Never book through Travelocity, l paid $128 a night, while my friend paid $95 and received a breakfast voucher. we also needed to cancel without loosing our entire payment, Travelocity is not your friend.

There are many other properties near by that looked like better options. Not the cleanest, non functional equipment such as ice makers and constant keycard problems. Would not recommend. Should get a refund but Since through Expedia I doubt that will happen. We had seniors that got locked out of rooms due to room key issues and not demagnetized issues either that had to be very inconvenienced going back and forth to check in..uggg Not a great place.

Entrance door closest to our room was broken as was the ice machine. Had to enter by a farther entrance and go to the main desk for ice.
Beds and room were fine. Staff friendly and cooperative.

I have a special child and they guided us to enter the hotel from the middle door from the parking lot. However, the entry using the key was not working. If I hadn’t mentioned, I would have understood. For my second entry, I said I will call the front office, but I was told, they may not be able to come and open the door. Not customer friendly staff.

I was first given a room with 9nly one king bed even though I booked and paid for room with king bed and sofa bed but when I talked to them and show them my booking they gave me another one as I booked and paid previously. One note the sofa bed was small on my 9 years son. But overall it was clean and good hotel easy to check in and check out. Also hope that their bus shuttle be quicker to pick up from the airport as I waited for 30 minutes or more and called twice for it

In need of renovation - not living up to the Marriott standard. Holes in the walls at door stoppers, shower handles rusting and broken off, dirty and old carpet; smelly hallways and areas. Stained sofa cushions. Shuttle driver extremely rude and unprofessional. Front desk personnel were friendly. No continental breakfast.

Fair stay, with minor issues
I got in late the night of my check-in, only to learn that the elevator was not working. I was not offered any help to carry my bag, only informed that it was out of order.
Next day, I left first thing for my meeting, returning in the afternoon to see that my room had not been made. I was informed that I needed to request that service, which is the first time I have ever been told that at a major chain.
The decor is fine, and the hotel is in line with other business-focused hotels, but the rooms need an update. For example, my bed was sagging all over the place, my balcony would not open (even though there was a chair and table outside), and there were other, albeit minor issues.
The hotel can easily address these issues by making up in weak areas by offering better customer service. It is a well-sited location, the staff are nice, and there are other, expected amenities. However, given the abundance of choices and price point, I would have expected better.

Not happy with two nights stay at this hotel
spent almost two hours to check in, wait and wait. The reason is due Hotles.com payment to this hotel didn't go through although we have paid and booking confirmation in their system....
Coffee machine doesn't work in the room..
There was no clean service for 2nd night stay...
No smiile faces in lobby...

Fun with Sisters!!
Beautiful lobby & clean room. Very helpful check-in staff.
Our toilet did have an issue with not filling with water in the back tank. So we had to use the ice buck to fill it with water in order to flush.
Around 11pm someone did send security to our room because we were “laughing” to loud….girls trip!!

Hotel shuttle service not included…
When I booked the room I was under the impression that the shuttle was free with your stay as it is if I booked through Marriott. Very disappointed when I was told I had to pay additional costs once I was already at the hotel and had to fly out early the next morning and didn’t really have any choice at that point. My sole reason for renting a hotel was to get the shuttle service to and from hotel and be able to leave my vehicle on site. Very misleading in hotel.com

Exceptional Staff
We were in town to help our son move from VA to NH. Even though we didn't spend much time at the hotel, the b'fast and coffee available for purchase were good to get us going and through the day. Staff was incredible - very accommodating for an emergency stay for our son. The staff really made this trip.

