to sleep in it. (they were full when requesting another room). I understand the price was inflated due to the concert we went to at Gillette, but clean the bathroom for goodness sake. Next time I will pay the 150 and stay 10 miles from the venue instead of 4. The only bummer on an otherwise excellent getaway.