We are 5 adults & 1 Kid and the room we got 1 king bed and sofa which cannot be tunred into a Bed and dissatisfied with hotels.com what you guys receommended when we are searching for a hotels and it shouldn’t show or recoemmend take the 1 kind bed without any extra beds. This is a worse stay and i don’t wanna book with Hotels.com

Confusing Shuttles
The room was good. However the Shuttle service was confusing as there are 3 Marriott hotels in the Dulles airport area. Took the wrong shuttle and had to go back to the airport 2x

The property was in a good location and convenient to other services. It was close to our car dealership which was the sole reason we stayed here. First, the hallways were not very clean and had some trash in them. Second, the room was clean but the comforter was dirty. Third, there was no microwave which was supposed to be in the room. The rest is not the fault of the property per se but created a very bad experience. At 12:45 AM, an entire group/party came thru the halls banging doors, banging the walls, laughing hysterically, yelling, with kids screaming and running between rooms in our wing. This went on for a good 15-20 min. I had enough and was calling the front desk when they decided to go elsewhere. There is no way anyone slept thru that annoyance in our wing. I would strongly suggest mgmt not put other guests in the same wing of a large party as we apparently were. It was very annoying and upsetting. My family will not be staying in this property again due to this.

She never apologized to me, and said I was lying
Well there is young lady at the reception and she is super rude and helpless. I called her from the airport, asking her to send me the shuttle to pick me up, I specifically said to her I am already here in ARRIVAL 1 and she said the shuttle will be there in 20 minutes…. Then I called her again and asked her what color is the shuttle, how I am supposed to know? Is the driver calling me or how does it work ??? And she said is a gray bus you will see it…. So I hanged up, so after 35 minutes from the first call, I called her again and I asked her, where is the shuttle? And she said it is at the airport, I told her I don’t see it, then she said it is in section 2G, she explained you go to door 6 and look for 2G, so I headed over there abs there was not shuttle, so I called once again and she said to me I have to send shuttle again because he left sine you weren’t there, it is going to take another 20 min../ so that is a horrible, bad service from her, I argued with her, I was very angry to be honest, why she didn’t said to me from the beginning to go to 2G. I mean I don’t know this airport, I am not from here abs I am not a seer, I mean bcs of her I was 40 min out in the cold, waiting and then I ended up taking a taxi, which I paid 20 Dllrs bcs of her lack of good customer service, because she doesn’t pay attention of what she says, she doesn’t give good instructions… when I arrived I told her you need to tell people that they need to go to door 6 and then 2G section for the bus

The Courtyard By Marriott does not miss! Each and every time I stay, it is always pleasant and easygoing. From check-in to check out, I have no issues. This hotel was clean, the front desk staff was knowledgeable and provided us details regarding the bistro, bar, and breakfast. This is our hotel of choice whenever we travel because I have never had issues.

Nice little property you have here.
Really great experience overall - the bed did have a weird, loud metal crashing sound if you sat on the edge or rolled into the center - otherwise very comfy. A very clean room and well-laid out property. Plenty of light and room for sitting.

My New NoVA/DC Go To Hotel
Very convenient to Steven F Udvar Center if you are visiting the Smithsonian Air & Space museum. Lots of great restaurants in the immediate area. An easy drive into DC NW to visit the National Zoo. And, if you love watching airplanes, you can sit on the courtyard patio and watch their approaches and departures.

A good choice for a quick visit…
The hotel was very clean and our room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a decent area close to Dulles airport with restaurants nearby. It’s also close to Mustang Sally’s, which is a cool brewery, just a short drive down the street. My only negative comment about the hotel is that the walls are pretty thin. When our next door neighbors arrived at midnight, I was awakened to hear every word spoken in the room beside us, even though those folks were speaking in a normal voice. Since many potential guests might be flying out of Dulles the next morning and really need a good night’s sleep, I felt I needed to mention that…Otherwise, a good choice for a quick visit for business or pleasure.

Great option when you need a short notice stay!
Got stuck in DC due to a cancelled flight and this was easy to book, easy to get to (just make sure you get the Chantilly shuttle!) and easy to check in.

It would’ve been nice to know beforehand that the bar/bistro and hot tub was closed. That was one of my reasons for picking this hotel.
The water pressure and temperature to the shower definitely sucks. The temperature would go from warm to almost scalding. That was very annoying to constantly fiddle with and try to get soap out of your hair with little water pressure.
Other then that, the place was very quiet considering the air traffic was going directly over. You could barely hear it. That was a good thing.
The staff was very friendly and quick to help.

The pool and hot tub were closed, which wasn't listed on the website. They have no dining options or a bar. And it's in the middle of business park hell. If you have a car it's fine. But if not, there aren't enough places within walking distance. It's too expensive for what you get.
